adycatus: They can also go to the registry and get a marriage certificate if he truly wants to marry girlfriend in case marriage certificate is asked for. But am not sure it's not always asked for, she can still apply like a married woman and the guy will serve as a tie back here as well as her job or business. Get doctors/ hospital correspondences, bank statement and other relevant documents. How does that work? |

What i meant by simple was "straightforward" requiring just a yes or no response if u know the answer with or without an explanation if u chose Come on ! Please let’s not pretend as if we don’t know what’s going on here, It’s fraudulent and it’s that simple. The money you presented as part of your student visa application is to be used in the U.K. and not withdrawn and use in Nigeria after submitting your application. |

Pacmandude: Hello Justwise, Oxygyne, Lexusgs430 and all others in the house. I want to say a big thank you to y'all for all the advises and knocks given (lol). We succeeded in getting the UK Visa finally.
Applied again second time on 30th July 2018 using priority (after waiting for three months for first visa application which was refused and six months for tribunal to give me reply for appeal for the first refusal, which was still on). Biometrics done 6th August 2018. Called Home office UK 10th September 2018 was told decision was taken. Emailed to collect passport 13th September 2018. Passport collected from TLS 14th September 2018. Emailed and sent by post to tribunal to cancel the appeal for the first refused visa 18th September 2018. Got a reply accepting my email 19th September 2018. Ported into the UK on 24th September 2018.
All is well now my family and I are happily now in the UK. Once again I sincerely appreciate. Take care. Congratulations! Unpleasant experience but happy ending. |

If anyone doubts me, I will be more than happy to produce copies of certificate of incorporation for my businesses
Secondly, I'm already U.S. Citizen. I have already produced a documentation to prove that assertion
Lastly, anybody that spent anywhere from 5years 10 years abroad and have nothing to show for it should maybe consider returning to Nigeria and try his/her luck.
Maybe their destiny might be in Nigeria.
Heck if you can't make it America, you probably won't be able to make it anywhere else in the world.

Lee310: With the little experience.... fill your forms carefully, have a valid reason for your visit. Your paper work will only speak for you. If you're writing a cover letter make sure it explains everything in details. Also, if you go the TLS with any supporting docs and the attendant tells you that you don't need one of the docs, they them to scan it... it's your application not theirs. It happened to me... my first application the lady didn't scan my docs for business dealings. Telling that my CAC docs and tax will do that. I was refused that my business doesn't have a valid means of transactions... I reapplied the next day I got refused. Got back there and I told them to scan all my supporting docs. I got my visa straight.
I really appreciate justwise & ekpotek... what do you want me to get you when coming to UK ? Congratulations! |

Can a visitor to the UK on a 2 year visit visa, visit an Optician like Specsavers or Vision express to obtain glasses (paid for services) without violating terms of their visit visa?
Or do the UK high commission consider this part of medical tourism?

Zoey1: Goodmorning everyone. Please I need clarification on these points and I will appreciate your contribution. 1. The question that asked if one has ever worked for media - I was an undergraduate intern for a Television/Radio house, presented programmes but was not a staff, was not paid. Should I answer Yes or No? 2. I did free lance jobs for a couple of magazines, was not a staff nor paid. My payment was from interviews made by me for them. 3. I have had study gap of about 6-7 years, though I applied for study to A Canadian School in 2012, didn't process visa application bcs my Nigerian Uni sent Transscripts late and my admission letter from Canadian schl got to me late. In 2014, I got automatic admission and letter but still didn't apply for visa bcs I wanted a career change as I had been involved in some advocacy and that school does not offer my intended course. So can I add these "Admission Letters + Cover Letter" to show intent of study progression? Thanks 1. It's always good to be honest in your visa application and keep your records clean, just as you explained here that you did an intern during your undergraduate and your free lance job for a magazine company..do the same in your visa application using the space provided in the form. 3. Regarding the 6-7 gap, you need to explain what you were doing during those years, that's better than saying nothing at all |

walefale: @Justin86: nah! I don't think so. I completely disagree. Your visa refusal in the US embassy has nothing to do with your ongoing Tier 4 visa application if it's not stated in your Tier 4 application. That would only affect your application if and only if the refusal is from a sister country to England. For instance: having a Canadian visa refusal could affect one's US visa application or vice versa, having a Scottish or any of the European's countries visa refusal could also affect one's UK visa application. NOT US visa refusal to UK visa application unless you stated it in tier 4 application. As for me, I wasn't refused. I was only advised on what to do at the US embassy on my Immigrant Visa situation. Someone told me the prime reason for this delay is because this is a peak period for them at TLS and UKVI. A large number of applications are been submitted these days especially Tier 4 application. A lot of students are trying to go to the UK this September and October to study. I even heard over 70 applicants were at the gate of TLSconnect last week Thursday and Friday for biometric/interview. Unlike when I went for my appointment on the 10th of September, we were less than 12 applicants. A close buddy of mine that even chose the Super-Priority option on Tuesday, 18th of September, she's yet to hear from them till now. And you know Super-Priority option is meant to be 24-48hrs but today makes it the 3rd day. She's hoping to hear from them today. Well, let's hope for the best today or Monday. I have a strong belief that we should hear from them soon. That section of your post is misleading, to start with..there is nothing like Scottish visa and yes US visa refusal may affect your UK visa application if you lied about the refusal or the refusal was as a result of fraudulent activity. |

OgeChukwuO: Hi good morning all,
I am married with a kid. My husband did his masters in Uk and also got his post study visa afterwards. I joined him at one time and we returned to Nigeria before it expired. 4 years later we want to visit the Uk. He has a cousin married with 5 kids leaving there and my kid and I will like to spend the Christmas with them. I run my own firm for 2 years now and sincerely haven’t started working on my tax certificate. I have savings of about 2m. I run a company account but my personal current account were sometimes used for operations especially if it’s same bank. My husband runs a contract agreement with a firm so he isn’t paid monthly but based on clientele and at the end of financial year, a certain amount is paid. I am sponsoring the trip.
I haven’t been consistent in paying myself monthly.
My questions are Should I fill not applicable in where they asked for monthly salary as I haven’t been sending a regular amount to myself.
Since my husband has history in the uk should he apply with us. Even though he is not going with us. Also won’t this make our budget higher Our accommodation and feeding is sorted so what will my budget look like.
What documents can I present from his cousin What documents can I present.
What’s the success rate if I apply for just myself and kid rather than he applies for 3 of us. His account statement may not cover us but he is also a director in my business I run.
Lastly i do not have my tax clearance. How does this affect.
Pls pardon the long write up.
Thank you. 1.State your average salary then use the additional space for info to give more details about your payment 2.Your hubby doesn't need to apply if he is not traveling 3. You need to get your tax paper to support your net income. Regarding documents needed from your cousin ..we have answered this sort of question too many times here and its not fair to keep repeating the same thing page after page. Please read back for an answer |
