What is the point am trying to make here? Some cessasionists, e.g Jehovahs witnesses and Co, have argued that miracles happening in our time are subject to criticisms, and that the miracles performed by Jesus and his apostles were never questioned by anybody, both critics and apologetics alike. Hence using that to support the notion the miracles no longer happen in our time.

We can see from the quote above, that the same criticisms that the likes of Oyakhilome, TB joshua, benny hinn, khulman and co undergo today, was the same accusations Jesus underwent.

On your intentions to study, or is it teach us about prophecy, that is nice. Prophecy is basically a Word from God, it's that 'general'. However, i guess you are referring to the act of foretelling, or saying something before it happens THROUGH DIVINE HELP. Most prophecy can be simply a forthtelling or declaration of the Word. But we are in the FORE telling context, right? TB's utterance in that video in the OP are not prophecy but prediction or speculation, and they are definitely NOT from the Lord. Sorry if it offends you but we also have the Spirit of God and are permitted to prove all things and test every spirit. This case is hardly even a spirit, except it is TB's spirit itself at work. It is mere speculation, conjecture that even the News agencies reported. Telling us that terrorists were still in France is not a revelation or a prophecy. CNN reported that the terrorists were being tracked, so obviously normal and secular intelligence, and anybody following the news knew. If you do not know, please Google it, or ask vooks to help(ask and you will receive). Telling us to expect terrorist attack in the North-South is akin to saying the Sun rises in the East and sets in the West. It is obvious.
Now, the prediction part is that it will happen either on Wednesday or Thursday or Friday or Saturday or Sunday. He should tell that to kids please. Unfortunately, we are told that the terrorists did not strike in France, neither did they strike on any of the five options he chose including the Wednesday lifeline he added. So, his prediction has no base, no reason, no standing, no hope, no nothing sef.
Agabus's PROPHECY came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar. The message was clear and it happened. There was no prior indication, tendency or attack. No trend or clue. The church was basking in grace, following Jesus and being called christians, sharing food and even fighting and murmuring over food, appointing Holy Ghost filled people to share food, and then the prophecy came, and was fulfilled. It prepared the people, believers made informed decisions, sent through and to specific people, and mitigated the effect of the famine/dearth. That is what prophecy is like.
