Could work when both Qlife and IOM become fully booked. Fyorgyn: One thing this move can achieve is that IRCC may allow people submit their applications pending when they do Medicals.
Just like what they do for countries that don't issue PCCs without a request from IRCC.
One may have to upload proof that you are booked for medicals but your appointment is way after the 60 days deadline.
Maybe we should specifically ask for this?

I don't think "guardian" will fly. If his parents had adopted he, then she is his sister and he will be able to add her as a sibling so he can sponsor her later. Adopt her again? I don't know how that works. Dizzy007: Hi guys, please lawyers, seniors I need some advice. A friend of mine wants to start his EE application, his parents are currently late. They had legally adopted a girl about 7 years ago, complete with all the adoption papers. So now he's her guardian/brother/sole relative. She's about 10 years old now. Please does he need to legally adopt her again to include her in his application as his dependent? or just indicate that he's her guardian? Thanks. |

We might never know the reason. But no matter the cause, it is IRCC's duty to provide access to service. Tojued: Are you sure it's about IRCC? Are people applying to be panel physicians and IRCC is rejecting them? I think it's just a reflection of the ongoing mass migration in our medical sector. |

UK PLAB exams no be here and competing for residency slots is high. Ireland residency is also accepted. I wonder why no one talks about it. veleta: Let me chip in a piece of advice for doctors planning to migrate to Canada,Canada is not your best choice if you really want to continue practising.UK is better as you have the opportunity of practising both in Canada and Australia if you do residency training in Family Medicine in UK.
All you need to do is write PLAB and within 6 to 9 months, you should be done with it then you can apply for Trust Grade jobs which are readily available.Once you start working, you can sit for residency exams in Family Medicine and if you pass, you can start your training. If you are lucky, you can even get a bursary of £12.5k after tax for training in some areas. While training, you can apply for Express Entry and this gives you the opportunity of practising in Canada as a Family Physician or moving to Australia and practising as a GP too.Right now,Australia seems to have more perks in terms of pay and weather compared to Canada.
All the best in your pursuit but always look at the long term when making these decisions. |

Those that booked medicals will be ok. The process of winding down always takes time. It is only news to us. It is not news to Children's Practice. Obi1conte: I wonder what would happen to all those who have booked appointment with them....such news can be very destabilizing. |

On Panel Physicians. Whatever the cause of the constant reduction of panel physicians available, the reality is that it will make things more and more difficult for Nigerians. Noting how bureaucracy works, this process has been in works for a while. I remember as at last month people were reporting Children's Practice was no longer booking medicals for the year again. Same thing happened when the PH hospital stopped too. Let us start a campaign now. It will definitely take time before new panel physicians can be sought and CIC might have started the process already. But I think we should add our voices to the conversation. 1. Let us use this feedback option ( click here)to reach out to IRCC. a. If we have not yet done medicals, let us use choose "Complaints". If we have done medicals, but just want to add our voice, let us choose 'Comments". b. Choose "Services" and "Access to Services". c. Make your comment and encourage CIC to engage more panel physicians for Nigeria and increase their availability in more cities. 2. We can use other means to reach IRCC so that the feedback can get to the top: a. Twitter: http://twitter.com/CitImmCanada b. Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/CitCanada c. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/citimmcanadaI just used the CIC site feedback tool to send a comment. Cheers! Let us make the journey easier for all coming behind us. |

The date of update has always been constant. It has nothing to do with the panel list. flosk: But the date of update is 2nd of February, 2018, it is not a recent update joor. |

Only IRCC knows for certain. But there is a school of thought that it is generally at IP1/MEP/BIL stage which for now is about 3-4wks after AOR. flyboi1: Guys, please how long before an application gets transferred from CIO to a visa office? |

Work history is to get points and should be backed with reference letter. Anything else will go under personal history post-ITA. Yemsot: Hi guys, Please I have a question. During application do one have to state all our work history for the purpose of EE or can we choose to be silent on some? For example if one is not able to get reference letter from some place of work, should one still sight that organization? |

Depends on what you are comfortable with and how high your crs score is. If your score is high enough, you can decline and re-enter. But I think these mistakes can be explained. Name: Same person affidavit. TRF: As long as it is just number and not also date issued. You add a LOE and ensure that your TRF is included in your application. TITILOLA88: Hallo! I just discovered that I didn't type my full names and my TRF number is also wrong on my EE profile (I guess I was too excited). How can I correct the errors? Should I decline the invitation, as I am post-ITA? Wishing you all a blissful night! |

I don't get it the question. These projects, are they not done with the company for which you got a reference letter and which is already captured under work history? If self-employed, are the projects not done under your company and captured under work history? prost80: Hello All,
For Personal History, If i work on project to project basis some can be as long as 1year others can be like 2-3months, so in a year i can work on 4 different projects with different duration dates. DO i need to write all these. I need advice oh. God bless you all |

Lol. You are a real riot! Godisincontrol: I want to assume graduate actually wrote his exams by him/herself and graduated. If that's the case then graduate is literate enough to know that there is a page one of this thread, asides from other threads. If graduate did not know, then I wonder the kind of graduate we have here.
After doing this, if graduate has more questions which are specific, I will personally assist FOC. |

For Questions 1 and 3, check page 1 of this thread as advised. For questions 2 and 4, check page 113 of the Living in Canada thread. vosquare: Hello, what can you tell a graduate that wants to relocate to Canada? What kind of vocational skills should he have (if important)? How much for the visa, ticket and other transport fare? How much is their house rent/yr and is there any allowance for a new person?
Just advice a graduate pls. Thanks |

1.Yes. You can also add reference letter in whatever format they have. 2. Use the format they give you and provide other evidences for the parts they did not include. Mamaroon: Hello and Help please!!!
If my bank will not give a letter in the CIC format for POF or any letter at all am I good with just a statement of account and an LOE?
ALSO
If my employer and supervisor (not even on plain paper with business card attached) will not give a reference letter in the CIC format...am I good with my pay slips and any old letters like employment...promotion letter...ID...business card...and an LOE?
Pls dont send me to the "benniging" o...i've checked ...
Thanks |

Did you claim sibling points? Algbenguze: Hi guys! Please can someone explain what these people mean by Proof of Relationship in eAPR. This is different from the request for marriage license/certificate (which I’ve uploaded already). The help sign says “Proof of your relationship with your host or family member. This can include a marriage certificate, birth certificate, official document naming you as a parent or a copy of the inside back cover of the inviter’s passport showing inviter’s parents if possible”. My question is: “Relationship with whom exactly?” I’m a little confused. |
