The reason i said i wanted to attach the letter of refusal was because the ECO explained in details why he rejected it. I just felt i should include a letter stating why i didn't re-apply instead of trying to re-write why i was rejected in the first instance. What do you think?
Like i said before you don't need to attach the letter of refusal from the ECO, all you need to do is to explain why you were refused either in separate paper or within the form, they know why you were refused and all that details will pop up immediately your name is entered in the system. They only testing your honesty |
target007: Hello guys,Please post that question here https://www.nairaland.com/823869/uk-visa-visa-appeal-process-part2 |
dalobaba: hello justwise...pls what is the minimum and maximum processing time for uk 6month visa. THANKSThe time line is very erratic, ranging from a week to 2months in most cases. |
isaiahethan: Worry 359,Somebody gave you a reasonable advice and this is your reply to him? Right. |
marshal44: Oga justwise please i will like to ask a question as regards my WAEC result, my waec result has been laminated, i want to find out if it will be accepted for my visa procesing. thanksPeople have submitted laminated copy before and i never read from anybody who was refused based on that. |
Ta: Greetings,Using business account is not a good idea at all, pay the money into your account. |
johnwray: well spotted brov..Thanks for your understanding. |
johnwray: @ justwiseI understand the issue of privacy and i don't expect anybody to disclose his or her personal details here, personal details can easily be removed then the case itself can be dealt with. Believe me if you adopt the ideal of sending pm to answer questions that can easily be dealt with here this thread will die a natural death. |
johnwray: send me a private message and we will tackle it this weekend. we will first check to see if you stand a chance at the hearing and if yes, we will go ahead with the expedite. dnt panic.Johnwray don't you think that its fair to answer questions here openly for the benefit of everybody? This is what keep this thread and section in general growing from page to page, i'm sure that others will find your answer helpful as well. You have being helpful here so please don't change the direction this thread is heading to, it will be unfair if i hide other people's post for trying to take decision offline and turn a blind eyes here. Hope you understand where i'm coming from. |
spazio: momo-mufasaYou can submit a letter or explain why you were refused in the form itself....using the blank space in the form. |
Just wise Thanks for the response u gave to my other enquiry the other day. Pls I hv been Told by som1 that after printing my statement on the 29th day I should still not withdraw from the account. That I have to leave both the bal fee and living expense intact in my accnt until the visa is out. Pls how true is this and is it mandatory ? I borrowed all my living expense from a society and need to pay it back after 28 days. Pls advise me. Thanks deary.
You will be making a big mistake, not only that you need to keep the money in your account till the visa is out you also need that money badly here in the UK, you can't not survive without that money. |
Yes i included my maintenance money with the remaining fees for 28days. What about the steps on applying? Did i get them right? Should i state that i have been rejected 2 years ago? (altho it was that some parts of the dates of some transactions on the bank statement were cutout of the printout and the ECO stated that he was rejecting it based on that though i was asked to reapply with a new bank statement but like i said, i got an employment offer and decided to take it up.)
Yes you have to state that, the steps are ok |

charleeez: JUSTWISERe-post without using fowl language, that was why it was hidden. |
nigerianphoenix: My post was hidden. What is wrong with sharing my experiences with paying my SEVIS fee through a 'non-profit' organization? I think my previous questions and posts more than prove that I am a genuine visa applicant and not a scammer. I paid for my SAT examination through them too. I am more than a little annoyed at thisWe do not promote any agent here. Whether you are a genuine applicant or a scammer that is the least of my prob. |
miz Gene: There is such a fee, only open to non 1st timers doh, visa comes out in 5 working days maximum. I have used it before, got my visa in 3 days(visiting visa). I dunno if ds can be applied to Tier 4 doh.Ok, not aware of that though |
Justwise, you seem to be a guru on this subject matter. I wanted to ask if the 25k fee that one can pay to speed up the processing of visas also applies to tier 4 applications. And has anyone gone through this route yet. Ur views will be highly appreciated
I'm not aware of such fee been paid to British embassy to speed up visa processing. Where did you get the news from? |
Muhammad Javed: Justwise as you said before in the previous post that if you apply late they will extend more than th usually time.I'm surprised that your is taking this long, you really have to keep calling the embassy to find out why |
