Billary Clinton is en route  to Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire to thank  criminal warmonger Allassane ouattara for the killing thousands of children and women.Allassane 's forces  backed by  criminal U. N and french forces have committed a genocide in the western part of Cote d'Ivoire during the election dispute. Since then, his  de facto despised government is waging  an ethnic cleansing against christians in the south.
None of those crimes seems to bother  Mrs Clintoon who is going there to push for business with  the blessing of El Hadj Hussein- El Barack- el osama.

You are very correct. They never see anything good in anything western. May be correct sometimes but they overblow it.I guess the invasion of the British embassy in Tehran actually irked them.
No they were banned because they keep airing interviews/ confessions obtained through torture by Iranian security agencies, the victims are forced to make false confessions and the station will broadcast it.

Yea I know they don't reason being that western media info tend to be 'injurious' to the Ahmadnejad's Agenda.
Likewise UK have found the constant criticism of PressTV 'unacceptable'
I watch PressTV and they are unbelievably un-objective, no balance news at all, rumour after rumour, conspiracy, all their guess speakers are ant-west, no opposing views are allowed. It makes mockery of journalism.

prolly not the best thing to do though
They are even lucky to be allowed into UK at the first place, does Iran allow any western press to broadcast freely in Iran?

Justwise and other nairalanders in the house, i will like you to advise me on this issue that have being a serious concern to me.

Am preparing applying for my uk study visa but my concern is that am combining two waec results that contains different age(1981 and 1980). Every other documents contains the correct age(1981) and every effort to correct the waec-GCE that contains the wrong age from waec have proved abortive. Please what should i do in a case like this?
Did you get the admission with the two results?

@justwise.it is very imperative to state here that he can not assume to have been ban for 10 yrs based on what transgressed. For further clarity, he could ascertain if he is actually been banned from applying from the documents handed over to him after his visa interview. I rest my case
There is no interview here and since he lost the appeal applying again can only attract another refusal and he will be told that sequence application will also be refused.

@alikote. I will not want you to fret urself unnecessarily over this issue. I don't think that u could be refused bases on what had happened in the past. Did u really appeal the decision to refuse u then. U have more chances if u did not appeal then and on the form ,there should be a section asking u why u did not appeal.all u need to state is that u could not get a letter of anormaly from the passport office in time(guess u have 21 days to send back your appeal)

U can also emphasize that u did not fill your form urself then and that was why the whole error surfaced.

The issue here is a matter of been able to explain and defend urself.

To be on a safer side, I will advise that u remit some money into the school and ask for the receipt if truly u r going for studies.

Your money would definitely be refunded if at all u r denied visa. I don't think that u could be denied again. All u have to explain is that your circumstances is changed as it relates to the error on your DOB
I hope you know that lying on visa application form or submitting forged documents attracts 10 years ban? He can't get away by saying that he did not complete the form himself only if he is under 16 years of age. He is 100% responsible for all the info provided in that form whether by himself or an agent did that on his behalf.

That comment can only be made in event that you don't have enough money to cover your fees and maintenance, once the school have accessed your application and gave you an offer its assumed that you are capable of doing that course.

Having your picture on your WAEC result does not mean that its genuine as anything can be forged, they normally seize document when there is a strong suspicion that its fake/forged.

I'm guessing that there are more to the case than you are willing to disclose, i may be wrong though.

I had quite a hilarious experience when I went for my visa renewal. The guy before me- first timer claimed to be going for an art exhibition- he is an artist graduated from somewhere. claimed to have all his documents ticket, invitation letter, 1m Naira in his account- many paintings from way back when to 2 days before the interview- all for the exhibition. and yes he looked the part too, Adire and jeans trouser, So what could go wrong? It turned out he was asked to come into a cubicle and re-sketch one of the paintings, Sweat beads, agitation, aggressiveness. He retorted "I am a painter, not possible to reproduce" Well he was booted out of the building. Then the lady behind, used an agent (for a fee) to package her documentation, hmm. She showed me the documents, oops. Could not tell her she was walking into the lion's den, why? She used the same Nigeria conqueror vellum coloured paper for letter of invitation, letter from employer (oil company based in Ketu) letter of permission from hubby she could travel. I felt bad for both especially the lady whose church in Sango-
otta asked her to do dry fast for 1 week before the interview.
MORALE OF MY STORY?
1. Guys, if you are young and u have 1m in your account, u r likely to be tagged a terrorist
2. if u cant draw to save your life, don't claim to be an artist
3. Avoid conqueror papers please!! red flag,
4. Do not work for any company in Ketu talk less an oil company when you reside in Sango-Otta,
for all having jitters about visa, If you have no business going abroad, or you cant justify going there, stay in Naija. once your fingerprints are taken at the embassy, your story must never change, Good luck!!!!

