HELP ME TELL MY YORUBA BROTHERS AND THOSE THAT ARE SUPPORTING OBJ. |
pally we all know that since naw. you mean you just discovered it or what?? u can make a good english teacher anyway!! |
whether you like it or not na military regime we still dey; but a modified one. |
Mypeace, so you are just hearing this for the 1st time. That is the discrimination HND holders face in banks. She will work with her ND until she is tired. I had a similar experince; so i'm talking from experience too. You HND certificate is not needed for the kind of job they want you to do for them. |
plus OBJ. Anyway no coming back for OBJ whether he likes it or not. He has failed already. No respect for him. We thot he was going to be like Mandela, but for where. Let all of them go jare. |
Odeku i now know why you think OBJ can remove Atiku from office. So because he has the house of assembly and reps under his control he feels he can remove Atiku?? Ok oo, lets wait and see. But i assure you Atiku will not go alone, BABA must go with him. |
We are still in military regime o these people. Who tell una say na democracy we dey sef?? Is baba not an army general? Ok if na lie tell am to remove him agbada make u see whether khaki or camouflage uniform no still dey him body. Ok i agree na military -democracy we dey. Abacha was my main man and mentor if una care to know. For your information ile Abacha ni mowa nsi. Odiola. |
Odeku, Atiku is not oyo state governor o! Honestly OBJ is already frustrated because he though by now Atiku would have been impeached or sacked. But good to know that the constitution does not give him (OBJ) the power to sack his vice. Ok well-done EFCC for investigating Atiku; We want an independent and new EFCC (not Ribadu's own o!) to also investigate OBJ and submit the report to NASS, it is then and only then that you will come to know that the man you have been refering to as a saint is even the devil we all have been reading about in the bible and koran. Atiku will not go alone o, he is going together with BABA. |
MyPeace:I am Laughing You friend was given a job with her OND result when she has HND!! That is the discrimination we are talking about. She has just been employed as a contract staff or rather as a slave. Tony Elumelu UBA Boss does not employ HND holders, rather he forcefully make you hide your HND certificate and employ you with ND result (Contract staff); so that you people will be the ones to work like slaves for the bank while people with Bsc will be earning the money. He pays them less than 30k in a month with no housing upfront allowance, no medical allowance etc. Those with Bsc earn up to 65k or more and they are entitled to housing upfront, medical allowance etc. Tony Elumelu should be the 1st MD to start discriminating against HND holders in nigeria, he is the pioneer. you friend will soon tell you her experience in UBA dont worry. |
Intercontinental bank is superb. They are very friendly to their customers and their services are very fast. infact you cannot spend more than 5 minutes to either deposit or withdraw cash there. sweetest of all, their environment is very neat. They have branches in all the 36 states now. |
Odeku, dont be naive. If Atiku is a big thief then OBJ is the biggest thief. For those asking for evidence against OBJ, Atiku has them in bundles, and unless Atiku forms his own EFCC group to investigate OBJ nigerians will never come to know how bad BABA was; probably when he dies nigerians would come to know. They are all birds of same feather. |
Odeku:pleease always read and undastand b4 making comments. I said both of them are corrupt not just one of them. and please dont insult northerners o; my hand no dey oo. |
We dont want to be decieved again. |
Most people in this forum have sentiments against Atiku. Is it because he's not a southerner?? Lets stop decieving our selves about the so-called south-western (YORUBA) Egba man that is ruling us. He is the most corrupt nigerian. Infact Atiku was only emulating him by following his foot steps. Lets keep sentiments apart and say the truth, OBJ and Atiku are both disgrace to the world; so no body should blame Atiku alone or blame OBJ alone. Both of them should share the blame, although OBJ's share should be like 75%. |

i think i prefer the military era to what we are experiencing now. Is this democracy?? Lets not decieve ourselves o!! |
My brother you are right. But how many people do you think would be ready to do that? early this year NBTE asked all polytechnics, all HND holders, all parents and guardians of polytechnic under-graduates & graduates not to transact or bank with banks and similar organizations that discriminates against polytechnic HND holders; but as we are talking right now a lot of people that are affected by this HND discrimination still bank and transact with these banks. Infact some polytechnics have their main accounts in some of those banks till today. The banks make profits from polytechnic funds and yet they discriminate polytechnic products. If you find out very well they still operate these accounts with those banks for selfish reasons or because the marketer or account officer is related to them by one way or the other, and NBTE did not re-emphasize on it again. Let NBTE and National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) stand up and enforce it and make sure that no polytechnic in nigeria banks with such banks. Banks concerned are GT, Zen, Access, UBA to name a few. |
Why is accountancy more flexible than economics? Can you give us your reason(s) |
