Hello everyone, kudos for the great job thus far. please i have a question as regarding POF. i helped transact a deal regarding a landed property and i was paid a commission on the same in cash (precisely in dollars). i'm planning on paying this into my dorm account and using it as part of my POF. but being a lump sum, it might raise a red flag and i don't know how to explain it. I'm not a real estate agent as i have my own job as a civil servant. but the nature of my job allows me the opportunity to deal in this kind of transactions every once in a while being that I'm in the ministry of lands.

Now I’m really happy but I just logged in to my application and it still says ‘in progress’. Guys please before I continue dancing here, is it normal?

Ihave tried to assimilate as much as I can from part 1 but not so many people have used self employ for EE.
Since graduation I have always worked for family. I dont have a pay slip since its a family business since 2004. I started out on, my own 2009 till present. The company is registered by my Mum she's late now. I do pay tax but unfortunately in my own name cos the company name is used by me and my siblings. We offer different services.
My husband also is self employed, we have a school he manages.
He has an MSC while I have a Bsc.
please can you give suggestions on how to go about this. Am kinda confused.

Could anyone point me to the right direction here? Where do I start from? Is there a recommended affordable french school on the mainland? Is there a French group I could join?

The job prospect for an Engineer with Lean Six Sigma certification at the minimum Black Belt level was excellent about 10-15 years ago when I ventured into it. While currently, the prospect may not be excellent but it is still VERY GOOD and I would advice you to consider it as an Engineer. Now to my personal experience in management roles in the steel manufacturing industry (Ontario) and presently in the oil and gas industry (Alberta), all I can say is that if you have the opportunity to be hired or promoted into management role and your goal is to make money please take it. For most people (maybe not everybody) money is a key motivating factor that made us strive to get into management. Yes, in management role you work more than 40 hours in a week most of the time which you do not get paid for. The part of your work that will mainly make you work over 40 hours a week are mainly attending one management meeting or the other, writing one report or the other etc. However, while you don’t get paid for overtime you get the following: Performance bonus (which could be as high as double your base salary or as low as nothing), stock option, actual stock (this is different from stock option), profit sharing (if it is not a publicly traded private company).

1.Do I send them a mail asking for and extension?would that reason be valid enough?
2.Do I submit with the kids then when he comes back submit his seperately?

My PPR has been transferred to Accra from London. My family composition hasn't changed, do I need to complete the IMM008 form and additional family information forms as requested on my PPR letter?

I'd like to seek some advice. I've gone through the thread thoroughly but I haven't seen any question similar to mine (might be an oversight).

Things is, I'm trying to do my ECA with WES and of course I have to evaluate my WAEC credentials. I happen to have my certificate which means i could make a copy of it myself as opposed to heading to the WAEC office.

My only concern now is the signature/stamp they require on the envelope. Where can I get that ? Will it be accepted if I sign myself ? Would I have to head to their office anyway for that ?

I didn't contact d babe after that day. I planned waiting till d result was released. I collected her no out of frustration. I wasn't sure I was ready to have anything to do wt a stranger just like dat, but I was under pressure to look into that option. I'm a Mech Engr, getting PNP was tough. D babe nice sha, cos she refused to let me pay d t-fare but she paid mine and also for a friend of mine.
