Thank you so much for your response

I was asked to send my CAS and statement of account for reconsideration via email as that email was sent to me from Sheffield.(Not my passport).

I would love to upload the email so you can read and see for yourself what was sent if only it will be deleted after you are done.

I am only trying to be careful with this new application.
Do you think having a consent from court with regards to my previous application makes me stand a better chance this time?

Thank you for your reply.

Cheers!
1. You should have sent those documents as requested

2.No it doesn't, your application will be treated on its own merit.

@justwise and every guru in the house.

Good afternoon.

My case;

I applied for dependent visa twice in 2012 but go a refusal after which I applied for a student visa in 2014 got yet another refusal the reason was i didn't tell them who was sponsoring my studies when this wasn't asked at interview.

Fast forward to me taking up the case for Administrative review and was denied took my case up for a judicial review got a lawyer to plead my case.
After every back and forth for over a year Home office decided to settle out of court and pay all my legal fees spent on the case back and asked me to bring my documents for reconsideration of my visa on or before the 25th of December 2015.

However, I didn't bother to go on with my studies as the school(colwell college) I got admission with had been closed down by home office plus i got a new job June of 2015 and a decision was made by December 2015

I lost my full tuition paid to them too because i couldn't get in touch or trace them.

fast-forward to the present day.

I intend going for a Masters degree in September I have gotten admission from HULL and Yorkshire st john to study MBA.

Here are my questions; would I have a problem with the ECOS because I didn't send in my documents for the visa at that time if I made a fresh application this year?

Would a cover letter make up for this?

Do I need to get a lawyer to help me with this? the lawyer that handled my case at the time is on study leave and can't do anything for me at the moment.

Please your advice and guidance would be very much appreciated.

@mimilicious @justwise @everybody with experience and great guidance please come out help a sister.

Thank you!
Yes you need a cover letter to explain what happened and why you did not submit your passport for visa.

You don't need a lawyer for this

Travel › Re: The Immigration Invasion: How 3rd World Immigration Is Destroying The 1st World by justwise(mod): 12:28pm On Jan 30, 2021
BigBashiru:
According to European Union figures, more than 2.6 million Africans and other non-Europeans entered Europe illegally during 2015 and 2016, either overland through Turkey or after crossing the Mediterranean Sea by boat. Can Europe survive mass Third World immigration on this scale? Can Europe survive Third World immigration at all? This book answers that question with a definitive “no.”

The author shows firstly how all cultures are unique to their originating peoples, and that racial demographic replacement is the one guaranteed way to extinguish diversity and different cultures. He shows that the very future of Europe and the European people are imperiled by this mass movement of Third Worlders—and that this has nothing to do with “racism” or the denigration of any other people or culture.

The book then moves on to a case-by-case study of the extent and impact of Third World immigration on all the major nations in western and eastern Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

In each of these case studies, the full current extent of Third World immigration—more correctly called colonization—is reviewed, along with dramatic insights into the effect such immigration is having upon those societies, showing the complete fallacy of the “immigration is needed to keep the economy going” lie.

Eye-opening statistics on race and crime, immigration and social delinquency, immigrant imprisonment rates, non-European welfare dependency, and finally the ethnic cleansing of Europeans from their homelands by racial demographic displacement, are discussed in full, using the latest official statistics and projections as sources.

Finally, the author discusses what must be done if Europeans are not to be ethnically cleansed under the Third World immigration tsunami: they must either engineer a political revolution to reclaim their homelands, or immediately start working toward the creation of a European homeland, or ethnostate, exactly like the Jews have done with the state of Israel.

Failure to enact one—or both—of these political actions will result in the extinction of the European people and their civilization, the author warns.

“The African Boat Invasion: If Europeans did it to Africa, the World would Scream ‘Colonization’….If hundreds of thousands of Europeans jumped on boats and sailed across the Mediterranean Sea to Africa, without papers or formal immigration papers, the world’s liberals would be screaming ‘colonization’—but when Africans do it, they are only ‘migrants’ and ‘asylum seekers.’”—from the Preface.
Not IF, they have done that already years ago and destroyed some part of Africa, infact they still have strong hold on some African countries till today.

I now understand this statement.
Anyway, I'm not regretting leaving Nigeria.
But this online course ehn. God help us grin
Many universities can not believe their luck, they still managed to get foreign students to pay a lot to study online, you stay home burning bills, using your own resource, many will graduate without using the university facilities or even knowing how the university environment looks like.

Those who started last September will be graduating very soon and will probably spend half of PSW at home.

Good evening all. Pls I'm a little bit confused. I have UK student visa and my kids have Brazilian passport which I know is Visa free to the UK for 6 months. I have not entered UK at all with the student visa but I intend to next week. Is it possible to take my kids along with me using their Brazilian passport or i have to enter first, get my BRP before I can pick them? Pls note, they r minors and they don't intend to live in the UK for now. I just want them to spend like 2 months with me before taking them back to Nigeria. Cc Justwise, LagosismyHome. Thanks.
This is not going to be easy even without Covid restrictions and your studies will be affected because you can’t concentrate on online lectures and at the same time give the kids full attention.

Like I said before... in my opinion this is not the right time to travel abroad for studies because you will not get value for your money.

This is a premium long distance learning.

you guys are bad Belle out here! I am not surprised seeing Nigerians doings, trying to bring others down.
I don’t know what will backfire at me when I don’t take money from anybody anyhow. All this long talk started because I asked for ID and the reason I asked for such is because I don’t want it to backfire so that your prayer wouldn’t work. Several people I met out here have helped me with funds transfer severally without any issue and I don’t remember they have any registered business. Please keep your beef to yourself. I have been doing this business and I kept my game tight on it as I don’t just recieve money from strangers without prove you own the accounts. Banks have severally blocked my account and I show them invoice of transactions to see source of funds and they opened it back without long story.
Bro you need to calm down a bit and listen, i don't think anybody here is plotting for your downfall but suggesting that you be mindful of the danger ahead. As long as you are on student visa and huge amount is going in and out of your account you are going to attract a closer look by the authority.

There is no timeline for this and you are providing them with a lot of evidence to work on you.

I have made this mistake and this is why i'm stressing you on this, you may not be as lucky as i was during my student days.

Think about this..

Good day.

AS far company i am with is registered with E-money cert, as far i didnt steal people money or forced them to send money, when all funds to be received will be issued with invoice of transanctions, when all taxes would be paid.
I will suggest you slow down until you get PWS or a proper work permit else you are likely to run into trouble.

your ID can be covered all numbers all unique identity, but your name should show only. that is all i need. blind all numbers let only the name show so i will know you own the account you are sending money from. if you are sending money to an account that carries the same name as yours in NIGERIAN BANK i need no ID at all from you only if uk account name is different from receiving account name in NIGERIA

@justwise this is a job and my visa does not stopped me from doing a paid job. i never told you i own a business.

Bro i have my doubt about this, this is not a student job.

Just imagine govt takes at least 20% of your salary, you pay council tax, you pay your bills and rent/mortgage, road tax, MOT, car insurance THEN

You joined a church.. you pay 10% of your salary as tithe, at least £30 for kingdom investment, £10 for mission support weekly, you give offering and appreciate pastor, £500 at least every Dec then by Jan you give up your salary.

So how will you save in this country?

Every Jan we get long list of prophies from many pastors but not a single one of them saw coronavirus coming last year?
