Beautifully written #FACTS

1. Prayer is not a "spare wheel" that you pull out when in trouble, but it is a "steering wheel" that directs the right path throughout.

2. A Car's WINDSHIELD is so large & the Rear view Mirror is so small? Because our PAST is not as important as our FUTURE. So, Look Ahead and Move on.

3. Friendship is like a BOOK. It takes few seconds to burn, but it takes years to write.

4. All things in life are temporary. If going well, enjoy it, they will not last forever. If going wrong, don't worry, they can't last long either.

5. Old Friends are Gold! New Friends are Diamond! If you get a Diamond, don't forget the Gold! Because to hold a Diamond, you always need a Base of Gold!

6. Often when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and says, "Relax, sweetheart, it's just a bend, not the end!

7. When GOD solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when GOD doesn't solve your problems HE has faith in your abilities.

8. A blind person asked St. Anthony: "Can there be anything worse than losing eye sight?" He replied: "Yes, losing your vision!"

9. When you pray for others, God listens to you and blesses them, and sometimes, when you are safe and happy, remember that someone has prayed for you.

10. WORRYING does not take away tomorrow's TROUBLES, it takes away today's PEACE.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 5K: How Will Federal Government Capture Data Of All Unemployed Youths? by Kelklein(m):
YET ANOTHER LESSON!!!

A very poor man lived with his wife whose hair was so long it touched her waist. One day the wife asked her husband to buy her a comb for her long hair so that it can continue to grow well and to be well groomed. The man felt sorry and said he didn't have money even to fix the strap of his watch which had just broken. The wife did not insist.

On his way to work the man passed by a watch shop, sold his damaged watch at a low price and went to buy a comb for his wife. He came back home in the evening with a comb in his hand ready to give to his wife.

He was surprised to see his wife with very short hair. She had cut and sold her hair and bought a brand new watch for her husband. Tears flowed simultaneously from their eyes, not for the futility of their actions, but for the reciprocity of their love.

Love is when the other person's happiness is more important than your own. Give love and show love where it matters and let it be the God centered love. How great our marriages will be if only we as couples can out do each other in love and sacrifice.

How awesome it will be that we each wake up thinking of what to do to make each other happy. Selfishness must not be allowed. May your marriage receive fresh grace at each passing day.

Have a good day!

Education › Re: Sanusi To Emerge UNIBEN Chancellor by Kelklein(m):
READ THIS CONVERSATION BETWEEN A YORUBA MAN AND HIS BIAFRAN FRIEND.

Yoruba man: Under what conditions would you support One Nigeria and let go of the Biafra struggle?

Biafran Agitator: many. Number 1. Close down Lagos ports and Open up PH, Calabar, Onitsha and Warri.
2. Cancel all direct and major connecting flights to Lagos and Abuja airports...only local or minimal connecting flights will be allowed. Whilst this is being done, open up Enugu, Owerri,Asaba, Uyo and PH to international flights...direct and major connecting flights.
3. Ask all international and diplomatic missions to move their embassies and consulates from Lagos and Abuja to Enugu, PH and Calabar.
4. All Federal Governments’ agencies in Lagos and Abuja shall be relocated to Enugu, PH and Calabar. CBN, NNPC, e.t.c shall and must relocate to PH, Calabar and Enugu.
5. All multinational companies in Lagos and Abuja, shall and must relocate their offices to PH, Calabar and Enugu.
6. If these conditions can be fulfilled and implemented, we can try one Nigeria and let's see if you Hausas and Yorubas will like it for a month.
Meaning, Yorubas and Hausas needing to get visas shall travel to PH, Calabar or Enugu to do that. Same with flying or connecting flights, same with shipping and importing their goods, e.t.c.

Yoruba man: You can't be serious, this is wickedness.

Biafran Agitator: Really? Don't you think Biafrans have been suffering and enduring this very same wickedness for over 50 yrs?

Yoruba man kept quite for a few seconds.

Yoruba man: wow, you are right but it never occurred to me.

Biafran man: You see, that's the problem with One Nigeria, those who are benefiting love it and would love to maintain the status quo.

But remember,

13. A common old wives tale is that fish grow to the size of the aquarium. Actually they will continue to grow as long as they have a quality environment. To find out, a group of researchers kept several trout in a 3 inch diameter tube. Clean water was constantly circulated through the tube. The trout eventually grew to fill the tube completely!

14. Mineral elements taken from earth provide the colors. Strontium yields deep reds, copper produces blue, sodium yields yellow, and iron filings and charcoal pieces produce gold sparks. Bright flashes and loud bangs come from aluminum powder.

15. 40 to 50 percent of body heat can be lost through the head (no hat) as a result of its extensive circulatory network.
