Benitez aint going to meet Mike Forde to ask for transfers. . . he goes straight to Emenalo and Abramovic.

Someone show me one link where Mike Forde is said to have signed or recommended a player.

Mike Forde ko, Mike Hyundai ni.

Rafael Benítez has expressed concern to the Chelsea hierarchy that the European champions' first-team squad is critically thin on numbers and has been rendered more fragile by a cluttered fixture schedule which is damaging the players' fitness levels.

The interim first-team manager outlined his initial impressions, after a week in the job, during a board meeting attended by Roman Abramovich and the sporting director, Michael Emenalo, on Thursday.

Money will be available in January, though. With Benítez contracted until the summer, Emenalo and the board will direct transfer policy
while seeking input from the Spaniard
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Ibime(m):
This is why this guy is a dullard. Never in that post did Mike Forde say he makes signings. He used the adjective we to describe the process Chelsea FC go through to make signings, and never said that he makes any decisions, he can only describe his input into performance analysis. His input is not more than a mere number cruncher as directed by Emenalo, with no decision making powe.

Like I said before, some of us who know our club know that Frank Arnesen was replaced in all functions by Emenalo in 2010 and allowed to see out the last year of his contract as a lame duck while Emenalo made all the transfer decisions.

Emenalo signed Ramires in 2010 for example, and was already in control of Transfers from 2010. This is Emenalo in 2011 (while serving as Ancelottis assistant) already making the transfer decisions.

This is not rumour, this is Emenalo giving interviews on who he wants to sign in 2011. . . Mike Forde ko, Mike Hyundai ni.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/chelsea/8396945/Chelsea-assistant-manager-Michael-Emenalos-open-discussions-about-transfer-targets-not-champions-style.html

Emenalo’s previous job was to help compile scouting reports on Chelsea’s opposition but there have long been strong suggestions that he has also been recommending potential signings to Abramovich.
Emenalo was himself recruited by Avram Grant when he was Chelsea’s manager.

Emenalo was in the Croatian capital on Saturday — before returning to sit on the bench for Sunday’s Premier League match at home to Manchester City — to watch Dinamo Zagreb face Hadjuk Split.

Emenalo was spotted in the Maksimir Stadium by Croatian reporters and was approached after the derby match. In the newspaper he was quoted as saying he “really liked” Vukusic who is described as a “born goalscorer” before adding that he was “really interested” in the teenager. Vukusic plays as a central striker and has been watched by several leading clubs for the past two years.

Emenalo also named the Dinamo midfielder Milan Badelj, who is 21, and said that he and Vukusic “definitely have the quality to play for Chelsea” although he added that he did not know whether the club would bid for the players or another, the 19-year-old right-back Sime Vrsaljko, who also plays for Dinamo and is close to making his full international debut.

Interestingly both Vukusic and Vrsaljko have strongly been linked with Arsenal in recent weeks.

What will also cause some irritation at Chelsea, as sources pointed out last night, will be the description in the newspaper of Emenalo as someone who has the “trust” of Abramovich and that he has the say in the buying of players .

Mike Forde indeed. . . .show me one link where Mike Forde ever identified a player for signing. . . clown!

Lets rewind back to 2012:

Chelsea are without a permanent manager with interim head coach Roberto Di Matteo on holiday and not dealing with transfer targets and negotiations.

Instead, technical director Michael Emenalo is working with Abramovich to conduct Chelsea’s transfer business, which has so far included signing the German international wide midfielder Marko Marin for £6.5 million from Werder Bremen and releasing Jose Bosingwa and Salomon Kalou, while Didier Drogba, also out of contract, is leaving having agreed a deal with the Chinese club Shanghai Shenzua.

I posted Mike Fore in HIS OWN WORDS talking about his work at Chelsea.

I can even post the man's Linkedin. cheesy

Yet one dimwit that bottlefed on raw crude oil is posting an article from BEFORE Mike was even hired...that doesnt note what Mike was supposed to do, as his proof that Mike Forde had never been a decision maker at Chelsea.

This a claasic case of an unfortunate fellow, a mad man desperate for a market to roam, a dimwit from Idimu. grin

FOH nigga! grin grin
This is an example of a fool who knows nothing who read something on the internet and doesnt know what he is reading. Nothing posted there tells you he is responsible for signing players. He is involved in performance analysis, the TD makes the recruitment decisions.

