Countries like Nigeria have a dysfunctional government who can't get basic security right.
Humans are content with their lives as long as their basic needs are met, a fact which the

"Freedom" and ability to like a picture on facebook is meaningless to an hungry man or a

some citizens in western countries will start calling for the adoption of Chinese style government

It is not for you to judge whether a government has been fair to its people, China has lifted millions
of its citizens out of poverty, the same cannot be said of the various "free" 3rd world countries
who can use twitter and facebook.

People are not interested in a superior form of government, they are interested in a government that
works.
