Guys when you've found the woman of your dreams and you want to marry her, what goes through ur mind, what are you thinking, and if you asked her to marry you and she said yes, you gave her a ring, what is going through ur mind. and do you guys fall heads over heels when you've found the one.

lol this is so funny because i have exactly the same issue with this guy, he use to call me like everyday even when he was at work, he always found time to call, but then he stopped, his excuse, i am always busy at work, and i was like all those other times you were busy and you called me, i mean like wats different now, i understand the fact that he is a doctor and has got things to do, but the thought of knowing that he actually thinks of me maybe once a day would have been enough, we argued about this stuff, broke up off and on several times, the last time we broke up and got back together everything was good, then i decided to stop calling him to see if he would call me, and he hasn't in like 3 weeks, lol no one is going to tell me when its time to move on, i actually moved on the first week after he didn't call and i am so not calling him back. he can burn in hell for all i care, im not wasting my time on someone who deosn't feel like he wants to be with me, he says crappy things like i love you and making empty promises, i think showing you care is better than saying it.

i read what everyone said and most of you made sense, i agree with somebody. most girls in naija pretend, ya there are good ones but most of them are ashies, when you marry them and take them out of the country then you would see their true colors.

But you can't just say women who are abroad, don't make better wives, or that you can't find a good woman here, women are the same everywhere you go, i think its just because men want women that would be their slaves and not stand up to them, ultimately its all about control, they wouldn't want to be with a woman who would challenge their opinons when they feel it is wrong, girls abroad are more knowledgeable annd wouldn't want to be in a controlling relationship, because from experience, Naija men always want to excercise control over everything,(im 23 years old and my dad is still tryingto control my every move, even when im not in naija) as for me, if it ain't gonna be a 50:50 marriage, then why bother. Bible says 2 become one, not one controlling the other.

at the end im going to marry a naija man, who understands that a woman should matter too in a marriage, and her place is not always going to be in the kitchen, i didn't spend 6 years in college n getting a master's degree to become a full house wife eh. im lucky because my guy understands and respects that, i am a great cook, i clean and know how to take care of my man and family, and i am still a virgin, so don't tell me there are no good women abroad.

i think she probably has abandonment issues, and she is trying to make you see that you need her, that doesn't mean she has to walk over you.
