I don't think there will be any problem. You will need to be ready to communicate back and forth with IRCC. Search the thread for @sistaj's posts and/or pm her. Nancyeliot: Hello,
Please can I be guided on how to go about applying? Before I get into the pool I need to understand the way to apply if my spouse and children are not resident in the same country with me.
I am the principal applicant. Has anyone been in this situation before? I'm concerned because I am not sure how we will submit the Medicals, police report. I understand that it must be uploaded but hope it won't be queried if it Is seen that they were not gotten from the same location. The other concern is about the ppr. Will I have to return to my home country to submit together with my family or we can do it seperately. Please I need your advice before I begin so I can manage expectations. Been reading from part1 but I am yet to see a related case.
Thank you for thinking about this for me. |

When you were filling your profile, under your spouse's educational history, when you were asked something like: "have you gotten an ECA for the qualification?", did you enter No or did you enter Yes and filled any number? stevo2016: Thank God, I have finally seen the long awaited ITA. The name of the Lord be praised. But I have a question, when I went to view my profile, I discovered that the transmitted has changed to red, but I am seeing 'in progress under wifey's education history. I had chosen Yes under that, but haven't filled in her university education history since we are still awaiting her ECA. We are expecting it by 21st of september. Please guys, hope that would not have any negative implication. Thanks. |

Congratulations on all ITA recipients today.
First time this year, they are using an odd number like 3,900. Why not 4,000? They are really managing the scores, most likely don't want it to drop below 440. |

Great news!. Congrats, go and prosper! Cool to see fast processing for PNP. Afro24: ITA was received on May 30th ( This draw was unexpected). AOR.......July 4th. Medical was passed on 20th July( this date means alot). IP2.........I really don't know the exact date because I stopped checking. It should be around August 14th.
Ready for Visa Email/PPR........August 28th.
This is to encourage all those looking at improving their scores. Just keep at it and I think desperation in chasing the scores is everything. We will all succeed because I want to be able to eat "oporoko" in that country when I choose.
To those contributing positively on this thread......you are everything.
Alright folks....je veux aller soumettre mon passeport. |

If your question is specific for Alberta, then yes for now. CPEThorpe: So I just realised that Alberta doesn't have a PNP for people living outside Canada.
I have always known that other provinces have their inland and outland PNP. Does this mean that EE is the only medium of immigration for foreigners outside Canada? Please kindly clear my doubt? |

Remember you only have 60 days to submit your application once you get ITA. bests: Please at what point do you need POF in all od these stages... My guess is AOR. Just got my IELTS and currently sitting on 464 CRS, A lil bothered about the #4m. |

Alberta will agree with you. The Left wants Canada to go green on energy and is quite uncomfortable with Canada's status as an oil exporting country. Trudeau seems caught between his natural inclinations and his duty to the economy. einsteino: Its crazy! I don't get it. This same country relies heavily on oil for its energy needs, some of its industries' raw materials are products of oil, its cars arent 100% electric nor nuclear powered; dresses, cellphones and most of the stuff you could think of are produced from synthesized polymers that come from oil! So whats the fuss about?
Are they saying its okay to use oil and its products so long as the oil isnt canadian? The way I see it Alberta is being backstabbed. Spell out the standards and environmental regulations that must be adhered to, and be clear on the rules, that should be their focus. Until mankind finds an abundantly available and cleaner energy source that is just as versatile, Alberta should be allowed to do its oil business. |

I'm not sure it will help, but please by all means try and let us know if it worked. If it doesn't, use the affidavit and birth certificate + a LOE for your eAPR. Adunnee: There's an error in my hubby's year of birth on his WAEC cert. It's 1984 instead of 1985 and it has been sent to WES before we noticed the error.
Should he send an affidavit and his birth cert to WES? Or how else can the issue be resolved? |

Achieve: Increase the capacity to deliver Albertan oil to the Pacific. More oil exports, more production, more jobs and income. Against (Issues): Some First Nations (land rights and possible spillage), environmental activists (environmental degradation), leftists (hates oil) and the British Columbian government (campaign promise). For: Oil companies, Alberta, Federal government (though some complain the support is inadequate). Saintp: What is this project expected to achieve? who is actually kicking against it? liberals or conservatives? Could you please explain the issues around this project, thanks |

Elections are coming! She must be under real pressure for a NDP government to pull out of a climate change plan. salford1: So Alberta has been let down again, and Notley threw a fit.
"In a dramatic announcement Thursday evening, Premier Rachel Notley said she is pulling Alberta out of the national climate-change plan to protest a federal court ruling that quashed expansion of the Trans Mountain pipeline".
Big mess.
Alberta really needs to diversify its economy. |

If you were married before ITA, no. If you were married after ITA, but before eAPR AOR, yes but your points will be recalculated. And you should have informed IRCC immediately. If you were married after AOR, yes and points will not be recalculated PS: Always give the correct information and update your profile immediately your circumstances change. Afro24: Good morning everyone.
Is it advisable to add spouse after ppr? |

You are talking about the Student visa route. Still viable. Your choice. However student visa has a 33% rejection rate nowadays (if I am able to recover the link, I'll post). Your move. vulpeslopez: bro,the scores from masters sef still no carry person reach 420 not to talk of 440......learning french na another route but chai....the Lord is our strength...worst case scenario I go go do masters,2yrs I go Don get canadaian education and work experience and start the PR from there...with better chances |

All IRCC is interested in is when you are given an ADR for POF, you present evidence that your POF is available. Ditto at POE during landing you must be able to present your POF. otunbanimi: Vickyehi! What if one has spent out of the gift deed. At ADR request for POF, can one make up for the money spent by transferring to the account. Or one must not touch the funds at all after AOR? Dyolahh: Or also if the pof has been moved to a totally different account for saving?? |

I feel you. However, you need patience and perseverance in this Canada journey. No shortcuts o. Even the PNP is not for the faint of heart. vulpeslopez: bro all the bolded is stressful ..PGD,Masters and French will take longer....**nobody wants to stay in 9ja for 2yrs sef...maybe PNP will be a better option |

Pls re-read my post and focus on bolded. joo2018: Seems very low, even with 1yr work experience, I'm getting 393 for single here. Pls re-calculate. No cutoff mark, but the lowest score in a draw this year is 440, so 440 can be used as a guide. If your future spouse is younger, she may be the PA. A low score means is that you need to improve your CRS by doing a PgD to qualify for 2 or more certicates, do Masters and/or learn French. Alternatively you can go the PNP route. vulpeslopez: bro,i am 31yrs...2yrs work experience....I tried married and single...with no master's degree,Canada education/ work experience or siblings in Canada, how do people can PR without PNP? |

Also do I need the hard copy of my IELTS result ?
