Hello great people.

Please what is the standard time from PPR to COPR. I got a request to submit my passport. I plan to submit on Monday, however I need to use my passport on the 31st of October. Will my passport be ready for collection within 2 weeks or should I send a mail to CIC requesting an extension. There was no option of sending a mail to them or requesting an extension in the PPR mail I received. I have 15 days to submit my passport, starting from yesterday.

IELTS result out: LRSW, 8.5/9/8/6, first attempt. This result dropped my CRS from 459 to 396, I don't know whether to apply for a remark or register for a new one.

Thanks alot but the 7years work experience claimed is from the same NOC but with different organization. Only 2 are willing to give reference letter for up to 4 years but 2 are not willing to give reference letter to balance up the 7years. Should I just manage the4 years ref letter

Hello house , make una help me look into this matter , am filling my application and I noticed I need to include family( sister , brother , mother , father etc) details even tho they are not accompanying me.
But I get one small problem my twin sister over stayed in USA , long time ago , due to marriage issues. Her hubby keeps beating her. she’s still currently in the USA. But she’s planning on coming back. This year
Pls should I add her to my application or will it affect my application if I don’t
But if I add her will her status affect my application , can’t wait till she’s back cous my ita will expire.
Pls honest advice.

Please can anyone give me an idea on how to get my WAEC verification sent to WES as I am already in Canada but need it to complete my CPA verification. Can I ask a relative to go to WAEC for me? How will I get my signature on the affidavit? I have been searching my documents but can't find my WAEC statement of result, how then do I get the photocopies to be sent? (The scanned copy I had was in my External hard Drive which was stolen from my travelling bag at the airport).

Evening everyone. Pls I need your help. My family and I received PPR this morn(thank God) and the email says we are to send our passports within 15days of receipt of the email. The issue now is that we can't submit our passports now because we are leaving Nigeria for Sydney on the 16th of October, 2018 to arrive Sydney on the 18th. My question is how do I navigate around this. Is it possible to submit the passports at VFS global in Sydney or I have to courier the passports to VFS global in Nigeria. Ur prompt response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hello all, Please I recently took the General Version IELTS but might need to take the Academic version. Please, I just want to inquire how many days interval do I need to take note of before registering? What I mean is that if Exam is on the 20th of this Month, can I register like today been 10th??

I couldn't find such information on British Council website & would appreciate a prompt feedback.

Lol. Just that the loser and underachiever tag was too strong. People do football age in reverse all the time, official minimum age to gain entry into federal university used to be 16. Don't know if it has changed. It's not like now that you can just send the child to a private university. And even now most secondary schools prefer 9 year old children.

Ouch at the emboldened. I falsified my age because i was too young to get into university... so added two years to the real age! Had initially added one year to get into secondary school (if I remember correctly)...

Is it bad to ask questions? I for one hate it when people tell others to go read from page 1. If you can't answer their questions, simply ignore. If you can and you think the question has been answered some pages before you can do well to look it up and then answer with a link to that page. Imagine being on page 389 and dwelling on page 1 info. Things change sometimes and we all know that. Plus people are busy with other things in life too, not just Canadian immigration.

Hello people, thank you for the resourceful pool we have here. My worry is about my pof. I have a family of 5 and I am the PA coz hubby's age won't favor us as much. We intend using gift deed from hubby's brother. He had planned on sponsoring my 1st year Canadian studies before now but I just reasoned since I'm eligible for EE, let's convert that to pof and follow EE instead. Will this be a good enough reason when the time comes or I should tell him to transfer the money to me now so it can sit in the account for up to 6 months or I invest it in TB? Will I have to explain the lump sum in this case? I am about to start eca and write ielts soon, so I can wait the 6months to avoid stories that touch.
Please help, I'm worried sick. I don't want any misrepresentation. Thanks

1. Should I inform CIC in low during sunmission of my intended travel or I should inform them after I have submitted.
2. Can biometrics be done in another country (Africa)

PPR: 9 Oct 2018.

Did i mention that the second ADR came from Lagos office.. Yes o, Lagos immigration.

Only God knows how and when Lagos became involved in my case.

I am seeking answers as well in this regard. 0433 and 4313 indicates that they should be of the Canadian armed forces. Is it stricly applicable to just serving Canadian officers or its meant to serve as a model for immigrant officers?

Thanks so so much. My bank agreed to write the letter in the format IRCC prescribed. So it will state the average six months non in any debt(non indebtedness) and my investment too. While all this was going on the investment expired on Friday but rolled over today. I intend to include the two investment certificates to show that it was rolled over. And the letter is carrying the date after rolled over has taken place, I’m I safe to just submit the letter from my bank and the two investment certificate?

Hi,I'm new to this group but i have read great post from everyone that has contributed, thanks so much for the Info. However, my question is in terms of proof of funds. I have a private company where i do small small works outside my paid job, and while planning for this PR, i moved a bulk sum from my company account to the account i want to submit for proof of funds(My personal and salary account). The problem now is that i have been given ITA since 5th September but this funds thing is really bordering me. The funds was moved and then fixed in my personal account in first week of July, and i need to submit my application latest by end of this month. I'm confused, should I just get letter from my bank on my account balance and investment and print 3 months statement, or i should still print 6 months which will show this bulk sum? What do you advise. Thanks.