MY BROTHER PLEASE TELL THEM O. SOME HND HOLDERS BELIEVE THEY CANNOT GET A GOOD JOB HERE IN NIGERIA. PLS HELP ME ENCOURAGE THEM. |
Donzman, that was why i answered you "yes". But remember some ND, NCE and IJMB guys go into 200 levels and spend just 3 years to get Bsc or BA. We cannot conclude from there and say Bsc is 3 years. Universities too run diploma programs dont forget. In nigeria HND program is run in 2 phases. You must do ND befoe proceedinf to do HND. In UK HND is just 2 years and it is done in the university or college where they also run degree programs; infact HND in UK is the first 2 years or 200 levels of a 3 year degree program. In Ghana they dont do diploma before proceeding to HND, their HND programs last for 3 years and its not in 2 phases like nigeria. Hope you get my points. |
We have said it before that people like that guy are the problems polytechnic graduates have. |
dayokanu:My brother i'm old now o; i was 25 years old 6 years ago when i finished my HND. I've worked for 3 years now and i'm planning to be on my own from next year. Thanx for you kind offer. Cheers!! |
Pally, I swear if you give the polytechnics the same opportunity, recognition and fundings as the universities in Nigeria they will do better than the universities. Even under discrimination and under-fundings they have been doing better not to talk of when they are properly funded. Yes, the best polytechnic graduates as you feel cannot compete with the best university graduate; but don’t forget that most of the best brains in the polytechnics actually migrate to universities for fear of discrimination, and you probably will begin to think that university graduates are all better than poly graduates. Most universities have it on ground that the best students in most departments are direct entry students who were once polytechnic students (ND graduates). Pally you cannot conduct the same experiment under different conditions and expect to get the same or similar results, its is impossible. Give the polytechnics the same recognition as the universities and give them the necessary funds to carry out research like the universities and see what will happen; they will deliver far far better than Bsc graduates because those that would have migrated to the universities from the polytechnics will obviously remain behind to complete their studies in the polytechnics. |
Na secondary school oo; physics and mathematics teacher. Its a pity, people like dat are already leaving with stigma too. BEng Elect/Elect (2.1) teaching in a secondary school. Na wa o. |
Dayokanu, honestly I hate reading your postings. You too dey yarn anyhow. What course did you read in the university by the way?? I will challenge you openly in this forum if I discover that we read the same course. You are too bias, and you think you can make polytechnic graduates feel they are not better than some of you that attended universities. Na lie you blow there. For your information 65% of polytechnic graduates with HND in the course you read are better than you DAYOKANU. |
YOU ARE VERY FUNNY O. YES, SOME OF MY FRIENDS WITH THEIR BEng ARE TEACHING IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS. INFACT THAT IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TOO. |
Donzman:Donzman, what are your reasons for saying that? Its not every University graduate than can be a good leader. university and polytechnics in nigeria are meant to produce different kind of graduates. Yes, uni graduates are trained to lead while poly graduates are trained to do the job. But that does nt mean that all uni graduates can lead and all polytechnic graduates can do the job well or cannot lead. Some unigraduates are even more technical than some poly graduates, while some poly graduates are better leaders than some uni graduates. It depends on individual ability. the certificate or school one attended does not automatically make you better than others, it all depends on you.The truth of the matter is that uni graduates alone cannot start or initiate any project and get it completed without consulting polytechnic graduates; they need each other for a any project to work out well; that is the case with engineering. Donzman nigerian polytechnic system is superb. |
Please go for AMD, they are more durable, rugged and less expensive. Though my pc uses intel, i have used systems with AMD processors, i really like them, especially Athlon and Duron. Intel has made name sha more than AMD, especially in nigeria. |
Thats naija for you o, we import almost everything we need, even matches sef. |
Yes o, Degree in anything can fetch you a good job in nigeria, especially in any commercial bank. |
Yes oo, you are correct. HND is one of nigeria's biggest problems after corruption. |
Hnd-holder:Yes, they are the ones that made the discrimination worse. I have said it before that it is those polytechnic graduates that migrate to the university to do undergraduate course again that make the discrimination worsen. If only HND holders out there will listen we sholud not have any business to do with any university undergraduate school again; let HND holders go straight to PG school chikena. Na long throat they carry HND holder go do BSc again i swear, else why would you go and spend 3 yrs again doing wat you have done before just becos you want to get a Bsc?? you no go spend that 3 years take get Masters degree?? HND holders especially make una wake up oo; left for ND holders they are not yet graduates, na only 200 level work dem don do, so their own no get problem whether dey go for HND or Bsc. |
