You are so correct bro. So damn correct. This was the reason, when I first came to the US I moved to the White populated neighborhood. I haven’t regretted it. They have treated me so well, all my coworkers, both present and past. Everywhere is so damn safer.

I'm telling you man. I got people abroad. ALL of them say that the worst form of discrimination they've ever faced were in the hands of naturalized blacks. US, UK, Canada... especially that US. The way the "Black Americans" treat their fellow Negroes from "Africa" is sickening...

Whitie fit dey do passive racism...the Blacks openly and shamelessly show theirs...to their fellow BLACKS.

Stop excusing the whites.
Nothing could ever be worse than what they did to blacks.
A lifetime will never be enough to make up for the atrocities they committed against blacks.
To them, blacks were(are) lesser than animals.
Even till today, some of them treat dogs better than blacks.

What's your definition of "real slavery"?

Madam, I stand by what I said.
If the Blacks were advanced and the whites were backward, we would be whipping them like dogs TILL TODAY.

Look at how blacks are treating fellow blacks in the name of tribalism, classism and religious bias.

Abeg no stress me.

So, what do you call what the whites did to blacks?
What rights/justification did they have to do what they did to blacks?

They had none.

Like I said, if situations were reversed, the whites would have had it worse. And slavery (REAL Slavery) may never have ended...

Thats the black man for you. As satanic and wicked as the devil

I keep saying it...if the blacks were as advanced as the whites...and the whites were as backward as the blacks; The blacks would have enslaved the whites. Asin, full blown slavery with whippings & tortures. It won't even be hidden/covert.

There should be a genetic explanation...but the whites who would do this experiment, won't want to be offensive with the results; so they're just overt with their discrimination by their stringent visa rules for some selected countries & individual sieving of applicants...

Christians acting like Yahweh and Satan are enemies don't read their bible

Satan and Yahweh are bestest buddies. The Book of Job has Satan having a pleasant chat with Yahweh, during which they make a bet involving killing people and screwing one guy over. there's no animosity between Yahweh and Satan in the least. They get along just fine.

Moreover, what we learned from the book of Job is that Satan can't do anything without God's explicit permission - God keeps him on a very short leash.

According to the accounts of why David did a census in Samuel and Chronicles, Satan and Yahweh are beyond best buddies. If the angel of the Lord is the Holy Ghost, then Satan is a part of godhead that must be a quadrants, at least.

The kind of takes that make people DETEST discussing religion with me.

Family / Re: What Are The Pros And Cons Of Marrying A Divorced Man by Kaycee54321(m): 9:22am On Feb 08, 2023

So guys, my sister met a man like a year ago that is divorced, right now he wants them to take it to another level, like wedding level…. My sister is a single mother though, educated, working class, successful…. But my mom doesn’t agree to it, she’s only seeing the bad side…

So I would like to know if there’s anyone who has gotten married to a divorced man before.. I would also like to know the pros and cons…

This said man has been truthful so far though…

Waiting for comments! Thank you…

Family / Re: Why Do Women Knowingly Marry Deadbeats? by Kaycee54321(m): 7:13pm On Feb 06, 2023
I wouldn't blame the women here...

Most times, situations like this happen when the man in question met the girl when she's young, naïve and inexperienced. It's easy for such kind of man to keep bamboozling her with tales of "I will spoil you when I'm rich..." and easy to manipulate her to accept him back after abusing her...

These kind of things are mostly seen in the hood simply because hood kids are "exposed" to sexual sturvs early...A girl you met at 17 will love you more "stupidly" than a girl you met when she's 28.

Sad thing is, when this girl will find out that she really shouldn't take half the shit she was given, she'd probably evolve into that single mom of 30 who couldn't "keep a man."

It's always right to treat people rightly...

Please, there is nothing like STAFFS.
Do not be tempted to pluralise STAFF.

Thank you!

Staffs is quite correct in some instances.

The staffs of Stanbic & First Bank have a football match...

The staff of First Bank will LOSE...

I can bet that the BBN franchise has seen a downward trend in revenue since last year. This year's 'strategic move' to partner with SA may not help matters much...

I predict that next year, BBN may not return OR it will be a collabo between Nigeria, Ghana & Rwanda...

This I have seen.

Sofware engineering is just as important, a bug could launch a nuke or even cause a plane crash.

These are outlier situations and worst case scenarios.
Mankind can exist without software engineers; Mankind will go extinct without medicine.

I honestly don't think software engineering is generally "harder".

To be a doctor, just read the textbooks very well and know how to memorize information, then apply that to the giving problem. It's straight forward. If you have at least average intelligence and you study well, you will pass your MBBS exams.

This is how to be a good medical student. Different kettle of fish, being an actual doctor. And I don't mean some folks that wear lab coat to prescribe Doxycycline or Chloroquine. I mean DOCTORS.

In medicine, the margins for error are minimal; you f.uck around, you end a life.

In software engineering/development/coding/programming, you basically have different methods of approaching a problem; the worst that can happen is being stuck on a problem that makes you vent on social media on how hard it is.

Who uses PostgreSQL please?
I'm trying to load a csv file into a database via the pgadmin GUI...
I know an approach is to COPY table FROM file path
but I DO NOT want to create a table first, since the file has hundreds of columns and it'll be time consuming..

Is there a work around?

If none of them is a crime and you are not LGBTQ, why not boldly say you are not?

If you are worried that they won't take you if you are not LGBTQ, do you really want to work for a company that's employing only LGBTQ? Same with gender and religion.

Just so you know, these things are not considered for employment or similar purposes as it is discrimination and a serious offence so don't overthink it. They are meant for statistics.

Thanks so much.

It shouldn't because legally, those are only viewed in aggregate for statistics reporting, so they're effectively anonymous. And many HR software won't even let the hiring manager see those answers at all.

HOWEVER, we know people don't always follow the rules, plus in a small pool of applicants it may be possible to single people out.

What I'd do is just select 'prefer not to say'. Let their imaginations run wild that maybe you're afraid of persecution because you are one of those things...or whatever

Thanks. I think I'd adopt same. It's not a crime to be LGBTQ+ & eventually, it's not a crime to NOT be LGTBQ+...
