Except the student and hubby can proof that the money is generated in Nigeria.

I think your case is suffering from good documentation and explanation that won't make your case look complicated.

You are almost there. 80% of the time cycle of an application is spent on Background and Criminality check.

Please house, I want to ask when they say background/criminal passed what does that mean, what documents are used to check for that.

There is a condition for the 25% Pension withdrawal and even after fulfilling it (4 months of losing your last job) the money has to be in your account before you can say you have access to it as PoF.

Pension can only serve as home tie if it's much but cannot be used as proof of fund until they are processed to have the 25% in your account.

Any money you cant cash/access (liquidity) at will like the way you can do to your money in a normal bank account cannot be used as PoF.

If you have investment, you have to liquidate them into cash or transfer into your bank account with evidence to show before you can use as PoF.

My advice for young people looking to jakpa is to learn either global skills in Tech or craftsmanship. A cleaner, carpenter, bricklayer, barber earns well in thos country and can buy new cars on credit amd spread payment over time. Even Bank Managers cannot buy a brand new car in Nigeria.

It depends on the bank account you are using as PoF for your hubby application. If it is the same account used for you, then there must be reference to your funding and that of his and anyone included in the application with that same account. This is standard.

You can only ignore your PoF reference if the account to be used for your hubby is entirely different from the bank account you used.

Don't be too smart to fall for their trap. Just your UCI or Application number they can reference all your documents submitted.

Did you recently travel to the UK, US, Australia, Japan or Schengen. I heard the Background check of people who have traveled to this country helps to reduce the time and complexity of their Background check which takes 80% of the timeline.

IRCC refused my application today and reason is ‘I do not provide sufficient information to demonstrate that my wife is a full-time student in a qualifying program at a DLI in Canada’.
Though while I was applying, I could not compress all my supporting documents into 4MB under clients’ information so I divided it into 2 segments; my own supporting documents, I uploaded them inside clients’ information and my wife’s documents that was used as supporting documents inside international passport segment with a ‘table of content’ in client information segment that emphasized BOLDLY that my wife’s supporting documents was in international passport segment.
Now with this…any advice on what can be done differently
