A friend's friend is going through something similar to this except for the fact that they both just graduated.

Bros, I learned my lesson 30 years ago! Each morning I have to drop my mom at work and return home with the car. From wuse to garki. On my way along area 10 I often see a girl who's a student at wuse secondary School but I never thought of giving her a ride even though I pass her school before getting home.
One particular day I passed...then stopped. She ran to meet up. Ok... I'll drop you at school...no conversation o...as we approached I asked if she prefers to alight at first or second side of the school... guess what? She told me to take her wherever I wanted!!! Really Well...I took her driving round the city. And we struck a great friendship. Purely plutonic or so I thought... until the day she tried to kiss me. When I refused saying we were just friends she said nothing.
So, good boy me went later to take her home. She dropped a note in the car and said I should read it later. I did. Guess what? She berated me for trying to seduce her by driving her around and being "nice"!!!
I couldn't comprehend all of that!
Well....I never saw or spoke to her again til date...but that note is still with me....30 years on....
