I watched the video and can relate with the producer's message. I live in the USA and have seen/heard so many misconceptions about life in the USA. My submission is he (the producer) offered an opinion based on experiences having lived in UK for a while. Its left for people to listen or not to the advice..........but not discredit his submission on life abroad.

Hmmm!!! So with the way these VO are denying visa up and down, which one do you advise someone to choose when renewing visa now.

I chose B1/B2 before of which I declare intention during interview then and I was granted , will you advise to choose B2 only for childbirth now ?

Hello everyone, kindly help me on the below information.

I got a job offer from a company in Canada, they also sent me an INVITATION LETTER of which a copy was also emailed to Canada Immigration visa section for visa processing.

Below is the mail I just got from the Canada Immigration visa section,

Dear visa applicant,

Your application form to work in XYZ Company is received by Immigration visa section Canada and we are happy to inform you about the requirements for your visa.

To apply for your entry visa, please reach us with the following requirements to enable us authorize your entry visa to Canada before it is issued to you by Canadian Embassy in your country/around you.


1) Letter of Invitation from XYZ Company.


2) Lawyer Clearance Certificate from Canadian immigration lawyers.
(email provided)

3) Scan copies of your passport or traveling document.


4) 2 recent passport photographs.

We are looking forward to receiving all these listed requirements above from you in order to grant your visa to Canada within 7 working days.

Director of Immigration,

Visa section, Ottawa Canada.

The issue now is how to get requirement (2) which is Lawyer Clearance Certificate from Canadian immigration lawyers. I have mailed them via the email provided by the Canada Immigration visa section but still no response. I have a deadline of 5 working days to provide all these documents to enable them grant me entry visa.

Anyone with ideas should please help me out. Thanks

@ Justwise, I think the Super priority contract expired when they couldn't reach him and his sibling had to tell them to call another number.
And I don't think it would take up to 15 working days this season, UK Tier 4 Pbs has really reduced.

Got a call from UKVI asking to speak with the applicant. (Note: i included my no as an alternative no)
So i introduced myself as his sister & gave them his no
But he said they havent called him yet.
Does this have any implication?

Hello my people,
Please i need someone to assist me clarify some concerns with my UK student tier 4 Visa application.
I started the application and right now at the point of payment.
However i wish to edit some information on the application. Please Is this in anyway possible?
Note that i have paid for the IHS & gotten the reference number. ( i remember seeing a prompt at this stage that i cannot change any info after i submit).

2) please what is the best option to choose when asked 'what qualification will you get' . My course of study is 'computing for business' @ 'university of east london'

3) what is the best response in respect to accomodation & duration. Note that i have a brother there but i clearly mentioned that i wont depend on him.

Please someone help urgently.

I have deposit of 1m twice in Oct and once in November. my account is a salary account and have maintained this balance since then. I intend applying next week. please how do I handle it or do I wait till about six months time when d deposit will not reflect in the account.

That's the best option...my friend girl friend came to Nigeria and do the wedding n registry.. The lady went back to UK and put some documents together for him and behold within 3month the guy has join her UK till this moment

My Nigerian passport expires September 2019 and I cannot renew it until its 6 months to expiration. Can I still apply for my UK spouse Visa in February 2019? Or do I need to renew my passport first?

I work with an ICT company in ikeja as their logistics manager, my take home after tax is 290, and account balance of 1.6 as at today
I have recommendation letter from my company COO already and I ve a building inherited to me by my father two years ago but my Dad is very much alive oo just that he gave each of his children one building each.

The thing is am not married and ve been reading no ties at home
From some of d applicant. And how do I plan my living expenses since my aunt is taking care of my feeding and accommodation.
And can my Father write a letter about d building though I ve transfer paper signed by my father, his lawyer and a judge in ikeja.
But d condition on d papers is I don't ve access to it until I am married, can I till put it. Do I ve a good one , help me b/4 I apply. Thanks. P.s can I put just my salary account , No another income goes to my salary account and I still stay with my parents.
My father is not sponsoring me



D invite and all other document was sent to my mail is it okay ?

My dad and inlaw sponsored my uk education but the money was deposited by my inlaw showing his name in the naration/ UK EDUCATION into my personal account.

If asked how i raise the fund.
I plan to explain same..Hope am safe?
