I'm planning traveling for my studies by early October, My problem is that The fund for my study will be available in my dad's account by late July. The money ids from his office corporative society. Looking at the 28days with which the money must be in his account, I can only apply for my Visa by late August or early september,

1. I want to know if that is not too late and also

2. Can I withdraw part of the money before I travel or do I still need to maintain d money in my acct.

3. In getting the 6 months bank statement, will it not count against me because there is currently no money in the account.

Especially France where they directly control Francophone Africa. We need to unite and use GROUP economics so we can survive as a group. Obamacare: You are right to some extent [b]but the truth is he can apply for a visiting visa and decide to change his status to study visa without leaving canada. [/b]What you do is apply from the nearest embassy to you which is in the US. This you can do simply by courier while your visa will be returned same way. A friend did that some time ago and it worked perfectly.
