I can't remember the correct street number. . . Maybe 11 or 14. You can goggle it out. Not like its really important. There is only one BHC on that street.

It's 11

don't mind these diasporic Nigerians - they bash their own father and mother land, but when you bash the land where they live, they scream and shout, when the press bash their motherland , they keep quiet, what do we call those kind of people? we call them bastards.
FOR REAL !
It's not as if I'm overly patriotic. It just annoys me when these Nigerians start shaking, rolling on their heads and fuming at the mouth when you diss the country they live in. As if the real owners of the country can't deport them at the blink of an eye.

Would love to play Nicole Kidman in THE HOURS. Admired the quiet desperation and intensity of her character. Or her Satine in MOULIN ROUGE. . Ja
Once again, two thumbs for nice taste. Nicole Kidman is amazing,so much intensity. Her upcoming film Australia is coming out later this year. And the media is already saying it would get her a second Oscar.

@ Pafun,

To make this balanced, this, get some pictures of Nigeria too.
No need for that - There are enough ugly pics of Nigeria already on the forum, look around you'll see. Hey just type in "Pics of 3rd World Countries" into google.
The name of this thread after all is Ugly Britain
Christianity EtcRe: Stop Attacking Reverend King Oh!!!! by kadman(m): 1:46am On Oct 07, 2008
I used to live beside Rev King. From my flat upstairs I could see his own house. In the morning when he comes out EVERY single person in his house lies down on the floor to greet him. Some used to clean his shoes ( he always wore black ones ), there was a time he was celebrating his birthday. He put some banners up on his house calling himself "the messiah", "the exalted one", " the chosen". That guy was a DEMON.

I couldn't have said it better myself !

FAMOUS QUOTES -

- I hate Nigeria

- I do not, I repeat, do not connect with Nigeria in any form

- Applauding Thor who called Nigeria a shithole & worse than living in a toilet bowl

All this from a moderator on the biggest Nigerian forum. Na wa o

It even annoys me that i just wasted 4 minutes of my life posting on such a jerk !

@ Thor.

I am so sorry to say this but from your posts here and somewhere else, i find you very hypocritical. One minute your asking why anyone would want to live in cesspit in Nigeria and the next you are wondering why anyone would want to leave to nigeria to become illegal in a foreign land.
Why don't you just open your mind and shut your mouth, both are empty anyway. Jeeez!!!!
Ha Ha,funny. I noticed his hypocritical rantings too. What an assh*le
It seems at last racist America has finally caught up with O .J. Simpsom. He was found guilty for 12 counts charge of armed robbery and other related offences. He faces a possible life imprisonment if the ruling of the jury that finds him guilty is rectified.
To me this is the verdict that most America people has been waiting for since he was acquited for murder charges levelled against him after the death of his wife in 1993, a crime many white Americans believed he committed.
While i strongly believed he was targeted for punishment over the death of his wife I also hold the view that he didnt help matters with his notorious and controvercial life style. What do you think
Heck ! I'm not white and I'm not American, and I think he did it, The guy even wanted to write a book about "If he did do it". The funny part is that he was sentenced exactly 15 years on the very same day he was acquainted of killing his wife. Karma is a bitch !

Casablanca ----- That's my favorite old movie of all time,I watch this movie average of once a week.In fact I'm gonna go watch it now. I wonder is there any woman alive as beautiful as Ingrid Bergman ?

How To Marry A Millionaire ----- I love Lauren Bacall, that's some woman. I'm always sad she never won an Academy Award.

The Way We Were ------ I don't like Barbra Streisand much, but at the end where she say's " Your girl is beautiful". That was movie magic.

A Star Is Born ------ The second remake with Judy Garland.

Breakfast at Tiffanys ------ This movie was amazing, but looking at Audrey Hepburn is even better, they don't make beautiful women like they used too

@ Yettidear

I've been reading your ordeal since Thursday when you posted it,I wanted to post but I didn't particularly like the way Presjany approached things. You've shown such a mature attitude to this. I'm really impressed.
I wouldn't be so quick to condemn Vikiviko, the reason that being like you I've seen a lot of his praises on the forum. I also met someone who won the US visa lottery but was having problems getting his original WAEC cert, since he lost his original. He asked me for advice on another thread, and I directed him to Vikiviko. The guy just sent me an IM yesterday that he is America, and got his visa. So once again I wouldn't be quick to condemn anyone. As someone said Vikiviko is a travel agent and doesn't hide that fact.
Shit happens, and we have to move on !

