Have you ever heard of anyone being charged to court for making threats? Have you ever heard of anyone charged to court being insulting? No, because they fall under freedom of speech as enshrined in the constitution. It may be possible to sue a person for defamation of character or slander but that is a purely civil matter. It does not matter if Nnamdi Kanu is using threats and insults in his self determination agender. What is important is what the law allows him. The law allows him to use insults and threats under his right to free speech.

We never ever came together as Nigerians. We were all forced to become Nigerians at gunpoint by Lord Lugard. When Ojukwu met Gowon in Aburi, Ojukwu told Gowon that the only way Nigeria could move foward was a 'loose federation' ( a confederaion) of the existing 4 regions. Gowon agreed and signed the agreement with Ojukwu in front of the president of Ghana, General Ankrah. Gowon and his northern click returned to Nigeria and realised that the Document they signed made it impossible to implement "Born to rule". That's why Gowon reneged on the gentlemans agreement he signed in Ghana, abolished the regions, created States and brought unitary rule which left Ojukwu no choice but to declare Biafra. From then till now, Nigeria has not progressed even an inch. We should hold a referendum so we all can go back administering ourselves as we did before Lugard came. Nigeria has been nothing but a disastrous British experiment

So the UN is what gave you country legitimacy? Lord Lugard gave you the slave name 'Nigerian' and you carry that slave tag with pride. If Lord Lugard had called you "$hit head", you would also be carrying that name with pride too
