Chelseafan1:Do you have the opportunity to relocate? You need not need to go do Dirty Jobs. Have you looked at Canada? There are ways of hustling your way there, usually through school, then continuing in a professional field. Comot mind for saving N100k per year if you can relocate. N100k that was worth £400 last year is now worth only £230. |

@ Raumdeuter, See what I was saying yesterday about the EU certification being a stumbling block to exporting to the EU. They call it a free market, but they actually close the market using consumer-protection legislation designed to prevent free trade but sold as "safety ceritifcation". It is one of the reasons Africa cannot break the EU market, and Britain could find itself in a similar position. theoneJabulani: |
Kolade354:Biafrans should organise themselves first and show they are capable of choosing good leaders. It would be a shame to hand Biafra over to the Orji Uzor Kalus, Wikes, Amaechis, Ikpeazus, Iboris, Dicksons, Ubah brothers, Tompolos and Atekes of this world. |
ItsMeAboki:This is not a Governor. This is a thug. As soon as they entered Govt house, they had to do his bidding otherwise they could be beaten or lose their life. This is a tyrant in action. |
Oh what a life. An educated middle aged man died in penury, living in a single room with no family members to claim him. In another society he would have had a fairly comfortable life. Oh Naija! |
raumdeuter:Barriers to immigration from Nigeria will be no less harsh if Britain leaves. Na Romanians, Eritreans, Somalians and Kurds go suffer am pass. Naija man entry to UK remains the same - through Schooling or Professional career. raumdeuter:It's more about the difficulty of exporting goods to the EU. If Britain leaves, they might (probably not given their buying power) be subject to duties, and quality certification. The EU certificate is one of the biggest barriers to entry for African produce farmers for example. Currently Tunisia is the only African country whose National Certification body has been granted permission to brand agricultural produce with EU Certificate. What this means is that Independent (private) European certification bodies can control who gets to import into the EU. It is why Tesco can easily go to Kenya and import flowers, get it stamped with EU certification by one of these bodies and bring it in but Mama Olabode cannot easily go to Alaba market, buy crayfish, put it in reefer container and ship to EU. It must pass through a factory that has been certified and given EU number. Some years ago I was looking to import some cashews from Gambia but I was told it must pass through certain factories for processing and bagging to get the EU number, na so cost of sales begin rise beyond the risk I was willing to bear. That's why the African market is dominated by larger players with better economies of scale if not any Ikenna or Yomi could put Palm Oil or Cassava on Maersk line to Europe and start reaping rewards. I doubt Britain would face the same barriers though because their National Food regulation agencies should meet EU certification standard easily. |
predatorX:lol. Quote of the day |
raumdeuter:Omo I no send the vote sef. I believe in controlling immigration, and am naturally conservative, but at the same time I have witnessed first hand the difficulty of trying to import goods from outside the EU into the EU. Either way I'm not fussed. Team no voting. |
Raumdeuter will act like Austria team is not full of Bundesliga products, many of them from big Bundesliga teams sef. Meanwhile shout out lower EPL and English Championship, representing for Northern Ireland, Wales and Ireland. |

Camera na celebrity problem, no be our problem. Make Soyinka carry him problem, make we carry our own. |
Hahahaha. Igbo man go tell Oyinbo say he need asylum because Boko Haram dey threaten him life if he no join them ![]() And white man sef dey believe this coock and bull story. ![]() More power to your elbow my brother. |
banjolek:My guy you are heading for poverty. Please receive sense. So your wife go dey save for whatever she wants while you go dey spend. The same wife will abuse you ten years from now when you have nothing established. Put both of your money in the same pot, work out your expenses, and save the rest together, to be used toward a house. |
So this fool Quaresma went and got tattoo tear drops. Who him kill? |
Nihilist:He's not quite Ramires, but he is the poor man's Gattusso/Vidal except with less strength, size and technique. |
It's a shame it took the Wales game for Woy Hodgson to start coming out to say Sturridge is a special player that he hopes will be key for the rest of the Euros. Studge is by far England's best striker even last season on a per minute basis. Roy nearly left him at home I'm sure. It seems Roy practices management by media. |
I'm not crazy about this Naingollan fella at all. I like my hardworking midfielders to have some basic technique on the ball which I'm not seeing in him. |
timbros:You sef know the answer. . . . Irish team is also an EPL team. ![]() |
This OP dey craze. What musical instrument does he play? Can he sing without autotune? Please don't confuse popstar with musician. He is potentially the biggest popstar in Nigeria, meanwhile there are 10 ninjas within 1km location of my hood who are better musicians. eg if Timi Dakolo, Dare Alade, King Sunny Ade and co start singing impromptu here, Wizkid will keep quiet. It is only when DJ plays his CD, that he can grab mic and start miming to what he recorded in the studio with autotune. |
Chelseafan1:That is unbelievable for under N5m. What is the final cost projection, and where is the land based? |
lekkie073:No I meant how do you remit cash to your boss and how does he check that what you remit is accurate |
lekkie073:I guess your cash takings must equal what the software recorded. Do you then deposit daily/weekly in the company account? How does that system work? @ raumdeuter, why Stakersden change name to Lokabet? Is it a branding/name recognition issue or market diversification from online to shop front? |
Blackrhino:Even the Jewish folklore called the bible told us that when snakes were biting Jews in the desert, God told Moses to make a bronze statue of a snake, and anyone who looked at the snake would be healed - those Sumerian beliefs, myths and cultures were prevalent in their day, therefore interwoven into Jewish folklore. |
Typical foolish religious rant Religion in Nigeria tends to knock 50 points off your IQ. |
That Payet na the best crossing master since Beckham. De Bruyne just slightly behind him. Wingers of nowadays wey no like to cross ball should watch this guy and learn. |
Andreas Christensen wins Gladbach Player of the season. That's the best player in the 4th best team in Germany. Yet I'm sure Chelsea will be ready to bid £40m on one average defender in one average team this summer. Or worse still, bid £40m for the biggest liability in Everton team (John Stones) and send Christensen on loan again or treat him like one small boy in the squad ala De Bruyne. A prophet is never honoured in his own country. |
diggz:I haven't watched him extensively but from what I have perceived, he is not the answer to Chelseas problems, infact he will only compound the problems if added to our current listless midfield, in the same way Mata added to Manures weak midfield problem when they signed him. If you like central midfielders that can entertain you with dribbles and do not do their primary job (of stopping or making goals or dominating possession), he is your man. I am struggling to differentiate him from Loftus Cheek at the moment. I don't see what else he can bring that Loftus can't. If you are looking for an extremely slow midfielder who can dribble and "look classy" without affecting the game, he is your man. |
Pogba does not know his role on a football pitch. Just running everywhere like headless chicken like Gerrard. Glad Deschamps dropped him cos I don't know what position he thought he was playing. Andre Gomes? Make I no talk too much. Nowhere did Conte identify him as a need for Chelsea. Na Naingolan, Kante and Pjanic wey we know |
diggz:Na now you dey read that old story? |