Very unfortunate, if you had completed the form yourself you wouldn't have made that mistake. Its one thing to blame the mistake on passport office but making the same mistake on the form could be seen as a deliberate attempt to cheat the system.

Forgive me for being a bit cynical but why did they seized your original WAEC result when the problem was with your passport? Do you know whether your agent might have submitted fake WAEC result on your behalf?

The mistake is from the passport office And my agent wrote it down on d application form.then d appeal jurge said i didnt provide explanation for intentional puting a wrong date of birth on my form that i mislead a visa officer .all my document are real no fake dont know how to resolve did issue need help
The appeal judge is right, its not good enough to say that the mistake is from the passport office because anybody can say that whether true or false.
Getting a letter from the passport office acknowledging their mistake would have been an effective way of proving that you did not intentional trying to mislead the ECO.

Another way of dealing with a case like this is to provide other documents of yours that has the same DOB as your  WAEC. . . documents like birth certificate, your old passport, school certificates to show that your DOB has being consistent in all your documents and that the mistake in your passport is an innocent one and an isolated incident.

You are more likely to be refused a visa again if you re-applied as you have lost the appeal.

How did the DOB mix-up/mistake came about? What explanation did you give in your appeal letter? Considering the fact that you went ahead and changed your passport before sending in the appeal.

You completely lost me here, what is wrong with india and UK visa in his passport and what has that got to do with visa refusal.

I will not stop giving my opinions just because somebody get easily offended and expect me to agree with him.

If you feel they could, why would they want you to come to the embassy with your statement. The fact still remains it is not allowed. Even in the US, it not allowed (you may want to check out Patriot act) except for purpose of investigation into a crime and that's why some fraud cases could not be instantly detected even in the US. Please lets get the correct info (i hope this would be my last post on this).
The reason why you are asked to bring your statement is for a check and if they found anything suspicious then further enquiries will be made including calling your bank, its allowed in US, the UK, Canada etc. By the way submitting forged/fake document is a crime, so that calls for investigation.

I will like you to understand that I am not trying to score a point nor to be on anyone's side, but sometimes when we don't know something or have an idea about it i feel it's always better to save our comments. That Nigerian government is not performing -yes, that doesn't mean they don't have policies and procedures. May I ask you one question? Do you know the immigration rules for US citizens to study or work in Nigeria? I guess the obvious answer is NO. The reason being that you don't need it, but do you know the reverse - yes. Please I'll still like to emphasize that what I've said earlier is the truth and you may want to do more research about it.
phy the argument here is whether the US embassy can verify an applicant's bank account details from his or her bank and the answer is YES they can if there is need to do so.
Perhaps a good manner of communication that 'Suggests' is the best way to post in a forum. When you go about with statements like : ", if what you have is not illegal stuff then post here, ", it leaves a very bad impression.

I notice long ago that the OP has not responded to earlier post, hence partly the reason I did not want to post the witness cases here. I have done so in two other bigger UK Immigration fora, where we have Solicitors and Immigration experts commenting and they never made such allegations like you did. In fact a Ghanian applicant post a reply of how the case witness help her Solicitors in winning Her case in court.

Anyway, I think this will be my last post on this thread. And if this attitude continues, (and I am sure it is not only me that has pointed this out as I have seen some others do same last year) some of us might just call it a day with the Travel Section here on NL.
Omo_Tier1 i'm sure that many people have benefited from your contributions but any time you decide to leave its all well and good but rest assured that i'm not changing my views about things here to please anybody.

The scientific community is unanimous in suggesting that the reasons why there is a markedly high HIV prevalence rate amongst g-ay pr-ostitutes as compared to heterosexuals is because of the frequent use of IV drugs and "poppers" among the g-ay community. This is what the objective evidence suggests.

You are saying that the high HIV prevalence rate amongst g-ays is directly as a result of s-ex they have amongst themselves, nothing could be further from the truth. In other words, you are condemning g-ay LovePeddlers not because they have committed any offence, but because of what they are. That sounds like discrimination at best, and at worst, it is blatant ignorance.

As far as I am concerned, anyone who makes a huge statement like "pro-stitution is immoral", needs to be ready to provide a huge evidence to back up such kind of statement.
Don't even give me that silly remark about condemning gay people because that was not the issue here. Its very common for some of you to come up with those needy pity party remarks when issue like this is being discussed

The issue here is Gay prostitutes and the health implications and you are here going about unnecessary ranting.
