There are many neighborhoods in US worse than Nigeria in terms of insecurity. Try Southside Chicago where there is an unwritten law that is suicidal not to own illegal gun. If you are caught lacking, you go 6ft under. Go to skidrow in Los Angeles, you will be shocked at the number of homeless folks needing daily meals out there. Nigeria is generally bad. US is generally better. But there those making it in both worlds. Take away the exchange rates, N3.5m will go a longer way in Nigeria that its equivalent $10k in US.
