tunjilana: You assume she is the one feeding the children. She could be the type that believes the man must be the one who does everything in the house even wen broke. While I condemn the man's act, I want to believe the woman is the our money, my money type cos a reasonable woman should have no issues with a loan when it becomes necessary. (Retrenche husband managing a failed business) If the woman can afford a 1 million naira ransom, she is likely the one feeding the children and the useless husband. |

emi14: This is how south Africans treat infidelity and deception in relationship. A Nigerian woman can keep 4guys . Allowing a man you don't love spend over #200,000 on you only to be dumped and call names because that is Nigerian ladies professional styles of leaving a relationship. You break his heart and walk freely. It doesn't happen in south Africa....you die. You know nothing about South African societies, they are more relaxed and carefree with sex issues compared to other African countries. If that is how infidelity is treated then more than 50% of SA's women population won't make it to the age of 30. Stop concluding based on isolated incidence. |

LordKO: Dear, mind games is only for small-minded people. If I cannot be of goodness to a lady/person I termed a friend then, I have no reason keeping her close. Pretense isn't my thing. Nothing justifiably inhibits someone that has the wherewithal, from genuinely changing for good, the cause of people around him/her (blood relations and friends) simultaneously.
My previous submission stand. You don't get it, how many friends do you have ? Are they all at your level of financial capacity ? There is a clear difference between helping a friend out in times of need and taking up the role of a parent by sponsoring his/her education. I am not against doing good to your fellow humans on a neutral ground but when emotions are involved, one should steer clear usurping their parental roles unless one do not care about the outcome, which is nothing but a pretence to save face since nobody want to be a loser. |

How old are you ? Under 26 girls are not interested in serious relationships, they still believe in perfect Cinderella stories.. Consider yourself as just a pass time and don't take such relationship serious if you don't want to end up emotionally damaged.
The way forward is to cut off the relationship immediately, do not delay for your own good. |

VargasVee: 1. I know you're a female hiding under a male moniker cause your comments are always about attacking men. Work on your self esteem.
2. How about when men say they cannot be in a relationship without sex? You lot still go ahead and cry an ocean about it.
3. The world can never be Utopia, not possible. There's always gonna be the rich and the poor. You do know that some people work harder yet still end up less affluent than others?
4. As a lady, are you any less human? Why not work towards your goal of being independent then having a man to it comes as a perk? Truth is bitter! It is none of your business whatever standard a woman set for herself, you should be more concerned about yourself. Any woman complaining of a male sex freak is obviously stupid because it is none of her business also and she should move on from the relationship if she can't accept the man's condition. Unfortunately, what we see is someone writing several posts about how women should live their lives, if they can't meet up why not move on instead of whining ? |

Morally bankrupt cheaters always blame their partners for the choices they make. What stops the husband from moving on ? And some of those unrepentant cheaters will fight tooth and nail to "save" their marriage while blaming the devil for the consequence of their actions.
It is logical to dump the devil when you meet an angel, but cheaters won't do that due to cowardice and stupidity, they want to eat their cake and still have it. |

Honestly, I was doing fine in my former department. I never had to deal with team mates of similar background. It's sickening. Besides, my HOD's management style just depressesses me. I think the ride he gives to me is a contributing factor. Moreso, I tried to learn the language by being friendly with my team mates and showing interest in it untill my intension was missunderstood and taken for granted. Had to stop. Just trying now to focus on my performance. If he gives you a ride to work why then are you complaining of errands ? It is only natural that your HOD gravitate towards you since you are relatively close to him. Also, why keep your religion private ? Are your co-workers also in the dark and are relating to you as member of the same religion ? You just have to endure. |

This article is correct.
We cannot continue to pretend that all is well with SW's secondary education. The various state governments don't give a hoot about education anymore so long as it doesn't affect their re-elections.
Since there are no reports which prove that cheating is more common in other regions, I will assume that the SW no longer take secondary school education serious. |

matrixme: The grass is always greener in another man's country. The same Chinese people we see on the streets of Lagos almost doing menial jobs to keep body and soul together? Ask the average Chinese man weather he or she is really happy with their government and has been truly lifted from poverty and you will know the truth. That's if they are allowed to really voice out their opinion. If communism really works like you claim, why isn't the rest of the world flocking there like as they head west? The question you should ask yourself is whether you should be concerned about the Chinese instead of yourself. There are thousand of homeless people in the USA, but that doesn't mean that the USA is an impoverished country. All you need to do is compare Chinese cities with your country's cities or if you are interested in numbers, check the US indices on development. |
