Godheals: As a Barister by profession,I think justwise and the rest of the contributors of this trend some people are not being fair in this trend it looks like there is is a FACTION or GROUP of people against this dubai4eva,cos this foroum is a public forum so I still states that justice and fairness should be uphold: EXCUSIATUM CUSENDUM :keep modalities in place!

Godheals: @ ogakpatakpata still waiting for the evidence to back up your claim that he is a fraudster,I knw this is a faceless forum and anybody can cook up a story against anyone here for his or her own selfish interest so pls evidence of scam should be presented as fact to help others

@ogakpatakpata I have read this trend from page one no prove of what dubai4ever has done pls can you present evidence to your fact so that we all can clearly see it,because when one is blackmailed @ d court of law evidence is needed don't do it for fame!

@ justwise weldone but I read tru when one tosin lola blackmailed ogakpatakpata without evidence and was banned fron the trend same justice should be applied to all contributors no profencial treatment and trust on anyone that is why you are a moderator of the house.

MrsBee: Thank you @Justwise, all noted but a friend advised that we get new passports to avoid refusal from UK affect our future application to other countries, although we understand that the UK will have our information at least for another 10 years, we could that they were stolen when reapplying there in the future. our concern is just for applying to other countries. Yes it may look that way but we don't just rush into the marriage we have been communication over the phone, emails, met my family members and I have been introduced to her parent over the phone with my pictures even before we met. I know it is visa that is involved here but it will also be wrong that two adults decided to marry each after 10 months of detailed communicating and family involvement we have gone, should not have been overlooked.

This is not enough reason for them refuse...How will they justify my spend some thousands of pounds communicating, travelling and spending on wedding, And even a stupendously wealthy man will not do this.

we had everyday of average of 60 minutes communications on phone coupled with emailing each other and I don't even have any idea I will need this as evidences to the application. All supporting documents as evidence were sent with the application.

In the email screenshots we sent we have our pictures when we start sending to each and parent pictures ... they cannot just come that conclusion ... this ECO has been biased in his judgement of our situations going by the level of details communications we sent to them before and after we met ... I think it should have been a better result.

Anyway point taken, more advice or opinions will be highly appreciated please.

MrsBee: Thanks for your comments, please can you advise on what to write to them as a defence, we are thinking of writing that my husband is into an informal thirft group (ajo). justwise: Listen..bin your respect for me, i wouldn't want to be respected by somebody who is struggling to comprehend simple English. What do you understand by: 'under current rules'? Does that indicate future or current situation? The statement was made by August and the buttetin came out Sept stating that Nigeria has reached 50,000 visa limit, they can only know this by the number of visas issued to Nigerians already.

So you can not forecast this for the future because you don't know how many Nigerians that will apply for visa and how many that will be successful.