From the refusal letter I think your document falls under :

a genuine document which has been fraudulently obtained or issued

That is the reason you were not banned for 10 years - emphasise on genuine. So right now there is no issue with the document. But with your credibility.
I am very sure of this. If the document was fake you would have been BANNED.
To sort the issue of credibility. You need :

1. A good lawyer, who is writing as your father's lawyer to prepare a letter atessting to the fact that you are a credible person and would never use a fake document,Insist that that was the tax clearance you got from the commission ( then don't mention it again or include it in the application ).

2. Prepare another application and submit with this letter - with a fresh application, include the letter of extension from the University ( very important ).

3. Include the new tax clearance of your father - put as many cover notes as possible to show it's for real.

4. Also add a letter from a clergy or someone reputable vouching for your credibility.

5. Add a strong letter from you, saying you would never use a fake document, you're a person of high repute, furthering your education is your dream blah blah. Staple this to the last page in the application form,so you make sure they read it.

6. Apply fast,as you are countering them

Then pray hard ! I had an issue of credibility with them too,and this is what I did that I'm telling you. I really hope you get this. I know you've worked hard for it.

Madonna's latest tour is making it big.

Her Madgesty has already brought in more than $120 million just from her European tour and has sold out 16 of the 17 shows.

And, now, Madonna's getting ready for the American start of her Sticky & Sweet outing.

She's got five sold out shows just in the New York area awaiting her!

The tour is scheduled to start October 4th in New Jersey and will have four shows in Madison Square Garden.

Her show includes about "3500 wardrobe elements, 36 clothing designers, 100 pairs of kneepads, 12 trampolines, 69 guitars, a traveling personnel of 250, five keyboards for Kevin Antunes the musical director, three members of the Russian Romani (Gypsy) group the Kolpakov Trio, 18 dancers, and one set of Swavorski crystal encrusted ear phones."

And she's been receiving great reviews as well.

The London Times said, "In the premiere league of song-and-dance spectaculars, the queen of pop remains unrivalled and undefeated."
The successful tour will then head out of NY and tour North America with stops in cities like Boston, Chicago, Denver, Toronto, Montreal, and ending in Miami on November 26th.

But that's not it for the Material Girl.

From there she'll head to Mexico City, where two shows sold 100,000 tickets in just three hours.

The South American part of the tour is showing great results as well, with three shows and over 210,000 tickets already sold.

A fourth show had to be recently added in Buenos Aires as her other stops in South America are already sold out.

There's no slowing down for Madonna!

Madonna broke the record back in 2006,for having the most sucsessful tour by a female artist ever. It looks like she would be breaking her own record with this tour.

Check out the stops for her North, Central, & South American Tour Dates…, after the jump!

Yes,it is a pathetic story of the way and manner in which the name of the nation Nigeria have been brought so low all in the name of money.
It is a BIG shame,we need a rethink for Nigeria to move forward.
Rethink ? What Rethink ? Stories like the one above just make me feel there is no hope. There's just too much wickedness in the heart of most Nigerians.

A typical Nigerian mentality, success are usually equated to financial wealth. Its painful that at this age of time people are still engrossed with money seeking life style undermining the dangers and the bad name(in some cases).
So,his friends and family where expecting him with money bags.Well if he was rich by any means see what would have happened to him

Should I dignify you with a response ? I think not. I thought you had a mature mind to argue with, but from your last post you're obviously do not.
You do not know the difference between being patriotic & realistic. Bashing Nigeria ? Iceland was bashing the new E- Passport. Please read before posting. You still haven't given solutions to either Iceland or my several problem with the passport. Yet you keep posting.
Americans bash their President in several ways, because he deserves it. And they are far more patriotic than you will EVER be.
If you don't mind inferior things for whatever reason, well thats you. Please don't force your ideology on others

@ Post

I just looked at my passport picture & compared it with the visas on it. The visa pictures are so much clearer than the passport's own Bio Data page. It's just so annoying. I don't like it one bit. I have the old passport & it's still valid. I feel like transferring back to it.

when someone calls you a king or queen( depending on your sex),It simlly conveys respect, dignity and clout. I merely wanted to express our proud heritage as Nigerians irrespective of a mere passport booklet. I expect everyone, even of little intelligence, to grasp that without muddling common sense.
That your signature is diminished wont really present a challenge in your 'transactions'.
O ye of plenty intelligence. Your common sense should tell you that when you cannot match the signatute of an ID card / Passport, you would have problems with "transcations".
The poster didn't find the Passport of good quality & up to standard, simple. It's her money & her passport. She's complaing about not being satisfied. I don't know what your argument is even about.

- And I get the Queen & King thing, but someone is complaining about passport quality & you're talking about national heritage,  what's the correlation ? ** rolls eyes**
