Femtopsy:
hello everyone. I have followed this thread for a while.vI submitted my visa application for the tier 4 pbs yesterday. I am feeling bad this morning because of two reasons. 1, In my application form, I failed to tick the box that asked me to confirm that I have submitted all the documents in my CAS. Although the only document stated in my CAS is my degree certificate which I submitted, which is not laminated, and a letter of introduction from my Head of Department that confirmed that I was indeed a student of the department. My second headache is the letter, cos at the end where he put the number of the department for enquires the secretart made a mistake with the phone number, although the number on the letter head is right and going through. Its just that both numbers are so similar due to the mix up. Do you guys think I stand a chance of getting the visa cos am already saving money for another application due to this costly errors. I have already paid my tuition fees in full and I have a domiciary acct with the sum of £5,600 in my name. Am not happy at all
. . . . they may try both numbers, so finger crossed it will not be a problem.
The issue of not ticking the box may not affect the out come of ur visa as long as u submited all the documents required, i never read a story where visa was refused based on that.

Please I need info justwise.

I have a transcript from school which I collected by having them post it to my friends company. Now i want to apply to BHC , it is a valid transcript though. Can I use this transcript or I have to order for a new one addressed to BHC sealed an it take like a month in my school, I am scared.

Also I deposited money in my in sucession for maintainance and have not made withdrawls on that account since it was opened do u think this will affect my application. Since I heard someone say they want transaction on the account.
Is that transcript still sealed?

Are u sponsoring urself or a family member is sponsoring u?

I HAVE JUST GOTTEN A CONDITIONAL OFFER LETTER FROM A HIGHLY TRUSTED SCHOOL AND THE DEPOSIT OF THE SCHOOL IS 500 POUNDS,I WILL PAY THE DEPOSIT TOMORROW OR MONDAY BUT I AM CONFUSED ABT MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENT BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A SPONSOR BUT ONE OF MY COUSIN IS WILLING TO PAY THE DEPOSIT AND ACCOMODATION DEPOSIT FOR ME BUT THE AGREEMENT IS FOR ME TO WORK AND PAY THE BALANCE SINCE IT IS INSTALLMENTAL PAYMENT FOR THE TUTION FEE.BUT SOMEONE WORKING IN A BANK IS WILLING TO GIVE ME A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT OF A COMPANY OR A PERSONAL ACCOUNT WITH HIGH BALANCE AND A BACK UP LETTER FROM THE BANK ALSO A LETTER SHOWING THE RELATIONSHIP BTW US AND HIM GIVEN ME PERMISSION TO USE A SPECIFIC AMOUNT.AND I AM GOING TO GET A COURT DOCUMENT NAMING ME AND THE PERSON AS MY LEGAL GUARDIAN FROM A LAWYER.WHAT DO YOU THINK.PLEASE I NEED ADVICE
You are taking a massive gamble and its risky. I guess ur course is below degree level. . .meaning that u will only be allowed to work only 10hrs a week during term time. You will struggle to meet up with ur installment and there is no guaratee job for students out there. How are u going to meet up with rent, bills and feeding?

Another issue is. . . presenting forged bank statement will earn u 10yrs ban if caught. Good luck with that

FAIR-haired, green-eyed toddler Emmanuel Ofor poses happily with his family - in another case of a white child born to black parents.
His baffled mum and dad have STILL not managed to find an explanation for the genetic mix-up three years after the youngster was born.

It comes after The Sun revealed on Tuesday how blonde, blue-eyed newborn Nmachi Ihegboro's arrival had amazed black parents Ben and Angela who believe they have no white ancestry.

The baby girl is to undergo full genetic tests after doctors said the odds of her white colouring were "between many millions to one and a million to one."

Now Emmanuel - whose two sisters, Afoma, six, and six-month-old Whitney are both black - is also beginning to wonder why he looks different.

sorry ! did i strike a nerve? you must be igbo then. lol anyways there's no need to get personal its just a forum. actually thot you were educated and exposed enough(from your posts i ve been reading from different fora ) to handle a criticism without you been overtly abusive. anyways just tell your brothers to take it easy wt the drugs and 419 thingy. lol its a pity but the truth is they form the greater majority of Nigerians all over the world been nabbed for the wrong things.
I got no respect at all for any tribalistic cretin, yorubas and igbos are all in it, defraud/scam/419/yahoo yahoo are carried out by both tribes.

I just can't understand why some of you are quick to jump into tribal bandwagon each time issue like this is raised.

You think u are educated? Think again.

The Nigerian Mafia. At least we are not killing people like the Italians ,Irish, Russian and Chinese.