I am holding plenty information to prove for example in 2012 summer in the absence of a manager that Emenalo decided the direction of the team and signed all the players from an interview with Emenalo himself (prior to RDM being appointed). I will supply that when I'm back in the UK. In the meantime,

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2013/jun/14/chelsea-abramovich-aide-marina-granovskaia

It is the line of communication between Granovskaia and Abramovich – similar to that enjoyed by Tenenbaum – that has thrust her into this position of relative power. She will speak to the oligarch on other business issues aside from Chelsea but, as the most direct line to the owner whose own interests mean that his visits to Stamford Bridge are relatively rare, she has been key when time has been tight and an immediate decision has been required on the football side. She played a key part in negotiations over the recruitment of players and managers alongside Gourlay and the technical director, Michael Emenalo, was involved in the talks with Liverpool and Benfica to secure Fernando Torres and David Luiz towards the end of the winter transfer window of January 2011, and is understood to have travelled to Madrid in April to discuss Mourinho's return to the club once it became clear he was intent upon leaving the Bernabéu.
In the above player recruitments, Ron Gourlay and Graianovska are the Corporate directors while Emenalo is the football director

And the below dileneates the difference in role between Emenalo and Forde

The football club board, meanwhile, comprises Buck, Tenenbaum, Gourlay, Barnard, the football operations director Mike Forde and Emenalo. They focus entirely on football matters, with reports submitted by the manager and medical staff, Emenalo on recruitment and player issues, and, for example, Forde on training techniques and facilities from information he has gleaned visiting institutions around the world. Abramovich usually attends two or three football club board meetings over the course of a season

Mike Forde was discussed extensively by Nateevs and myself in 2012. A fool who just woke up with zero understanding will come and tell us Mike Forde is in charge of player recruitment because he contributes to operations. The fool might even tell us later that David Barnard is in charge of player recruitment because he sits on the football club board and draws up the player contracts. Meanwhile the man in charge of player recruitment has always been the Technical Director. Mike Forde was Director of Football Operations, in other words a Performance Director ie data analysis, performance maximization etc. He has never been the transfer decision maker nor the TDs boss and he has never recommended a player to sign in his life but he might be asked for his input from a performance point of view. One fool just woke up and started googling and feels he can open his loudmouth. Thats why I call you an overopinionated dullard.

Chelsea are set to make a major addition to Jose Mourinho's backroom staff with the recruitment of the former Bolton Wanderers performance director Mike Forde, a highly regarded figure within the game, who would adopt a similar position at Stamford Bridge.

Talks are going on between the clubs and, should a deal be struck, Forde would be expected to take up his new duties in London before the end of the month. He would join a backroom staff which includes Frank Arnesen, the chief scout and head of youth development, and the recently appointed director of football, Avram Grant. However, the 32-year-old's involvement is unlikely to unsettle the manager, Jose Mourinho, in the same way that Grant's appointment did when it was first mooted in the new year, with Forde's role very much geared towards off-the-pitch matters.

Wilkins being sacked is one thing (he was sacked when Gourlay approached him on the training pitch to explain some substitutions and he told him to leave football matters to the football men).

Imposing Emenalo on Ancelotti is another thing. You don't impose assistant on a manager especially a slimeball who is known for backstabbing and who the manager suspects is the owners spy.

Its the same way the slimeball Avram Grant went on training pitch and started querying JMs players how they feel about JM. These are not qualified football men. These are opportunist ball lickers. Emenalo was coaching under-12 girls team in USA until Avram Grant called him and he learned that sucking ballz can get him promoted above his competence.

But Beasley, The Sun's chief sports correspondent, says the problems run way beyond what is happening on the pitch. And more pertinently, he pointed the finger directly at Abramovich.

He believes the Russian billionaire has already undermined Ancelotti's position by removing Ray Wilkins in a move that smacks of the steps that led to Jose Mourinho's shock departure in 2007.

The fact is Chelsea are in the middle of a shocking, terrible run and they're are a lot of various reasons for it - it's not entirely Ancelotti's fault.

"I would point the finger at the people at the people at the top," Beasley told the Supplement.

"You've got to remember Jose Mourinho had a contract at 2011 with Chelsea and because they started interfering at the top and he wouldn't have it.

"But what they did back then to upset Mourinho - and effectively he left a few months later - was to bring in Avram Grant, impose Avram Grant on Chelsea and Jose Mourinho against his wishes.

"What have Chelsea and Abramovich done this season? They've taken out Ray Wilkins against the manager's wishes and they've imposed Michael Emenalo against the manager's wishes and again, Emenalo is seen as Abramovich's 'Chelsea's spy in the camp' - and the whole thing's gone.

He got.on well with Ray who actually speaks Italian. He was obviously upset that his friend got sacked, but let's not pretend that he was stripped of any sort of power in this incident.
Yes, it's alright to sack assistant and impose a spy on the manager.

Perfect way to run a club.

The manager is just a zombie to treat how you want. Sack his coaches, buy and sell his players, no problem at all.

