SAMBARRY: I don't even know the difference between onila and tpia
2 of them are similar and have a lot in common
onila are you now into comedy or amusement business? You know, for a long time, I thought there were the same person until I noticed some things are very different about them despite all the similarities eg tpia follows no one while Onila follows the whole world but I love them both anyways They are the reason why I keep coming back to NL Cococandy, I see you enjoy them both as well |

Chillisauce: You need a pressure pot, trust me. I use mine for virtually everything . 10min preparation of jollof rice. cow leg stockfish beans meat
If I want fast result, I use it. start timing when you hear the first steam sound. you don't even need much water as the steam does the job. saves time, power, No wonder!! Chilli, so you are amongst the people that gave me only pressure cookers as wedding gifts. Na so the things full everywhere for my house until I started dashing them out too. naija people sabi give pressure cooker and deep fryer walahi ; I should ask Cococandy how many she collected except them don repent these days sha But seriously, how do you even cook jollof rice with pressure cooker Chilli? you add all the "everything" into the rice at once? I used it back then only for cooking corn(u sabi say naija corn dey hard like rock) but meat Naaaaa You know how many times I have to taste the meat before it's done and trust my kids, as i am tasting the thing, they are already begging me to let them taste as well. smh for this generation. I dare not ask during my days ooo na only to dey look my mama with style and see if she will remember me But i will definitely need it now for this white beans and cowl leg. but you know it's actually healthier to cook with pressure cooker? |

EfemenaXY: Lol! You're welcome Kimoni.
If you can handle all five of them without sweating, then my, you are fit then. You go girl!
Like she mentioned in the video, a lot of what we are (physically) is 80% based on what we eat. You can have chicken and fries but you just have to eat sensibly. Take the chicken for example, rather than deep fry in fat (oils), I start off by boiling mine with the usual seasoning. Once thoroughly cooked, I then put them in the oven to grill. They come out looking and tasting like fried chicken, but without the oil. Also make sure that you remove the outer skin as that in itself contains a lot of fat.
As per the fries, rather than go for the higher calorific Irish potatoes, why not opt for the lower calorie sweet potatoes? Again, rather than fry, grill them. So you see, you get to eat the same thing, (chicken and chips), but in a smarter, heathier, way.
Oh, and don't forget to have lots of veg on the side. Especially the green ones. Thanks Efe, the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak but I am getting there though |

Is this also part of the package? E saanu mi o. Teammates do u feel the same or na only me waka come? Part of the package my dear, those menstrual like pains will graduate into full labour when ur baby is due hence ur body is preparing gradually for it. As for the pelvic discomfort, ur baby is shooking head out small small ready to see you. So start preparing to hold your bundle of joy as well. |
Family › Re: Women Who Gave Birth Via CS (Caesarean Section) Are Now Being Shamed? by Kimoni: 7:24am On May 01, 2015 |
Juzzybabe: Humm...this post touch me. I give birth a week ago to my first baby, and CS was never an option I ever dreamt of, but after I had labour for hours,I had to be scanned n it showed my water was insufficient to have a natural birth. The doctors told me CS was my way out. I had to accept to save my life and my baby. Still nursing the cut and pains my mother in law look me in the eyes and insulted me that I was too lazy to push my baby out. She has been telling people and even to my face that I wasted her son's money on CS all because I couldn't push. she said I didn't labour. I am hurt by her words but I pray God have mercy on her. Pls don't believe the nonsense she is telling you and don't let it get to you. Maybe she is jealous you have achieved what she earnestly desires for her daughter, yet, mocking you is not the way to go about it. Hope she doesn't try to put you down in other areas cuz you might need to talk to your hubby about it. The last thing you need with your baby is being disturbed emotionally. Asides from the fact that it can affect the production of your breas.t milk, babies can sense your emotional state of mind. Pls be happy and don't let the trash she is spewing get to you in any way. **hugz** |

Chillisauce: Almost 80% work is from what you eat. Try and eat healthy then add little exercise to it and you are good to go.
We are here to encourage you. Once a while do a detox. Blended fruits and vegetable. Then drink it. Flushes the system.
This is blended apple, water melon, strawberry and spinach. Wont give up this fight... Thanks Chilli |

Juzzybabe: Ok ma,I also discover a slime like in her poo, like she has jedijedi, should I ignore that too? Is he feeling ok generally? No temperature or illness? Then you could jut wait it out and I am quite sure he would outgrow it over time but if it increases, it could be an allergy to a type of food he is getting from breast milk. You would then have to tweak your food to determine what he is really reacting to. But for now, just continue to watch the poo everyday especially if he is feeling ok. |

all4naija: Just cut down on your intake of fatty food. Okay? With rigorous exercises you are on your way to having a flat belly. More like it. It's a battle I have to win though Adding oil to my food is like applying make up on my face, oil beautifies your food and makes it look inviting. It feels dry and awkward without it. Efe, trust me, I didn't write the above. |
