Imagine going for an interview and they make you wait for hours even without an apology that is inhumane and unethical.

Well the HR person lacked phone etiquette from my own opinion. If you call someone the first thing to do is introduce yourself before going further into the conversation.

HR personnels in Nigeria lack professional ethics they just feel they are important cause they interview people and you need a job.

But as a guest that don't have "strength" u may be discourage to become a member due to constant bashing, insults and trolls...... Lol

I was a guest, visiting and getting relevant information from the site for almost 2 years. Trust me the trolls can be funny atimes making you laugh out loud but often times it can be very annoying.

Nonetheless, as much as we have trollers and scammers, we definitely not have only influential people but also got good souls in here.... At least I have come across one here.

Pls don't qoute me I don't have "defensive layer" for trolls

Honestly most guys who merit that title of senior developer are in demand both in Nigeria and abroad and are offered Millions as salaries. No senior developer in this Nigeria will even accept 500k now except the person doesn't know his worth.

I noticed its not easy getting into tech in nigeria as self taught developer and again without computer science degree

I once saw a tech company job posting intending to offer a senior software engineer around 80k-150k as salary