When this decision was taken, Chelsea was running away with the league. Ended up not even challenging for the title. Straight from the Emenalo book of football.

Flashback to the beginning of Emenalos backstabbing days. . . .2010

The first good manager he helped chase out of the club was Ancelotti.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/chelsea/8150102/Chelsea-changes-have-left-Carlo-Ancelotti-brooding-over-future-as-tensions-mount-at-Stamford-Bridge.html

Carlo Ancelotti is understood to believe that the sacking of Ray Wilkins as his assistant and appointment of the little-known but influential Michael Emenalo has, perhaps fatally, undermined his authority at Chelsea.

The 51-year-old Italian is, according to sources, considering his future at the club, as revealed by The Daily Telegraph on Saturday, because of his anger over Wilkins’ sudden departure.

Ancelotti, who concedes that he does not have “total control of the team”, is concerned that he has let Wilkins down and that his own standing in world football has been damaged and his reputation reduced by recent events.

Sources said last night that the man who brought an unprecedented Premier League and FA Cup Double to Chelsea last season believes that “something is broke” and it might not be possible to repair the damage.

Emenalo is close to the club’s demanding owner, Roman Abramovich and the elevation of the 45-year-old Nigerian — also revealed by The Daily Telegraph – has parallels with Avram Grant’s arrival at Stamford Bridge which eventually led to Jose Mourinho leaving the club. Emenalo was brought to Chelsea by Grant also.

One source said last night that it was hard to envisage Ancelotti remaining at Chelsea after this season and there was even the possibility of him leaving before then, although that seems unlikely. His contract is due to expire in the summer of 2012 although talks over an extension would not take place until after the end of this campaign, which has become derailed with three defeats in the past four league matches.

Ancelotti had no say in the decision to sack Wilkins and has made clear his unhappiness. Having claimed on Friday that Emenalo would not be allowed to coach the first team and was not Wilkins’ direct replacement, Ancelotti conceded after the defeat by Birmingham City on Saturday: “He’s doing the same job as Ray Wilkins.”

When told that such a state of affairs would never have happened to Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United, Ancelotti said tellingly: “You have to compare me with Ferguson? It’s a different position because Ferguson has total control of the team. I am just technical direction. Full stop.”

Interestingly Emenalo sat next to Ancelotti on the bench at St Andrew’s — the manager did not actually want his new assistant anywhere near him — and the body language between the pair betrayed the awkwardness of the situation.

Abramovich and key decision-makers at Chelsea may have thought differently, however, and Emenalo, who has been the 'opposition scout’, has been groomed for promotion for some time. Indeed, there had been some suggestions that he might even have been earmarked to replace Frank Arnesen, the club’s technical director, whose contract expires at the end of this season and who is considering his own future.

Arguing with RDM, choosing every single one of RDMS players to buy or sell, arguing with RDM to always play Torres and ignoring RDM when RDM asked for £10m for Wanyama for his midfield

to

Arguing with Benitez when Benitez told the board he needs a central midfielder

to

Signing plethora of wingers Jose was not interested in, telling the board Jose does not need new players, then getting Roman to release funds for his own signings (Baba, Papy, Adrian and Kenedy), then keeping Lollichon as a spy when Jose and Courtois wanted him out.

His is a history of power games and politics.

When Fabregas said Jose missed his son's football match to come and meet him in London to convince him to sign, he did not know.

But Emenalo is the reason a once proud team that always finished 1st or 2nd has been struggling to finish in top 4 since 2012.

Guus Hiddinks points per game average would have finished Chelsea in 9th position this season. Who do we blame for that?

I will not have shekpe-lovers who supported Emenalos marginalisation of Lukaku and Sturridge for umpteen years in favour of their lover Torres tell us Jose chased away Lukaku. Lukaku had marginalised for 3 years, and was tired of waiting, only one of those years under Jose.

I trust Conte to be able to compete with JM and Pep eventually but only if he is given 100% free rein to mould the team in his image, not in Enenalis image. The first year may be spent learning the Prem and learning his players though.

Hiddink is not becoming TD, he is only going into an advisory role with the academy. Slimeball Emenalo seems to be sticking around.

Don't be surprised if Chelsea buy him back. Infact Jose wants Matic, so a swap won't be a surprise.

It's a shame that Nigerians are completely illiterate of what's going on around them.

MEND never supported the amnesty program because they felt it did not address their concerns, it just paid off their commanders like Tompolo and Boyloaf.

MEND is Henry and Charles Okah, and they are the ones writing this statement.

If he hung himself, why is there blood on his back?

Did he also matchet himself on his back before hanging himself.

Na so una go just go spoil a mans name after someone has murdered him.

Why are Nigerians incapable of thinking?
