erico2k2: u av to be married to have expirience in a married environment Actually, it's rather more difficult to remain faithful to someone you're not married to, though the thread is about spouses, not lovebirds, so you have a point. |

Bonjezee: You need to ask my mum how she has been able to cope for the past 25yrs.... I have never spent more than a month with ma dad b4, my sisters have spent less. it's not the wife alone but also the children. Wow! Your Mom is one of the rare ladies I'm talking about! It's really not easy! Believe me! I know. |

It all depends.
Some married corps members can't keep it together for three weeks yet some women can live with a healthy, virile hunk of man for months without ever asking for it!
Though rare, some ladies can be trusted not to cheat, not because they are good, but because they are more married to career, religion, their kids, etc more than any man.
They are quite rare, though, in my opinion. |

Damsman10: I dnt know if my calculation is right or not because I think in dis chain, d last person ends up with 1 demon or 0.0demon... sebi That's not how it really works. The Bible talks about how demons actually invite other demons to exploit their victims. We are not talking about pests like lice or dust mites here. We're talking about intelligent beings able to hoodwink the wisest of men! Now I'm really late! Ciao! |

AllNaijaBlogger: When the average Nigerian is ignorant, what do you expect? I don't blame the Nairaland admin. If you notice, the top blogs in Nigeria are gossip blogs. Compare this to the USA or UK where tech, political and hard news blogs are the most popular.
Not to derail, the op is rubbish. I am a christian as well and I don't subscribe to this paranoia over spiritual matters. I am a spiritual person but I believe that the devil is in the heart of men (what men do) and not in sex or food or dreams Believe it or not, there is no part of human endeavour where people haven't studied to expert levels, if you will. In the "developed" countries you so idolise, you will be surprised at how much attention demonism, spiritism and the paranormal receive. Seances, Ouija boards, dreamcatchers, tarot cards, palmistry, Satanism.....don't get me started! I am a Christian too. If you are really one, you gotta believe in a literal, organized kingdom of darkness, and you must be mindful of its operations so you will not fall victim to it! Now, I know some people are given to flights of fancy and tend to over-spiritualise issues, but, if you have ever seen a young girl flung to the ground writhing like a snake or heard a little boy talking with an old man's deep bass voice, you may get a little paranoid too! I have seen these things happen, and I know that we cannot be too careful about how we live so it doesn't happen to us. That's what this post is all about. However, it's not only in the dos and donts, it is in really belonging to God and living by every comandment in His word. Check everything the OP said can lead to evil covenants and you will see they are all in contravention to God's word. I gotta go get ready for Church now. |

Yet Neanderthal men come here and scream GEJ till 2019. Too bad. Ignorance is death, yet it is bliss. Nigerians..... Blissfully going to the slaughter slab since 1914. |

The thing is speed.
It's all about SPEED!
Speed affects your perception/reaction time once you see a problem on the road.
Speed increases your braking distance when you need to brake the most.
Speed determines the extent of the impact once it happens.

Politics › Re: Poll Shift: Averting The Looming Darkness------------punch Editorial by Jeezuzpick(m): 2:31pm On Feb 10, 2015 |
hansad: Imagine Punch that used to be a strong mouthpiece for political restructuring of Nigeria for good governance system now clamouring for Nigeria to be handed over to a man like Buhari - a dictator, worse, a dictator who is poorly educated.
Once Buhari ever takes control of Nigeria now, he must surely strengthen the powers of Abuja politicians to lord it over all, and perhaps, this time try to control even the air we breathe, and possibly enable the retention of apex political power by Buhari clan for decades more to come.. Nigeria's democracy needs to mature, country needs political restructuring, Nigerians must not take any risks against its democracy by choosing a man like Buhari to be atop. Should GMB win, I don't see him going for two tenures. As a 72 year old, okay. As a 76 year old......Maybe not. That said (I may be wrong, of course), there is no politician that does not want to remain relevant after leaving power. I think this present debacle is a result of such a bid (OBJ)....GEJ will do the same, so why not GMB? Lastly, growth comes in stages. As you were being promoted from class to Class in school, did your teacher follow you to the new class? The new teacher you met in every new class may not fit your desires, but he or she was exactly what you needed at that stage in your education. Can we as a nation continue with the present status quo? Answer sincerely. I want you to please reason with me. You may not like GMB, but isn't it possible he is what we need right now? |
