@Justwise, @OlowoB, @Laajiblik.... and UK residents....
Please if you do use City Mappers.
Why does Hertfordshire gets in the map as inside London and Cambridge from same region says out of London.
Kind of curious.
Even UKVI tells me maintainance for Herts is.
£1265 and Anglia Ruskin £1065, both are in East of England
Am I right?
Southern part of Hertfordshire shares border with greater London hence the £1265 maintenance money, that county is expensive thanks to the proximity to London. I don't know any cheap city in that county even Hemel Hempstead that is closer to Luton or Watford is an expensive place to live.

Hello guys!

I noticed tb certificate was not ticked on my checklist but was ticked on my wife's. I presented every document and they were all scanned right before my eyes.

How can I correct this?

I don't live in Lagos and don't know exactly what to do.

Could anyone be of help?
If all your docs are scanned into the system then that is the most important thing and not whether its ticked or not

What annoys me most is the fact that people who genuinely have circumstances such as being paid salary in cash or can't get reference letters from their employers will bear the brunt of all these rubbish questions some of you ask here.
@justwise, please in the name of everything we hold sacred on this thread, henceforth, anybody that asks any incriminating question here should be banned indefinitely. It should not be up for discussion. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! We have pleaded and cajoled, but no one is taking it serious. I will keep reporting any post that contravenes this simple rule. It is enough. If you insist on cutting corners, don't let us know about it. We really are not interested.
That i do all the time as soon as i see one of those dubious questions.

Its really refreshing to read comments here against fraudulent activities

tyman:
Good day house, please i dont know if anyone has had my experience before.

I applied for France visiting visa through VFS in February 2018, but was denied with the excuse that "my intention was not justified". Though, i wanted to visit France and South Africa for my vacation then, so i only went South Africa.

After, i came back fro S.A, i reapplied for the France visa again, now with the inclusion of my leave letter from my office, since im still within my 6 weeks leave period.

This time again, when i went for the collection of my passport, i was again denied, but the strange thing was that my passport was not returned to VFS, rather a note that my passport will be returned to the IMMIGRATION SERVICE.

From March till date, im yet to get the passport from the immigration, both in lagos and abuja.

There's no way you can make enquiry from the embassy because you won't be allowed in but just to call a phone line at the gate, and the only answer they do give is to check at the immigration office, if not there that means is still under processing.

Please, what are they processing for almost 5 months now. Infact my UK visa got expired on the passport.

Anybody with such experience? and pls advise on the way forward.

Will really appreciate house.
Any fake visa stamp on that passport after your SA trip?

Hmmm....who pays to sustain UK NHS? I want to believe it's the taxes which might be very high?

Either way, the US is way bigger in size and population than the UK...and both countries are dealing with different legislative governorship.

What might be easy to work in the UK might not be feasible to work in the States.
Tax payers and immigration pay for it.

Where does America stand globally? According to the World Health Organization, the following countries have the highest rates of obesity.

1. Republic of Nauru

Formerly known as Pleasant Island, this tiny island country in the South Pacific only has a population of 9,300. The country has the highest rate of obesity in the world with 78.5 percent of the population categorized as such. Unsurprisingly, they also have the highest levels of type-2 diabetes in the world.

2. American Samoa

Another South Pacific island, Samoa is an unincorporated territory of the U.S. With a population of 55,519, according to the latest U.S. census, 74.6 percent of its citizens are obese.

3. Tokelau

Yet another South Pacific Island, Tokelau is a New Zealand territory with less than 2,000 inhabitants. It's the fourth least populace country in the world, but 63.4 percent of the population is obese.

4. Tonga

Fourth on our list is yet another island in the southern Pacific Ocean. Tonga is a sovereign state in Polynesia that gained its independence from the British in 1970. They are the largest nation by population so far on the list with over 103,000, over half of which are obese-56 percent.

5. French Polynesia

Seventeen hundred miles away from Tonga is French Polynesia, comprising of around 130 islands, including Tahiti. French Polynesia is an overseas country of France, but the president of French Polynesia maintains position as head of government. They have a population of 268,000 and an obesity rate of 40.9 percent.

