IMO opinion, Jose should humble himself and have a heart to heart with the players and stop persecuting the left side of the team (Matic and Azpilicueta) who are overworked and actually concentrate on the problem right side (Fabregas and Ivanovic) and sort them out.

How can players like Matic and Azpi take you serious as a human being when they have been carrying the team defensively with no support, yet you persecute them and keep playing and supporting the baskets on the other side of the pitch who are not doing their job.
