OfficialAPCNig:/ I wonder how Enugu people would have coped without this Milliken Hills road. 9th Mile to Trans-Ekuku is nothing to write home about. / |
/ In the Nigerian political arena, only morons will continue to be loyal to an ex-Governor in the SE/SS states when there are many lined up to takeover their office. Wike is very selfish. His acolytes should have learned from the experiences of the other G5 governors he used and dumped. / |
/ Nigerians are funny and shallow. If you don't know their names or faces, if Dangote or Arthur Ezeh attends a wedding even as the "father of the bride", you will think they are the drivers ![]() / |
/ The case for naira is becoming increasingly hopeless. Every indices that point to weak US$ against other currencies are in place yet naira depreciates against US dollars. Fed Chairman Powell signalled halt in interest rate hike. US10Y dived. US dollar index dived and our naira remains weak. Interesting time indeed! An average Nigerian scrapping and earning minimum wage in US/Euro zone is now a multimillionaire in naira and will be ok if s/he can plan life well. It is safe now to start gunning for N2000 / $ as the next target./ |
/ They have Ph.Ds from the best institutions in the world. They have intimidating CVs. They parade themselves as Economists of repute by will depend on advise from USA on how to run their local economy. They don't pioneer squat. It is always copy and paste all the way to our system of government. Who did this to black people especially Nigerians? It may seem that their brains shut down as soon as they enter the Nigerian space. The country has turned out to be an organized chaos. / |
Caseless:/ Anyone with any kind of business is a CEO in Nigeria. It doesn't matter if it is in a 4 ft x 4ft shop. The man selling auto lubricants and condemned oil on the roadside is a CEO of an energy company. Don't let high value sounding titles deceive you. / |
Uyi2017:/ Two major causes of divorce: 1. Finance. 2. Infidelity. Most people who divorce because of #2 usually do not have #1 issues. Going into a relationship without #1 is like pointing a loaded gun to the head. Now you can understand why ladies always want to know what a man does for a living. / |
/ I love Statistics. In a country of 200 million people, if only 10 Nigerians are billionaires out of 15 in the whole Africa, that represents 66% of African billionaires. On the surface it looks commendable. But then no considerations for the remaining 199,000,090 of which majority are in abject poverty earning the country the poverty capital of the world. Some people will finish drinking garri and come out to rejoice about the news. Let them tell us the numbers instead of percentages. / |
/ If MMM comes back to Nigeria again, it will still wipe out millions of Nigerians. That's how ridiculous people can be with their money. / |
/ While you reel out numbers, consider productivity too. / |
/ I guess some people are allergic to the truth. How does someone get angry and feel insulted if advised to develop his area as if his area is cursed? If I were him, I will publicly apologize to Ohaneze and at the same time donate millions of naira to FHA to buy more diesel for their bulldozers. Who blinks first loses. / |
/ It serves them right if true. They are the morons chanting "Willie is Working" in the face of malfeasance. / |
/ What does it take to become a realtor or a developer in Nigeria? Any unregulated profession will definitely witness influx of charlatans and scammers. It doesn't help that the judiciary is comatose and highly compromised. / |
/ Life is funny indeed. Take a look at Otedola and Dangote looking like mobile shoe salesmen... While the ones that just hit their first N10m in their accounts will rush to buy LV, Gucci, gold chains and Versace eyeglasses to pepper their imaginary enemies. /
|
9JAMac10:/ Only Abuja then. The new International wing. / |
victorclean:/ Do you think he expressed his opinions or he just read what was given to him? The only time you know the opinion of a leader is when asked a direct question not from the content of a speech written by professional writers. / |
Wizuman:/ Consult Google for details of the medications prescribed but not for diagnosis. If sick, ensure that there is no commencement of treatments without lab works completed in a reputable laboratory. It is advisable to seek second opinion. But in the current day Nigeria, better seek third opinion. Only a few good doctors are left. The rest are merchants of death. / |
/ Impressive! So each of those houses was built with N12.5mi. / |
/ As a man, you owe it to yourself to take at least one month out, don't talk love to a lady and don't take any lady on a date. You will be shocked that you aren't missing anything. It is very empowering. The only power that ladies have over you is the one you willingly surrender to them. The most shocking outcome will be that those things you spend money on to impress will be given to you for free. That's the power of indifference. ![]() / |
/ Everything in Nigeria is always in future tense. Then it may never materialize. Why not wait till he floods the market with petroleum products and then report. / |
Racoon:/ What do you expect the FG to do? They operate with impunity while millions of Nigerians sit like zombified mumu watching as their future are fritted away on frivolities. Blame the people that cannot fight to get their country back. They'd rather die as cowards than fight for their rights. They surpass the politicians by a ratio of at least 50,000: 1. Like Tinubu noted, power is not given on a platter of gold. Politicians punish them while their partners in crime called pastors extort them--both under false promises and pretense. Then you turn around to see the oppressed ready to fight for the politicians and pastors instead of fighting for their situations. Go figure! / |
/ Nobody is doing giveaways anymore. Countries are making if financially difficult for an average Nigerian to japa. No be by buying data to insult people online because of fake promises by politicians. Reality has set in and the future seems hopeless. Enjoy yourselves. / |
kabanayol9:/ God didn't create Nigerians. Apprentice angels did most of the work. Once in awhile God would throw in some as prototype when the mistakes were too glaring. / |
/ Sebi they talk say Obasanjo no be engineer. 8 years later in 2031, the refineries won't work. How old will you be then? Wasted life. Right? / |
/ His gullible supporters said that Tinubu is so wealthy that he doesn't need Nigerian money. One of the most difficult task is trying to explain money to impoverished minds. / |
Kenosky1:/ This was a case filed 4 years ago but decided after the said governor has entered second tenure. / |
youngsum:/ This doesn't count. It is your first fruit and belongs to your pastor ![]() He knows exactly where to go and enjoy this fruit of your labour. / |
/ Good for AirPeace. They have been price-gouging SE travelers since. Quick to go to any country to rescue Nigerians and then pass the bill to SE travelers. This is why I like oyibo people--they protest with their wallets. Let AirPeace keep wasting Jet-A1 flying almost empty to SE destinations. It is like kidnappers and armed robbers are "peppering" travellers on the road while AirPeace is "peppering" travellers on the air. People can't just catch a break in Nigeria. / |
FarmBusinessNG:/ No need to cry for Nigeria. When Nigerians are ready, Nigeria will change. Until then, let the law of Natural Selection do the needful. / |
LeeSmart:/ Lies! Else why would they loot millions of dollars from the FG? They are only good at looking normal and humble unlike some people that will see millions and be living like billionaires. / |
/ Who will forget all the grandstanding by Ibe Kachukwu as the Minister of State for Petroleum? Yet not a single refinery was refurbished to even 1/4 capacity after 8 years of Buhari. They kept moving the deadline until 8 years was wasted. Tinubu's government is using the same playbook. We are already in December and they moved the goalpost to next year. / |
/ The Nigerian refineries can be fixed in less than 3 months. The first step is to stop salary payment to idle employees. Tie their salaries to performance and output. As long as they are drawing salaries for idleness, there are no incentives to put pressure to ensure the refineries are working. / |
