The contestants were judged and allocated appropriate scores against each of the following criteria: Content Delivery Logical Argument Factual Back Persuasiveness I held no view prior to the start of the debate and my scoring was solely based on the delivery of each contestants against the criteria set out by the organising committee |

I'd go for option 2 How about we get even numbers for the total debaters Pair them against each other in round one, give them the opportunity to choose/agree on a preferred yet to be agreed topic. The winner of each round moves to the next round whilst repeating the same process as round 1. I strongly believe doing it this way will not only keep it interesting, it will also make it more manageable for yourself and the judges |

naijababe: Agree on FTSE, the this week has been annoyingly crazy on equities, besides Dax has become bipolar. Crude on the hand has remained largely stable and still playing by the rulesI'm too scared of crude even though fundamentals at the moment still suggests bearish trend but then again an attack could just occur in one of 'em opec countries and gbam every thing changes. Just too damn scary |

naijababe: I'm ignoring Dax, still trade Dow only during the NY sessions though.Dax and Dow been oscillating for the past 6 sessions with no clear direction. What session period do you usually trade dow? FTSE just been annoyingly stagnant. Still the safest indexes to trade IMO |

slimyem: you still haven't answered the question...are the words boring and bullshit exclusive to mods alone?They are not but because someone does it and wasn't punished doesn't mean another person should do it. No special rules using words other than the frowned upon abusive words. We all have different views/opinions about certain topics in life but at the same time owe it to the owner of the site not to always turn each and every thread into an anarchy just because the thread or the other person's view doesn't make sense. |

Absolutely nothing wrong with having preferences. In this day of age and the lower probability involved in getting a naija/yoruba/christian/financially able man that ticks all your boxes, I would advice you rate what characteristics are important using a thorough analysis of why good relationships/marriages last the test of times. Having looked at the job description and researched your organisation's strategies and future plans, I strongly believe my skills set(list the skills) will be an addition in delivering all the companies set goals/objectives in conjunction with the already established personnel.
