There's this lady i met sometime last year. She would be like in her late 30s or early 40s while i am in my late 20s. Just because i was always talking to her then, she started forming love for me. The truth is that i just enjoyed her company because she is this kind of jovial person, but I am not attracted to her. Besides, the age gap is so wide that i cannot have anything with her. Had it been i am attracted to her, i would have considered maybe a fling with her but the attraction is not just there and i am this kind of guy that doesn't get even an errection if i am not attracted to a lady.
Now, she sends me flowers and love messages every morning. I have been ignoring the messages hoping that she would understand the fact that I am not into her but she keeps sending them.

Please ladies, if you need a man make sure you get one on time before you join the league of desperadoes. Guys generally date and marry down. I can only marry a lady who is at least 5years younger, not an older lady.

I don't know if it is only me but once a girl says NO initially eh i lose interest in her. Better if she didn't outrightly say NO but maybe just playing hard to get. Please I need the opinions of nairalanders especially lawyers in the house. A friend of mine wants to go to the marriage registry to legally wed his heartthrob. The problem is that his people are not in support of the marriage for no other reason but tribal difference. My friend has made up his mind to marry the lady and his plan is to go to the registry and wed. So, he approached me to ask if the registry would require parental consent or not. He said that he is even ready to go and pay people who would stand as his parents if need be. So, i decided to share this with you guys to know if it is possible for the courts to wed a couple without parental consent.

Also, why is it that ladies are given the liberty to choose who they want to marry but once a guy wants to marry, all his relatives would want to influence his choice
