timay:The first thing he did after the loss on Wednesday was to chat with Obama. ![]() The plan was to distract the fans from his abysmal performance. Who gives a shit about Obama? He just contributed to a final loss and he thought he could pull a wool over our eyes with some Obama BS. This is why we need an elite manager with a winner mentality. I knew the club was doomed when they sacked Jose. His “win at all cost” mentality is exactly what this club needs to get us out of this loser mentality Ole has brought into the fray. Ole has contrived to turn this club to Tottenham: Play semi-sexy football, finish top 4 and win nothing. Get into the advanced stages of every competition and bottle it in the final or semi-final hurdle. United have slipped permanently into mediocrity. What a shame! |
Winners win, losers will always look for excuses.

elrony:The big clubs with loads of ambition are already doing the business. Konate and Alaba got signed today by Liverpool and Real Madrid respectively while your decision makers are still picking their nostrils. After Euro 2020, the price of so many average players would go through the roof because they could overperform at the tournament. Man Utd is doomed and the rot starts from the top. |
Expert17:It’s a personal issue. De Gea and his partner have been trying for that baby for years. Why would any sensible manager deny his player that moment? United already had top 4 locked down and City were running away with the title. There was nothing to play for. |
BARAJ92:Leicester weren’t relegating in 2014. Sheffield United had relegated when Henderson got impregnated thrice at Old Trafford. |
Expert17:How did he relegate DDG to Europa league? Who played more league minutes? DDG went to Spain to celebrate the birth of his newborn, that was when Henderson got his chance, remember? The argument was that whoever Ole chose for the final of Europa would be #1 next season and the one benched will leave the club in the summer. It seems Ole has made his choice and it’s not Henderson. Bum status for Henderson is confirmed. |
Expert17:Henderson is a bum. Villareal would have won in normal time had Henderson started. He was in goal against Sheffield United at Old Trafford and United conceded 3 goals at home to a regelated team. Stop mentioning Henderson in the league of brilliant goalkeepers. He’s low quality. If he’s not born English, he would be selling newspapers at Baker Street. I can name 50 goalkeepers better than him in Europe. He’s shit! DDG at 19 years of age saving a Diego Milito’s penalty in the SuperCup in 2010. Milito was fresh from conquering Europe with Treble and De Gea humiliated him. This is who you are comparing to Henderson? Such disrespect!

Leyqute:He probably didn’t know Emery is a master of winning Europa league. Emery knew he couldn’t compete with us pound for pound so he parked the bus. I can’t blame them for deploying such satanic football. It was up to Ole to break them down and he had no idea. |
Leyqute:Ole didn’t help. Ole ought to have ring the changes at the hour mark. One of Greenwood or Rashford shouldn’t have started. McFred should have started. Pogba was horrible in the midfield especially in the first half. He was too far away from where he could cause Villareal’s low block any sort of problem. A fresh Rashford leg around the 70th minute would have helped against the tired legs of Villareal. Ole didn’t make a single change until extra time and the substitution was dumb. DM for a forward. ![]() |
Leyqute:I love him to death but that’s a dumb decision. Every team wants to go first to set the pace, the odds favor the team that goes first. The probability is 20% higher than the team going second. Villareal had all the advantage and their fans behind the post were busy distracting United players that were taking their kicks. Bruno’s head is not correct. |
Bruno Fernandes should be fined by the club for allowing Villareal to take the first penalty. Bruno won the coin toss. It then follows that United should take the first penalty and Villareal would choose which side of the pitch to take the penalty. Villareal chose their end of the pitch where their fans were which is a small advantage. Yet, Bruno stupidly allowed them to also have the advantage of going first. Statistics already proved the first team to take penalties win the shootout 60% of the time cos the second team is always playing catch up which adds to the tension. I heard even the referee was surprised that Bruno chose to go 2nd. What sort of stupid rookie mistake is that one? |
Expert17:What did he achieve? This is like saying what Ole achieved at Molde cannot be achieved by Tuchel in the PL. ![]() Is it not the same Henderson that allowed a shot from Liverpool to pass through his legs last season? That Henderson? ![]() |
MRTA7:He’s the only GK that can displace De Gea with my blessings. All those Henderson talks replacing DDG is just BS. Henderson hasn’t done enough to replace DDG. If you remove the British hype, Henderson isn’t even better than Pickford. I would have Nick Pope of Burnley before Henderson. It’s this kind of dubious theory that got Ole Solskjaer at United. One should not replace a world class GK with a rookie like Henderson who’s got nothing to his name yet. At least when De Gea was replacing Van Der Sar, he had already won Europa and SuperCup for Atletico at the tender age of 21. Henderson’s club achievements are just runner-ups on steroids. Nothing concrete to show he’s a winner. He should be #3 at best. |
Oasis007:Remain in talks Monitor Identify Discussion Meeting with agents This is what United will do all summer and probably sign Andros Townsend on the last day of the window. One would think after missing Sancho last summer, this transfer would have been completed by now without any foot dragging. This club is a joke. |
hoopLA:He’s a rapacious mercenary, a devourer, a thief. There’s a difference between club legends who thought they could manage their clubs AND a devourer who knows he’s shit at the job but wants to keep holding on to the job. Gattuso and Duncan Ferguson are club legends. Ole is an armed robber.

