mancoconut: Firstly there's nothing in the report that suggests ESN carried out any attacks or that "Fulanis" were killed, for all we know maybe Igbos were killed as well in the attack... either way this is highly condemnable and the menace has gotten out of hand NO thanks to stupidity with which the FG handled this IPOB agitation, you can't keep killing, pillaging and suppressing people at will and expect them not to fight back, Igbos are definitely not cowards that will just hunker down, fold their hands and watch some uncivilized brutes in uniforms ravage our land... the only language those soldiers/police security personnels understand is MADNESS FOR MADNESS.
Secondly why are Yaribas defending the Fulanis as if they haven't been wasting your people across the SW, which part of the South is safe from the madness of those people? Afonja! Nonsense. Why are Igbos killing traders? How does this sound to you? Don't be a coward, face whoever you have issues with and stop blaming an entire tribe for your woes. |

kollinzgee: You see, there will be no world war in our lifetime, you know why? Many nations have built and developed weapons of mass destruction capable of wiping away civilization in less than a month. American military legacy and influence is gone she has lost the power to control some powerful countries because she knows she afford to wage war against them for even if she wins it's will be a costly victory with unimaginable casualties and because it's will take decades or forever before she can recover politically and economically,Putin and xijingping understands this very well and that's why they have being acting and talking tough lately. Now back to the topic,as a lover of freedom and justice I suggest Ipob picks one or two lessons from Putin and Russia as a whole ,for almost half a decade Russia has being launching and testing missiles upon missiles, both short and long range we are called it unnecessary show of force but now we are seeing the results ,America is really Afraid of Russia and will never think of invading Russia of minute issues, Russian requests will be granted without firing a single shot, trust me Ukraine will never join Nato American will not admit her for fear of Russian aggression, ipob for now should think beyond ak47 and jazz and focus on Research and development,we know it's expensive they may not be able to afford such money guzzling projects but they should do the little they can afford, in science nothing is too small,we need the build modern Rockets, TNT explosives, advanced bullet proofs for our boys, multiple grenade launchers and long range shooting snipers, cyber warfare and hacking , whatever you can build, mind you this is not to kill police and army and bring tears to families but for 'show of force' the videos should be uploaded on social media constantly sure security operatives will see it ,FG will see it and marvel this way we can push our demands and better our chances of Peaceful actualisation of Biafra, nothing is impossible hope I am making sense. Incoherent writing devoid of facts. There is no time America wanted to or even can invade Russia. Ukraine has received more military support than many NATO members. It will eventually join NATO. Just wait and see. Finally, it is an insult to compare Ipob gang with a sovereign Russia. |

But Jagaban remains a strong man. Might be able to do some magic. There was never an Ekiti, Ogun or Ondo structure. Tinubu has no structure outside of Lagos. Don't confuse politicians begging for campaign money with real political structure. |

“However, by the time my successor was handed over to me around May or July 2018, I was told, ‘Rauf, this is the ideal successor that would stand by you. He would further showcase your efforts. He would not betray you; he would not dim the light of your glory’. So, all it boils down to is Aregbe's ego and nothing more. hayoholla: The two cases that Lai Mohammed relates together shares no inherent relationship. The motives of the protest is not hidden, that a blind man can see the protest are needless, unlike here where we protest against police brutality. The protest here is rooted in a just cause, and the government knows that, but wants to deny the intent of the protest. We have had similar protest across the world, even in the mentioned countries about some worthy cause, that caught government attention, and eventually they yielded. Who are you to decide which protest is needless? What arrogance! |

But the military wouldn't come out and shoot but police will be very civil and only look out for the urchins that will cause trouble till der grievances or agreement with government is tabled for negotiation Self-deception. Any body who participate in or support a protest where other citizens are denied their rights to movement and peace is a hoodlum and could even be considered a terrorist. Go and read about what happened to the London and Trump protesters. |

tito44: What the lady did is pure OBT which is a crime. You knew you weren't coming and u collected money. That's pure OBT. She is under no obligation to follow through. Even if they had signed a contract, she is free to opt out at any stage and only bear the penalties if any for doing so. OBT She did not misrepresent herself, she did not use someone else identity She did not claim to hold a post she didn't held in order to get the money. She did not offer a service she has no means of fulfilling. So where exactly is the trick and pretence? Aside in slavery which is illegal, nobody is obligated to provide a service even when payment has been made. BTW, refusing to fulfil a contract which is what happen in this case(if we really stretch it) is a civil issue unless you know what we don't know about this case. It does not matter the amount involved. Where did I mention any amount. But FYI, amount actually matters in crime and lawsuit. It can make big difference in sanction and sentencing length! If the guy counter sure her, she will plead to settle out of court coz she clearly ran foul of the law. Let him counter sue and tell the court what services he paid N1500 and why the visit was more important to him than the money sent. What law exactly did she run foul of? Refusing to visit the guy? The last time I checked there is something called criminal defamation in the Nigerian law which the man should be scared of. The lady has nothing to lose. Take this from a lawyer coz na wetin we dey use chop be this. Please reach out to the man to offer your service, I will like to watch a live comedy show. |

Her insisting on a refund sounds more like a damage control. I hope you are not the defendant's lawyer because it will be embarrassing seeing this argument in court. "I didn't send the account because she won't pay" is a very childish. Real estate agents, artisans and many business people who fail to deliver are given the option of refund by reasonable people or the court. But this idiot of a man went on defamation campaign rather than asking for his money back. |

Soyemi, who noted that his findings showed that the deceased had lobar pneumonia, infection of the lung, liver, and also infection on the right ankle, maintained that the deceased died of septicaemia.
He explained that if the deceased was physically assaulted or beaten, all the exposed areas would show haemorrhage. The OP highlighted some ambiguous part of the testimony while ignoring the actual conclusion. |
