Ajanlekoko
Yamakuza Debosky Mynd44
TheRealMrStan Ishilove
Lordzouga was removed. Debosky resigned. Ajanlekoko resigned. Yamakuza resigned. Mynd44 resigned. TheRealMrStan resigned. Ishilove resigned.
The only active supermod left is lalasticlala and that is because he is the only paid supermod remaining. The rest just pop in once in a while and leave.
I wonder why they keep resigning? Never knew they were even supper mods |

rhames: I will suggest that your husband moves with you to Abuja. Thats a much saner and safer city. Then take a few trips to Port Harcourt to see things for yourself. We Nigerians treat the foreigners amongst us well. Even if they are from our neighbours i mean Ghana Benin and ECOWAS countries. Lets not over stretch the truth, foreigners are not really safe in Nigeria especially a white person |

dlima: Good morning all, please I need some advise. I would like to visit my brothers sometime in December. Since it is a family visit do I still need an itinerary. Also shall I mention the fact that since 2013 when I travelled for one of their weddings they have had three babies between them which is the main reason for my visit. Adding that will not harm your application |

Portsmouth86: She only has the one apartment she lets, so doesn't have business letter headed paper, I will advise of what you said.
A few more things ...
*I saw on another forum that a visa was refused because there was no property inspection report, is this required? Letter from employer * the person's employment and gross annual salary; would this be: Travel consultant... Gross Salary £16426.68, plus Night Shift rate £2400.00, plus Incentive £variable * the length of their employment- commenced 5th January 2015- Present * the period over which they have been paid the level of salary relied upon in the application- since 11th May 2015 (letter to show this) * the type of employment(permanent, fixed-term contract or agency). Permanent
What is it that my company need to specify, I have my employment contract and a letter for my salary increase in May.
Please advise, thank you
Karen The property inspection thing is a bit of porkies, doesn't apply to your case. Your employment contract and a letter of salary increase have enough info to justify your employment status and salary then you got your payslips as well. |

stoicism: I can't wait to see what Germany would turn around to be with all these mass immigration from SYRIA, Iraq, Libya. E.t.c......over a million expected this year alone, could be millions next year and the years ahead. All eyes on the possible positive or negative consequences of this, since Germany seems to be alone. Hope they will be bothered to integrate into German society and not start creating division along religious and cultural lines. Good job Germany but time will tell. |

phaara: yes thank u right but the company (indian resturant nationwide) is genuine they have PAYE method also emplyee gets payslips The company may be genuine but their activities are illegal, cash in hand payments is way of avoiding a lot of things and it's illegal. Students working too many hours go for cash inhand, illegal immigrants go for cash inhand, job seekers allowance claimers go for cash inhand, company trying to avoid paying tax pay their staff cash inhand, the list is endless. A company that pays cash inhand has something to hide. |

phaara: hello all,
someone previously refused because salary was cash in hand and was not reflacting in bank statment
then waited 6 month and deppsit money in bank every month. so what are the chances to get visa this round??
can be any complexity in this? i meant when eco refused visa because of salary so they can be stamp that company fake that maybe the applicant made fake or the company maybe fake although the company is real genuine
do u guys they can reject again That may look suspicious because every genuine company in the UK pays salary through the bank and post the payslip to the employee or email it. Cash in hand jobs are illegal and a way of avoiding national insurance and tax payment |

International Operations & Visas Sheffield Visa Section Vulcan House Iron, 4th Floor 6 Millsands Sheffield S3 8NU
It is recommended that an international courier is used to submit your passport.

1step2right: Thanks for your reply, but my uncle is not sponsoring me. I'm just staying with him for the period of my course.
@ PresidentialiQ, thanks for your reply but I think what you quoted is under the tier 4 child student category. That counts as sponsor as well otherwise you will be showing thousands of £s in your account |
Travel › Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by justwise(mod): 3:36pm On Sep 05, 2015 |
PresidentialiQ: I have been using NairaLand on and off for some years now but i just had to officially signup today because to leave a comment - you have to be signed in. I did this because of a question i saw from @1step2right , we are like in the same boat. Because i will also be staying with my uncle in the UK who is a UK resident during my Masters program when i travel this September BY GOD'S GRACE. ( Have not gotten my visa yet cos i have not applied ,and this is because my bank statements with Barclays bank in the UK which contains my Course fee will arrive this coming week and then i will apply for my visa )
I have attached snapshots from the Latest Tier 4 Visa guide which can be found on the www.gov.uk website, i did not attach the pdf file here so it doesn't look like it was edited or whatsoever, download it from the site yourself.
It clearly addresses the question : What money for living costs do I need if I am staying with a carer who is a resident British citizen or other UK resident? And they explained what the term "carer" means : A resident British citizen or other UK resident who is a close relative or in a private foster care arrangement
If you are staying with a UK resident who is a citizen, ALL you need to show is your COURSE FEE and some documents from the person whom you will be staying with.
If anybody needs a sample of the letter , you can contact me, i will scan the one my uncle sent which was written following the guideline in the Tier 4 guide and remember, ALSO, don't forget the person has to send a photocopy of their UK passport or anything that certifies they are a UK citizen.
I hope i was able to help. And i pray that all of us planning to go to the UK to study this September will be granted our visas IN JESUS NAME! I think you are getting your info from a wrong category, the section you quoted is from Tier 4 (Child) student category |

1step2right: i really appreciate the great job you all are going. I will soon start my application and I have lots of question, you guys should not be angry oh, I just want to make it right this time around. so here is my first question.
during my study I will be staying with my uncle. will I need a later from him showing stating that I will be staying with him or do I just need his address? You can't be sponsored by your uncle, only your parents, legal guardian or muit-national organisation can sponsor you. If your uncle wants to help you he can pay the money into your account |