elampiro:I said the new laws make saving penalties more difficult for goalkeepers. You said it wasn’t a new law cos the law had existed for 120 years and nothing De Gea is facing now is any more difficult than what goalies faced in the past. I proved the laws had been updated in 2019 to include a goalkeeper putting at least one foot on the line, not touching the post or cross bar, etc plus the referee now has a video assistant to help him get a second look if a goalie infringes on the new laws. That was when it got spooky for you and you have been running helter-skelter since. Your best example was getting a video where a goalie came off his line multiple times without getting any caution - which actually proves my original statement. If you have any shame, you’d drop this topic. You have been clinically exposed to be a fraud. ![]() |
hoopLA:This fan base must learn lessons in blood to be completely delivered. Do you remember Mourinho was nearly crucified by this fanbase for pointing out United’s club record in Europe in recent times? ![]() Since then, United have 1 CL group stage exit, the biggest ever CL knockout defeat and bottling the 2 easiest runs in Europa League.

elampiro:You have comprehension issues. That wasn’t the point. The bolded sentence below is the point. Illimitable: |
elampiro:The mental gymnastics here is laughable. I said many goalkeepers got away with cheating in the past pre-VAR, you said it was a lie that the law has always existed for goalies to stay on the line. You went on to bring a video that actually proved my point that some GKs came off the line during penalties and they weren’t booked off for any offence. Don’t you have any shame? |
elampiro:You and the author of that piece are both drunk. In the video I watched, at no point did the referee communicate with the goalkeeper for any wrongdoing. He didn’t caution him or give him a yellow card. There was no sign language or any form of communication between the referee and the goalkeeper and yet the referee was booking the players outside the box. Watch the video yourself instead of reading a useless write up that didn’t capture the true event. If you are blind, ask a neighbor to interpret what happened in the video you sent. The goalie wasn’t at fault as far as the referee was concerned otherwise he would have walked to him or signal to him to stop coming off his line. Stop lying. |
elampiro:That’s not true. If they were, the referee would have carded the goalkeeper. He was busy carding the players outside the box. Can a team mate get a yellow card on behalf of a goalkeeper? Why do you lie like this? ![]() |
elampiro:The referee wasn’t even looking at the goalie in all the penalties that were taken. He was looking at the kicker and the encroachment. If the referee thought the keeper was cheating, why was he giving the other players yellow cards instead of the real offender? You people just lie without any shame. ![]() |
elampiro:You don’t even know how to lie. ![]() The referee had the penalty to be retaken because the other players were encroaching the box before the ball was kicked. |
elampiro:Were the keepers not touching the goalpost or rattling the post pre-2019 to distract the kicker? So how is the law easier and how does it align with the ones you used in your secondary school? So you have finally come full circle to admit the laws were changed recently plus there’s now VAR to enforce it? You’re a fraud! |
elampiro:It makes it easier when keepers aren’t allowed to move side to side, touch the goalpost or crossbar or rattle the net? Are you drunk? ![]()
|
elampiro:You are a mega fraud. ![]() What did the second to the last bullet point say? What date did IFAB say they would start enforcing these new rules? Have some shame, boy. ![]()
|
elampiro:The law was in use and plenty of goalkeepers benefitted from cheating in 2018 World Cup? The new laws started in 2019. You are a fraud! ![]()
|
elampiro: elampiro:You people just lie without shame. Who mentioned 2007 here? ![]() The law started with VAR and it was enforced with VAR. Pre-VAR, referee had no opportunity to get a second look if the keeper had cheated unless the keeper made it way too obvious. A law isn’t a law until it’s enforced. Abortion is illegal in Nigeria but an estimated 60,000 abortions are committed every month in Lagos. What you read on paper has no relevance if people are getting away with it. Go and rest. |
Expert17:How many saves did Henderson make in those games? How many did De Gea make at Roma? Is de Gea responsible for shots conceded? Is it his fault that the idiots in front of him concede shots? Henderson would have knocked United out at the semis. ![]()
|
elampiro:It makes no sense if it’s not enforced. You lied earlier that enforcing the law started around 2007. ![]() This was 2018. Where was Collina at the World Cup? Was he blind?
|
elampiro:A law isn’t a law if it’s not enforced. Forget what is written on paper. The issue is if you can get away with it. GKs in the past got away with it. With VAR, you won’t get away with it. |
elampiro:And I am telling you now that those mistakes from officials have been cut off. If a goalie tries to game the system now, he gets a yellow card. Another attempt and it’s a red card. So penalties are so much difficult to save now than pre-2019. |
