aonag:
Hello House , I want to buy some building materials from China, from tiles to PVC ceiling, AC, Bath spa, bathroom fixtures and fittings, garage door and lighting, if possible Solar. I want to put into a 20ft container but of course, I am certain that I would not fill it up, there is no need bringing in a not full container. If there is anyone interested in shipping building materials from China, we can meet an discuss the modalities involved also it would reduce the total landing cost not just for me but anyone/persons who we both combine resources in pulling this off.. please PM me if interested. Thanks.
/
Contact Nigerian shipping agents in Guangzhou or other provinces in China. They ship and clear by cbm.

It is cheaper and will make your life a lot easier.

I hate it when Nigerians think that intelligence is centered only in one's ability to speak English more than the Queen of England. Let's take a closer look at the powerful nations of the world: US, England, Germany, France, China, Russia, Japan, Canada, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium. How many of them have English as the primary language? Yet they are excelling.

A lot of my American classmates back in the day failed English101 class and had to repeat the class. Go figure!
China keeps manufacturing and their manuals come in Chinese. You cannot read it? Your problem. They hold the aces.

I only feel sorry for the thousands that patronize these churches with the thwarted belief that Daddy G.O cares about their soul or salvation.

It is all about the money! They can all burn in hell for all Oyedepo cares. Just make sure the money keeps flowing.

Someone who can relate well will the youths has to squeeze the money out of them through Youth bazaar, conference and free man hours for the church.

The pastor wants all avenues for revenues covered. You better negotiate your percentage cut at this stage.

Bxos most record labels executives don't know where and how to stop, agreed that they give the platform to relatively unknown artistes after which they begin to reap the fruits of their labour if the acts eventually "blow " by must they continue to fleece these acts till the end of time and outrageously too, normally in developed countries there is always the chance for review of contracts given to artistes which they signed when they were yet to 'blow' Bt in Naija nor be so,and the musicians have no other way to go about it than revolting which eventually leads to messy parting of ways..
/
In the so-called developed countries, nobody renegotiates any signed contract--it is binding. The best they do is buy out the contract when they "blow". Once the contract is up, they can renegotiate better deals based on experience and fame.
Otherwise, record label bosses are in it for the last cents they can squeeze out of their proteges. The initial quest for fame and clout has always been their undoing.

Runtown is an ingrate. I have no doubt that he's talented but I have serious concerns for how he has chosen to handle this issue. For what's worth, This record label produced the Runtown that music fans all over the country and beyond know today. Why would he turn around overnight and decide to drag his destiny helpers through this ugly path of ridicule all because he wants to garner public empathy to himself. This is unfair to say the least. They should find a way of reaching a compromise without all these embarrassments. Finally, to Eric Manny and other label owners who enslave their artists with lopsided contracts, it's high time you guys applied conscience in business. How can 75-80% of an artist's intellectual proceeds be going to one man who poses as a label Boss? This is unfair and insane to say the least. This is the reason artists keep breaking lose from the shackles of your contracts and setting up their own labels even when they know they don't know and have their way around the industry. This is killing the industry. You all should have a rethink please.
/
Record labels can charge 99% (if they want) as long as they don't force artists to sign. The only ways around it will be to shop around for better labels, be independent or don't sign at all. Once you sign the dotted lines, it becomes your problem.

Harmless greed as exemplified by record labels is not a crime.

HeavenIsSoReall:
Pls Lawyers in the house I need your advice here.

Our Landlord and the wife have been fighting for whose account the tenancy fees should be paid into. We paid the initial money to the landlord and packed in, our first tenancy renewal was also paid to the landlord but now, the wife came up with an order that no tenant should pay into the landlord's account again, she warned us seriously that every payment should be made into her personal account which she sent to every tenant.

The landlord in the other hand is also threatening us not listen to his wife unless we want to pay double. One of the tenants that paid into the landlord's account has been asked to vacate his apartment by the Landlady.

Both the Landlord and his wife are claiming ownership of the house but some elders around told us that the house belongs to the Landlady. Right now we're confused on what to do. Pls I need matured contribution(s) thank you.
/
Tell the wife that you paid into the landlord's account already.

Tell the landlord that you paid into the wife's account already.

Whatever the landlord says, tell him that he is right.

Whatever the landlord's wife says, tell her that she is right.

Let them figure it out.

I smell free rent.

On the contrary, I think this is a good development. It should be a reminder that if and when Nigerians decide that Nigeria will go up in flames,
no amount of personnel can guarantee the security of the looters.

It will be good the Pastor put the record straight

1. Africa Mission offering is not done every week; unless the Parish/Area/Zone/Province made a commitement to do so. I will be more clearer on tnis if I know his parish.

Also money does not go straight to the purse of mummy G.O. Foluke Adeboye; there is a board headed by Pastor Brown Oyitso.

2. The church does not place anyone under curse; only reading what Malachi 3:8-10 says.

3. Lands in camp are not bought but free of charge after paying developmental fees and meeting other requirements; one of which you must be a member of RCCG. If you decide to leave, you can remove your house, but the land belongs to RCCG.

4.You shall know the Truth, the Truth shall set you free, if you know it. I will impore Pastor Wellington to ask for the leading of the Holy Spirit.

I am writing as a private member and as a worker in RCCG,; Iam not the spoke's man.

5. RCCG is not a cult; there is free entry and free exit
/
No 3 is the best part and says it all @ remove the house. Really? How?

Pastor Wellington said the truth and nothing but the truth.

RCCG is a multinational enterprise guided by the principles of a cult.

By the time Fulani herdsmen and BH are done with Benue people, they will be begging IPOB to come and hold a rally in Makurdi. They said that they are not part of Biafra. Well...Nigerian herdsmen have been organizing welcome party to 6 feet below for them daily. As far as Buhari and other "one Nigerians" are concerned, Benue people are inconsequential.
