Would take 180k job anytime anytime any day, over this risk we take everyday. There's no pride in driver job, we're more like prostitute.

The risk of being on the road everyday, we're meant to be earning at least 200-300k in our acc, every month, Uber will not allow somebody enjoy.
Taxify anytime network misbehave on a trip, you're in soup.

Uber earns above 8,750,000 naira daily... I don't think that enough to keep the business running.Hence, uber will ve to increase commission to 30%

nowadays one can wait more, not like when request are more than available drivers then. Btw one day i waited for 20 mins. Taxify. Someone actually requested for her. (i made up my mind i would stress her too) when she came out, i cracked the engine and zoomed off. She call begging me to please come back... I said ok, i am coming back. I canceled the ride and moved to a different position. (next time she wont keep another driver waiting that long)

Because of the current condition of the business,
once its a long distance trip, I will wait, buh once its 10min -30min drive am canceling after 5min max, although because the knowledge I 've now on the business, I dey pursue trip scara.

I dropped off somebody at the V. island by 6:40am, I immediately I headed to 1004 my 2nd favorite spot at V.I, got there saw like 10 drivers sleeping and waiting for trips, I knew I will only join the cue of sleepers, I drove off immediately, b4 I got to 4point at V.I immediately request came in Ikeja straight.

The CVT gearbox in the honda city is forgiving and allows a 2nd chance. It also does not have a torque converter, so when you drain more than 90per of the fluid drains out. The difference in gear selection and take off is like light and darkness after that.

Am having that same push forward while accelerating, then when I put off my engine and back on again it stops and won't happen again for a while.
It's causing me sleepless night coz when I take it to the mechanic it won't happen, when am on a trip it starts again.

Hi guys, am actually interested in joining uber/taxify business, Am planning on buying a car and drive it myself to maximize profit, but i barely know little about it, and i really have some questions to start it off. But first, i have a budget of 1.5mil to start.

1. What car is advisable to buy to startup the business (in terms of fuel economy and maintenance)

2. What's the daily income like if i decide to work from 5am to 7pm in 6days.

3. What platform will i register the car? Uber or taxify or oga taxi or taxify lite, e.t.c

4. I really don't drive much and i really don't know alot of places in lagos, but i was hoping google map will help out with that. But don't know if its a good idea.

Woke up as usual, used my car remote to open my car.
The car security alarm went off, I tried using my key to put it off it refused. I tried forcing the key into the car key hole, it refused entering
while forcing it the car key broke in the mouth, had to use plyer to remove it after much struggle, I came out, now my whole compound is awake because of the alarm.

Anyway to cut the story short, I finally dealt with it.
Now am online by 8am on taxify no request waited till like 9am no request, drove round my usual spots I get request, still no request.

I requested my self to confirm everything was okay, it came in.
Now I decided to switch to Uber as taxify no get request.
Entered uber now I noticed I have been signed out, tried signing back in, they keep asking me for verification code that has refused dropping on my phone, I tried it about 10x they banned from trying again that should wait for 2hrs to try again, so I google what the problem was.
Saw online that I need to make sure my line is not on Do not disturb mode.
Immediately I called mtn customer care, and the lady representative told me my line was truly on do not disturb mode, so I told her to put it back on, which she did. To cut the story short till now I still can't get the code.

Back to taxify
Went back online got one request after 30min, the lady said we will go to different places see me happy. Now I got to her destination she said her BF refused letting her leave the house, that I should cancel. E remain small make I collect the BF number ginger am.
Now it's already 11am, so I said let me just go and handle my other business then come back by 1pm to chase taxify evening trip.

1pm came back online still no trip, now I noticed my Wi-Fi Ntel is misbehaving, tried my GLO subscribed line inside my phone, something I subscribed last week, I saw I don't have subscription on it, I madt.
Tried using my Accessbank app to sub, the app was misbehaving too, taking so much time to load, then after everything it will not load well to work.
To cut the story short, I have decided to take the day off, I believe it's for my own safty God is in control.

I see your point bro. But many have been scam on this forum before.. If you are going to help people, you need to be more transparent now .. And nobody does anything free in these world .. And there is saying that goes if it is too good to be true, it is probably too good to be true.. Let the man open and give more information and explain himself better.. Since he wants to help people and he is getting nothing out of it.. When I was advertising my engine oil to sale.. Well, it's a scam, drivers don't fall for it. If that Oga is for real he should reveal his office, identity, showroom, partners, uber drivers or bank that he is working with nobody on this thread is anonymous only then can we gladly get to know him and appreciate his kind gesture and certify his philanthropic moves as credible.

We all know one person or the other on this thread. Who or which reliable fellow on this thread can speak for him not a new moniker, and why will a total stranger want to help a driver from slaving, what happened to his family and friends, drivers don't forget the popular saying "who you epp" nobody will give you nothing you don't deserve "work for".

Drivers don't be penny wise pound foolish, don't fall for this Uber ponzi that is about to blow fowl (Driver) yansh. Better stick to your partners, fleet managers, or better still as Oga dru always say get a bank loan, than lose the little you have saved because you are running from assurance.