When you steal from anybody, u are killing that person indirectly, his/her saves is gone, families got nothing to live on, you basically disintegrate the whole family. bgees that is killing.

i think the poster is an igbo man (lol).they the ones spoiling Nigerians in south Africa. i was there for 3 wks last year on vacation and truthfully i didnt want to come back. i stayed in jo'burg and Capetown. the poster should have visited place s like sandton and he he wil see Nigerians working and living fine at malls like sandton mall and village walk, in Capetown Nigerians are also there living well and doing good.
infact my friend that i went to visit in capetown stays in a lovely estate where there are only two blackfamilies and they re Nigerians. the husband was transffered from the company he works for here and they live comfortably there.i asked her if i can relocate there , and she explained to me thats its not easy for you to just ease in there and start working, u will ave to first pay your dues just loke anywhere else in the world.
and after a while yur hard work will pay off . every Nigerian there is not a robber , a thief or 419. its only those who migrate for the wrong reasons that suffer. if you are insightful, u will see that SouthAfrica has good stores where u can buy things and come and ressell in nigeria . it will shock you that you can buy alot wt just $1000 in southafrica and you will make profit.at least thats wht i did. Nigerians should learn to do the right things to avoid sufferring in another mans land.
Is that only what ur empty skull can remember?

You see exactly same reason why people hate to associate with the word "Nigeria". Who commits a crime here and think you won't get caught? It's just a matter of time, sooner or later such activity would be exposed. Hardworking ones who go to work in the morning come home in the evening then have a stigma because of something silly. I refuse to have a stigma and I have fiercely defended Nigerians at least the good ones like myself who deserve good credit not the silly ones looking for fast cash.
God bless.

Thanks for your prompt response and advice. I am more than sure of making £2,200 on the money. I was just looking at the risk of not being able to secure a place with them next year. I don't think I need to worry about that. I can always get an admission.

Once again, thanks.
Then please keep ur money and apply next yr, u will be given an admission.

Hello All,
I really commend the kind of advice justwise and co are giving on this forum. May all the good things you have done for others come back to you a thousand fold!I have been admitted for MEng Software Engineering for 3 years - Year 2 as point of entry by the University of Greenwich. University of Greenwich is one of 5 Universities that have full accreditation status for Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Chartered IT Professional (CITP) from the British Computer Society (BCS). Other universities are: 1. Imperial College 2. University of Birmingham 3. University of Southampton 4. University of Sheffield. I applied to all 5 but got an Unconditional Offer from University of Greenwich only. University of Birminghamand Sheffield said they wont be able to Offer me able. I never heard from Imperial College or Southampton.Course start date is September but I want to defer my admission. I called the University but they asked me to pay pre-registration of £3,500 before they will defer my admission to 2011/2012 session. Raising the money is not the problem. I see paying the money as tying it down for 1 year because I can make an average of £2,200 on the money within the 1 year. Am actually thinking of setting up a second business that will pay my fees while I am in UK.What will you advice: Pay the £3,500 pre-registration fees and forget about what I would have made on it or refuse to pay the pre-registration fees and take the risk of getting an admission with them again next year.Thanks.
If you are sure of making £2,200 within one yr with that money then keep ur money, by next yr u will have £5,700 and apply for the course BUT the fees may not be the same, universities increases their fees yearly here though not as much as £2,200.

this must be one of the nitwits i was referring to in a different thread - those who have no idea of the concept of sarcasm tongue
since you are obviously more slow than usual, i will spell it out for you
everyday, on the pagess of nl, we see people defending kidnappers etal because the country is hard, because there is injustixce, because there are no jobs, because of our leaders. they refuse to come to terms with the fact that it is greed, not need, that drives crime - so i am taking a page from their bookif this thread had read 33 nigerians involved in kidnap ring, you'd see people defending them
I did not find ur first post funny and there is nothing funny abt this thread.

Your concept of sarcasm is completely pointless, just grow up.

. . . . . for sponsor’s letter. . . ur dady will be basically confirming that he is ur dady and will be responsible for financing ur programme and stay in the UK, stating how much he has deposited in ur account( fees + maintenance fees=£5400) and undertake to continue providing more sum if needed until the end of ur course.

Its about how much he has in his acount at moment (considering the fact that he has just given u the fees and maintenance money), its about how strong and reliable his source of income is.

If you read by the lines, you'd see the insult.
Did I tell you my friend used false documents? If you read by the lines, you would see that I said "legitimate documents". And who told you that it is only the people that use fake documents that are denied? The fact that you used a legitimate document does not guarantee you visa. Visa is an opportunity, not your right.
Are you refering to me or yourself? So where is your argument? If you have learnt how to read properly, you would have seen my argument. In case of another time, read by the lines before you reply to threads. You dont just jump to a thread and post a reply without reading the previous conversations
You completely misunderstood everything he wrote.

Yes that is the right thing to do, get the sponsor's letter from ur dady and his bank 'active' bank statement. Why not ask ur dady to transfer that 1.8m from his acount directly into ur account instead of cash payment?

The school is registered with home office and he hasn't been scammed, that is not my point, you can't apply for a school without atleast visiting the website, read one of two things about the school, even ask question b4 making application then pay fees, that is my point.

I may sound harsh but i'm sorry thats how i see it.

Please which school is that? Many schools in the UK resums 20th of Sept.

Paying 1.8m cash into an account may raise an eyebrow, even if ur school is resuming 1st of Sept, u can still get about 2wks extention from the school.
