Politics › Re: Statistical Analysis On IREV For Rivers State Presidential Election by ivolt: 4:45pm On Mar 30, 2023 |
There is nothing new about your findings.
According to Mark Essien's result collations, Rivers stands out as a large proportion of the manual result does not tally with the BVAS and IREV.
But this doesn't equally apply to other states.. Yes there are some irregularities here and there but they don't change the margin much.
Remember, the requirement is not the number of states won but the total number of votes. |

Wait, you published a story that he disguised to meet someone in London.
Why then are you asking for his itinerary again?
Does it mean the original story was mere speculation? A true news item need no clarification, it either happened or it doesn't.
The funny thing is that no one can travel through air secretly. Any serious investigator can uncover exact arrival and departure dates with little effort. |

Politics › Re: Quick Facts From Tinubu's Drug Case In The U.S According To Kevin Moss' Findings by ivolt: 8:57pm On Mar 26, 2023 |
Brendaniel: It is in the document, Kevin Moss was mainly after the forfeiture after his findings because he didn't have hard evidence to ask for an extradition and Tinubu wasn't forthcoming with enough information, that was why the court gave that opportunity for him to come and clear the allegations and give reasons why the forfeiture should not happen, so it will not be that they did a forfeiture with giving the owner an opportunity to explain himself to stop the forfeiture, it was these reasons I wrote here that the court used as evidence from Keven Moss to effect the forfeiture.... You still don't get it. There is a clear difference between justice in the US and banana republics. Just because a LEO or prosecutor makes a claim does not make it valid. They still have to go before the judge to present their evidence and the judges generally don't care about sentiments. They deal in facts. Tinubu was even so confident as to fight for the seized money and got the lion share through negotiation. There are only two possible conclusions. Kevin Moss is either an incompetent and foolish prosecutor who allows a "guilty" suspect run rings around him or there was no evidence of criminal activities against Tinubu. |

DMerciful: Why have they not come for Abba Kyari? They don't come for anybody. It is up to the country involved. Abba Kyari have an active arrest warrant against him. He has to be careful where he travels to. He is currently on trial and can't be extradited. In the case of Tinubu, no warrant was ever issued against him nor was he charged with a crime. What is confusing many people is that he lost part of the suspicious money. But anyone familiar with the US justice system would understand there is nothing exceptional about asset forfeiture. |

a4cube: What you should find out is, do Nigeria and US have extradition treaty as at then? What you should find out if he was ever charged and if an arrest warrant was issued against him. Nigeria has had an extradition treaty with the US since 1931 before independence! |
Politics › Re: Quick Facts From Tinubu's Drug Case In The U.S According To Kevin Moss' Findings by ivolt: 3:49pm On Mar 26, 2023 |
16. The court gave Tinubu chance to come and clear his name about the proceeds of the funds and why the money should not be forfeited, Tinubu did not show up. You clearly don't understand how the US Justice department works. If there is any concrete evidence against a suspect who is nowhere to be found, an arrest warrant will be issued. They will pursue extradition if that is what it takes to bring a suspect to justice. They don't ask nicely or beg suspects to come and "clear their name", that is something obtainable only in backward countries. While the money found in Tinubu's account was from questionable sources, he remained a free man because they cannot prove his direct involvement in the busted drug operations. |

ShaqFu: I can't claim to know more than the NYPD or any other security agency in the US, both shouldn't the prudent thing to do in this case, is to investigate if Stormy Daniels actually received that Money.
There should be evidence like her bank statement if the money was sent or even deposited. Also, shouldn't she be consulted and grilled if she actually received such money from Trump or his lawyer.
All this awareness to arrest Trump to me reeks of power play by some people who don't want him to contest the presidential election. Are you just waking up? That Trump paid and Stormy received the money is not in question. |

erico2k2: you that s educate mean to tell us that there is no constituency project commitment or expectations? let me Educate you further Simply put, Zonal Intervention Projects (ZIPs), also known as Constituency Projects (CPs), are projects that are conceptualised and executed on behalf of legislators in their respective constituencies by contractors. They are capital-intensive projects that are executed across Nigeria supposedly under the watch of the members of the two houses of the National Assembly. QED. You misunderstand constituency projects. The federal government pay for and execute the project which are often limited in capital compare to executive generated project. The lawmakers role are advisory. Right here we are discussing a state assembly member whose power is even more limited. Whatever project he does is mainly from his personal funds. |

This Rufai is beginning to sound like an illiterate. Does he even know the meaning of a colony?
By Rufai's logic Britain still "own" Nigeria and by extension every other country it colonised.
Hong Kong was under British rule for 136 years(1841 to 1997) that did not automatically make it a British or no man's land.
BTW, Oba Dosunmu was one of the several kings ruling parts of Lagos then.
As to the British development he is talking about, let him name one surviving example of that. |

Besides they should have done a comparative analysis against another election year and then look at the time series effect to detect cyclical or seasonal effects. Even herdsmen attacks which have nothing to do with ransom payments reduced pre-election and picked up again after result announcement. I am sure that Statisense understand the difference between correlation and causation, they are just trying to send a political message. |

emirofkabul: The story made the front page yesterday but looking at it critically it looks like something is not adding up and here is why :
The Guy is pulling tens of thousands of dollars every month on average but there are a lot of variables to this thing.
First of all, Nigeria is a developing country (CPM comes to play here), the guy said he makes video about politics and corruption (seriously how many people in Nigeria are really interested in that), lastly the dude is relatively obscure.
Now which begs the question how is that possible, now do not think for a second that I'm taking side with the mediocre anti corruption agency but certainly there are things we are not seeing. You have a point, some of those monthly earnings are impossible. I checked his channel where he posted his "efcc victory" video and he couldn't possibly have such earnings from the low views on his channel. In fact, his recent Youtube videos is the most popular on his channel ever with about 2K views last I checked. The only explanation is that he runs several other more successful youtube channels. Which begs the question as to why he wasn't cross-promoting them. Or maybe he also operates multiple successful adsense blogs. As to being obscure, that doesn't count, there are several obscure people earning big with adsense. |

You're entitled to your views. Revolutionaries bring deaths, poverty and famine not democracy, freedom or other lies they used in hoodwinking the illiterate. Sowore has been fighting for Nigerians for years. He has gone to prison. All of a sudden, it is Peter Obi, a known SARS enabler, that is the saviour you seek.
You don't have to like Sowore. I don't particularly like him either. But his contribution and sacrifice ought to be respected at the very least. Where was Peter Obi when Sowore stood against Buhari? Enjoying his jolly good life in Lagos of course.
As the Jews did, you lot have chosen your Barsabas. If the bold was true, then Nigerians are one of the smartest political group in the world to have learnt from other people's mistakes. We already rejected blood-thirsty and corrupt "revolutionaries" before they can do much harm. Europeans paid with millions of lives, Asians surfer millions and Middle east is still in chaos because they trusted "revolutionaries". |
