Shortly after his release, he attacked this woman and stole the handset in question. He was caught.
This action prompted a challenge of appeal Court's decision at the Supreme court.
Supreme court upheld the initial judgement of the lower court for him to die by hanging for ARMED ROBBERY.

I didn't take time to go through the thread to see if this has been mentioned but studies show that forcing children to be right handed tend to take away from their "smartness". Some tips on fasting:

1. First and foremost, don't lose focus on the prayer part. Pray at every opportunity. Pray under your breath even when you feel like praying and the situation is not conducive for your to kneel down or say a loud prayer.
2. Make sure you drink enough water after you break your fast. This applies especially if you do not drink water during the fast (12am to 6 or 7pm)
3. Don't eat a double ration of dinner the day before your fast. It really does not help. just eat normally
4. Don't eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner together after you break your fast. It does not help your stomach. Keep it simple.
Going against 3 and/or 4 above may lead to stomach upset or frequent visits to the loo that will sap your energy for the following day.
5. Sip water once in a while during the day. it helps to freshen your mouth especially if you keep your mouth closed for prolonged period
6. Where affordable and if you are up to it, take time to plan your food and ensure that you are still eating a balanced diet. This applies if you have been a stickler for healthy eating prior to the commencement of the fasting.
7. Don't over-exert your self if you can help it.

I don't think she's under any obligation to do it but it's not a bad idea.
On one hand it helps all to see/know that she can take care of a home. on the other hand, a guy that consistently needs her fiancee's help to take care of dirty pile of plates in the kitchen, or regularly messy bathroom/bedroom is an indication that he is not able to stand alone without a woman. The wife should not complain if he refuses to lift a finger to assist her in house chores after marriage.

However, we have our own share of disasters too - religious wars,B.H,election riots,fuel riots,border clashes,floods etc.
If 5% of the magnitude of Hurricane Sandy had occurred in any part of Nigeria,how would we have coped in a nation where it takes about 24 hours to respond to a plane crash? I hope the Nigerian government and our armchair emergency services can learn a lesson from this disaster.

Te Bible enjoins husbands to love their wives like JESUS loved the CHURCH and gave himself for her, to sanctify (clean) her with the washing of the water by the word (Ephesians 5:25-26). The giving of himself for the church (I believe) encompasses this list and more.

(Christian) Husbands are supposed to act like Jesus, yet few do. of course no one is perfect and no husband can perfectly model the behaviour of Christ. The problem however is that many husbands really have no clue how they are supposed to act or what they are supposed to do. Unfortunately, even many women do not know how they ought to be treated.
