I have an issue.

I once applied for visit visa last year when I was married... I uploaded my marriage certificate

I'm not into the marriage anymore and we haven't gone for divorce ... Obviously we aren't staying together... We have gone our separate ways since last year june...no kids tho

I wanna get re-married soon and the date is fixed August 14.

At the same time I'm applying for UK student visa. Sept intake

In my application form should I click on married or divorce (ps. No divorce letter for now ) and what's the possibility that I will be able to invite my new husband over as a dependant ...

Please advice �

1. Are you going to get divorce before getting married?

2. When are you planning to apply for visa?

I think there is an option of separation in that form, if you going to apply before marriage then select separation an option then use the space provided or extra paper to give a bit of details and also mention that you will be getting married by August.

Do you think the one year option is better? I was actually thinking of 2 years because of the money involved. I already have the real industry experience as I have been working in that field for 7 years now. But the 2 years is also as a result of pushing everything to 4 years and hopefully pushing towards 10y year's Long stay for ILR.

Since you have a good work experience in your field i suggest you work towards Tier 4 work visa rather than extra one year work placement that will cost you £7.500.

Work placement here can be anything, they hardly give you something related to your area of studies.

You have an option of doing it in one year though.

Actually you are right but you don't have to pay another tuition fees in 2nd year, the £7500 is for the two years course duration.

I had an argument with someone yesterday that obviously, diplomatic visa real, but for someone who is not a part of a diplomatic mission, that can't be possible. I argued that the system is now so sophisticated that they Oyinbo can't be fooled with this in the 21st century.

That even if it does, the whole deceit will be detected at the point of entry. In my heart, my argument was not convincing as I dont have real life evidence to corroborate my claims. I just have this absolute trust in the system of the of the US embassy to detect deceit.

He definitely has the idea but the Chinese has the a bigger market share of EV market . At the moment Tesla is at the top but I’m not sure how long he will dominate the EV market.

I think now is the time to buy Tesla shares as a long term investment, my reason being when those shares start to go up which is very soon , I don’t think it will come this low. The future is electric cars. Look at the long term and stop checking share prices every second to avoid heart problems. Shares will always fluctuate .

Yes you can buy now but i rather watch it to see how low it will fall, if you want to build your portfolio then you need to buy and sell else your money will not work for you.

It makes no investment sense to buy a share and watch it grow and refused to sell when the share is going down.

I remember buying a penny share when it was $3 and within a week that share went up to $12, i set an alert on it and the moment it started dropping i sold a number that represents my return then reinvest it in another share. That share hasn't moved much since then.

Generally stock values are crashing right now which is the right time to buy. You hold stocks for future except you're trading in CFDs. I just buy whatever shares I feel like and leave them there, one day they will pick up. For example, Tesla is on a free fall now, I am thinking of buying a full share just for the sake of it and as a future investment.

I wouldn't buy Tesla now but i will watch to see how low it will fall, i bought about 7 last time it clashed to about 300+ and sold almost all of it when it went up, Elon Musk's decision making process can be unsettling/erratic sometimes and makes it for one to see it as long time investment.

He is likely to face a strong competition from other EV companies like NIO, Xpeng etc

If that is the case then they should refund you though this can take as long as 6wks, if you are making a fresh application you will still pay for another IHS while you wait for the refund of the previous application

Yes list them but you don't have to upload their birth certificate since they are not applying now.

You contacted the embassy to ask for the visa to be cancelled?

In that case i don't think you have to pay another IHS but to be very sure contact the embassy to ask before making another application

For the visa app.. He should only answer d questions that is being asked.
This has worked for some pple.. It is not lieing..if a direct ques was asked about being ban Then he or she can't lie about it.
The reason I states--worked for someone I know, although he was not banned. But had a lot of refusals. He didn't state d details of the refusal and only put that statement I wrote.

Yes you will pay another IHS if you want to make a fresh application, you paid the first one and your application was successful.

Yes. Many schools will issue you CAS even with previous refusal.

Hiding visa refusal to the school or the embassy is a silly thing to do because you still get a visa or admission when you disclose it.

It takes pressure off your shoulder and peace of mind while waiting for the result.

Please my sponsor wants a comprehensive breakdown of how much it will cost me to get to MiddlesBorough..

The whole Visa process,the health insurance, TB and Covid test, Pocket money and Proof of funds payment(9k plus ??)

He needs this breakdown before going ahead to pay the tuition deposit of £4000 and he wants to know the total estimated cost for my first year..

Apply for schools, do not disclose your visa refusals to schools If they do not ask. choose one of the schools. pay your deposit. Get your CAS from school. Ensure the require fee plus maintenance fund is in your personal account for at least 28 days.. Please I beg you do not use agent this time around. If you are confused about the process all schools av visa assistance agent or so.
Now during ur visa application - indicate your study refusal.

Interesting..i hope they get serious competition because they are getting greedy now, they still take certain % of your share when you sell and now they want to charge for using the app. The ISA side doesn't have too many companies listed there, sometimes you see a promising share in the invest side but it will not be available in ISA

You can invest that even in penny shares, download trading 212 app or any those apps and set it up, you will be allowed to trade with virtual money just to understand how it works before getting your real money involved.

Many penny shares are less than one $, even expensive shares like Amazon, Tesla etc you can buy a fraction of it and watch it grow hopefully to a Sigle share depending on how the company performs.

Though this sort of investment is for the future..