6. Republic of Kiribati

Number six on the list is another island nation, though this one is in the central Pacific Ocean and straddles the equator. With a population of 103,500, Kiribati has an obesity rate of 50.6 percent.

7. Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is the first country on the list that is not an island. The world's largest oil exporter has a population of just under 30 million. Their obesity rate is 35.6 percent, meaning over 10 million Saudis are obese.

8. Panama

This Central American nation is home to 3.6 million, a world-famous canal and an obesity rate of 34.7 percent.

9. United States of America

Coming in at ninth place, America has an obesity rate of 33.9 percent, according to the WHO. The rate has been steady since 2005, but has grown exponentially since the late '90s, when the rate fluctuated between 16 and 20 percent. With a population of 313 million, the 33.9 percent rate translates into over 106 million obese Americans.

10. United Arab Emirates

Rounding out the top 10, the United Arab Emirates is a federation of seven emirates including Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The country has a population of five and half million and an obesity rate of 33.7 percent.
US is rated 35th in the world in terms of medical service and the UK 30th

Thanks for advice. South LA is so full of crime and St.Francis seem to be surrounded by high crime areas. Hence the desperation.
Then book for 2days hotel accommodation and use that opportunity to look for alternative accommodation when you get there.

What you are doing here is risky considering the fact that you will be traveling with money.

Sorry to say this but there are few angels here.

Please be careful so as not to get scammed, you have been asking this sort of question here far too often, you will be targeted by dubious agents here.

Use Internet and search for accommodation closeer to the hospital you be using, very easy to do rather than posting desperately here

We're a family of 4, and after I successfully made the first payment of 567$ the other application fees would go through. I have made several calls to access bank, they claimed everything is fine from their end that the unsuccessful payments I complained about didn't hit their server (Not seen). I even tried paga, which also failed even though I was debited the 567$. Has anyone been in this situation before? please help a brother.

You need to add evidence of communication whether whatsapp, phone call log or facebook messenger whichever one you communicate through.

Submit the account he sends you money to even as it has little amount in it, it serves as a evidence of relationship.

Hello guys, please i need your opinion on my matter ooooo. I got an official employment letter of a two years contract job from NELMAN OIL AND GAS CANADA but in the employment letter I was told to get my life insurance card from their specific insurance company (Every life insurance company) they use in the company, which I contacted the insurance company and was told that my insurance fee is 3000 dollars for period of two years of the job and am to pay half of the money before they can start the processing of my insurance card which will enable me have a work permit with the help of the company that recruited me. Please am confused ooooo, am I to pay for the life insurance card before I resume the work in Canada? Please hope its not a scam. Please i need urgent response. Thanks
I guess you did not apply for that job, a scammer gave you a worthless contract then set you up through non-existing life assurance so as to milk you dry.

You are about to be totally cleaned up

1. He needs to invite you and state clearly that its a family house, his daddy or mum or both need to give him a written consent to indicate that they are happy to accommodate you throughout your duration of stay. His tax receipt need to be included.

2. Do that and you will learn from the experience during your next visa application, i leave you to make that decision yourself.

3. The answer to this question is everywhere in this thread as we have answered that sort of question far too many times, please read back for an answer.

4. No, there is nothing wrong with that.

5. It doesn't matter present your marriage certificate.

6. List everybody you know in the UK

7. List documents you are planning to submit first

@justwise Company ‘s certificate by CAC, TIN from FIRS, Birth certificate, Tenancy agreement, evidence that my man visited me in Nigeria last July(hotel bookings, flight booking from Lagos to Akure) pictures and videos. Tax clearance certificate, international passport, bank statement of business account with a closing of 500k personal bank statement with a closing of 81k. Cover letter. He has invited his family successfully to the U.K twice. He is the sponsor for the trip as a gift to me. There have been inflow and outflow in the two accounts.
You don't need to add your birth certificate, the rest of your documents are ok but you need to add evidence of communication like whatsapp chats, phone call log etc
