It's not DHL extorting you, it's those bloody nigerian customs officials.

Every DHL,UPS,FEDEX etc importation/cargo goes through customs and the criminals are the ones placing those exorbitant fees. I faced it so many times. They will not release your items until the fees are paid. It's a pathetic situation.
