No issue but I will like to give the 1st right to buy to inverter buyer cos when used with inverter it gives high value. I get 4 to 8hrs power on the fridge everyday so my wife just cook once in a month and we refrigerate. Gave us some kind of soft life.

The inverter was an economic saver. I get at least 4-8 hours power on my fridge every day. I literally sold off my 6kva gen set. You know what that means on cost savings for gen set and high petrol cost? A mums/wifes delight anyday. Am whatsapp away 08068823636.

Regarding the purpose of the visit, focus on the study plan – being a bonafide student, reasonableness as pertains to career advancement. Is the program related to her present occupation? What are her plans after her studies? Establish the program's relevance to your wife’s current and future career path.

Review both bank statements for large deposits. A VO can refuse an application for insufficient funds if there is a large deposit with no reasonable explanations and the account's history is inconsistent with such a deposit.

Since the principal’s application was refused, they cannot approve the accompanying dependant’s application.

Order a gcms note to get the exact reasons for this refusal so you can address them.

Hi all,

You guys have been amazing.

I got a refusal today for my wife and I. My wife is the principal applicant while I am dependant.

Her PoF for our living expensees was about 8million, she submitted my account as MBS to that effect.
Her PoF for school fees (10k CAD at NBCC) was her elder sisters Bank Statement with about 14m.

Refusal letter for her reads thus:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence.
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

My own refusal reads thus:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

They have told us we can reapply again and it will be treated on the merit of a new application and we stand a chance if we can address all the reasons as to why we were refused. Does this means they will never refer to our previous application should let say I allow only my wife apply this time around with only me as sponsor?

Please help out experience guys in this forum as I believe I am not the only one with such cases. I am even grateful to God they didnt waste our time as all this happened within 2 weeks of application,

Which means ur money in ur acct can’t even last u for living for a year in Canada apart from school fees.
Now the VO will assume ur dad does not plan to use all his savings to sponsor u, bcuz 32k usd is 44k cad. U have paid 2k nd u have 12,900k
23k+10k+5k+1500 = your expenses for d 2yrs excluding what u have already is 39,500k nd ur dad has 44k in acct. So u see u using almost all his money. So that might be the mindset of the VO.
Plus don’t forget even the 4.4m in ur acct he’s d one who still gave it to u
So work on ur POF nd do d calculations properly Mk sure ders excess money leftover. Nd don’t forget strong home ties too

I am excited because I and my wife will be voting for the 1st time together being my 3rd time and her 1st.

We voted and decided to stay and protect our vote at Construction 1 Agric Bus Stop (Ipakodo Ward), Ikorodu Lagos.

The turn out was almost 200 and it was not business as usual. The voting process was credible and free and fair. The thugs around started causing problems seeing people's turn out. Smelling defeat they started threatening us and even the Chairman of Ipakodo came to incite his boys that they don't know most of us to live here and we are all igbos.

What shocked me is how the OPMESA guys and the Police called left us after speaking with the thugs.

As we were counting the Senatorial votes, thugs came with stones to disrupt the process, everyone fled for their lives and the over 200 votes we could have won for Obi was lost to thugs.

Could this security agents be compromised because backup was sought many times by two female police officers but none came after the Chairman of the Ipakodo LGA met with the security team and they left telling us all is well.
