You need a letter from your school that will contain info such as, your course name, the length of the course(start and end date) , the stage you are now. You also need your progress report (previous results will do).

All in school letter head, signed and stamped by the school.

You are NOT an ARSENAL fan because if you are, you wouldn't have forgotten that Arsenal had won FA cup 10 times, the last time was 2005 beating Man-U in final, but in your own little head they haven't won nothing in the last 10yrs.

Arsenal did that without paying a single player up to £100k a week. The only team in EPL playing at champion league every season, new stadium and remain in top 4 every season without paying ridiculous amount of money for a single player.

Yes we have had ups and downs in the last 6yrs, so many teams does, when Arsenal was winning trophies, going throughout a season without losing a single game, teams like Chelsea, Man-city, Spurs, Newcastle were chasing shadow.

My Elder sister and her husband got a 6 month visiting visa to UK. It was their first time of traveling out of the country. I was very happy for them when the visa was issued. But to my surprise before they travelled, her husband resigned his job and moved all their stuff to the village. Now with both of them in the UK, they have refused to come back. I have spoken to my sister several times and my husband has spoken to her husband on the difficulties and dangers of living in the UK as an illegal immigrant.
My sister said her husband told her she can return to Nigeria if she so desires but he is adamant about remaining in the UK as an illegal immigrant. I have this feeling that her husband might be pressed by circumstances to marry someone else in order to secure legal status in UK.
Since my husband and myself have lived in the UK and currently live abroad together, I am concerned because I have seen people who have been stuck for many years abroad and are currently stuck with very limited options.
I do not want her to feel like I am against her traveling or living abroad, but I don't want her to live abroad with her husband as an illegal immigrant. Please I need your advice on what you think I can do or say to convince them to return to Nigeria before their 6 months visiting visa expires. Thank you for you thoughts and suggestions

The more you try to advice them against it the more they will see you as enemy of progress, if i were you i will back off and watch them learn from experience.

Don't bother pushing it any longer, wish them good luck and move on.

The visa will expire next month. on her application form, she said she ll spend 1month with her son basf in the UK but she has spent 4months and is returning home in 2weeks time. My questions are 1) she said she was visiting for 1month but stayed 4months, will that affect her future application in anyway? 2) last time i checked, UK does not stamp your passport when you leave the UK, how do they know when one leaves and the duration of the visitor's visit? 3) someone adviced that on arrival of my aunt back to Nigeria, she should find a way to back date the arrival stamp on her passport, what is the implication of doing this when she reapply? She did not over stayed her visa, she will only need to explain why she stayed 4months and not a month as indicated IF asked

Did you put all those documents the ECO said you did not include in your appeal package? Using company's bank account for visa application is not a good idea because that money is for the running of the business and not to be spent on foreign holiday.

The ECO arguments will be that your daddy will not close his company or stop paying his workers or suppliers and spend the money on your holiday.

If you had submitted his saves account then good.

He can apply to stay as the father of the baby as he has right to a family life, it may take time but its winnable case. He should see a good immigration lawyer

I dont think the school is a private school. Its the University of Aberdeen. Thanks for the advice regarding those PFL people. I got the Admission on my own without their help, i was only thinking of getting their help with regards the visa application.
