They dont want biafra or any other union with the big three either.they just wanted the fg to address their cries of marginalixation
The minorities are already in a union with the other big three inside Nigeria whether they like it or not.

Abkreizi:
Its not about enemies even
The minority will feel safe in a country that has already begun its journey than another that is still starting. .. why atleast they know that their rights were protected in Nigeria... than an unsecured biafra... will you nkt prefer to stay in Nigeria than an unsure life in a developing country
If that were all true, they would not have taken up arms against Nigeria

If the minorities were actually happy and content within Nigeria they would not take up arms to destroy that which they are happy with

But from the minorities we have had, Niger Delta Avengers(NDA), Movement for the emancipation of the Niger Delta(MEND), Niger Delta Volunteer Force(NDVF) amongst others

These are groups that took up arms, fought the Nigerian government, killed people and destroyed Oil sectors.

The minorities have never been happy with Nigeria, they only remain in Nigeria because they dont have a choice.

Yes my brother.most tribes will prefer a far enemy than a nearby enemy.the hausa fulanis treated them better
There is no far or near enemy, there is just enemy. Hausa-Fulani treated them better? How? By owning over 80% of their Oil wealth? Refusing to restructure Nigeria?

Well they wouldn't have had a stable economy.... I'm not from the south east so those who are should tell us the mineral resources available
It's not mineral resources that makes a country great. Nigeria has all the mineral resources you can think about, Oil, Gas, Coal, Gold, Lime stone, Bauxite, and many more. Yet Nigeria is not great.

Some countries like Japan, South Korea, Switzerland dont have anything but all 3 countries are amongst the 15 richest countries in the world. What made them rich? It is called human resources

The amount of electronics Japan and South Korea make and sell in a month, Nigeria cannot make if they sell Oil for a whole year and thats just electronics. I'm not even going into cars, planes or even agriculture.

The reason I believe that Biafra would have been succrssful had it succeeded is thst the Igbos are a very resourceful and resilient people. Igbos would have looked beyond Oil and at its human potential and produced great things that the world can appreciate. The reason Nigeria cannot progress is because they can never see beyond Oil.

Igbos are successful people, all they need to be great is their own separate country where they can run their affairs as nothing great ever comes out of Nigeria

One of the major reasons the rebels lost the war was because the minorities in the former eastern region actively supported the FG against the Biafrans. The minorities rightfully had a dread of Ibo domination in the proposed Biafra and those fears still linger on till today. Biafra was doomed to fail from the start
So what you are saying is that the minorities dreaded being dominated by Igbos in Biafra but had no problems being dominated by Igbos/Yorubas/Hausa-Fulani in Nigeria?

That's laughable

PoliticsKanu Addresses Huge Crowd Of Biafrans In Houston Texas(picture&video) by kingzizzy(op): 3:23pm On Jun 24, 2019
Yesterday, the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, addressed a capacity filled hall full of Biafran supporters in Houston, Texas. Some of the things Kanu said in the video below are:

"If you are a Nigerian then you are an animal"

"Lugards wife who named you a Nigerian saw you as no more than a Baboon"

Is anyone here from the zoo?

We must all unite to make Biafra happen to prevent Fulani taking over our lands!

Stephani3e:
I am baffled how some group of people want Tinubu to be President, aren't we tired of recycling the same corrupt leaders everytime ?
How would this country move forward if we keep voting for wrong leaders?
Tribalism is too much, tribalism would make Nigerians vote a goat if the goat is from the same tribe like them.

Tinubu for President ?? Is this a joke or what ?
Seriously, some Nigerians don't want progress.
Welcome to the reality that Nigeria does not work as a nation

Allowed to withdraw or brilliantly fought his way out of owerri to ph?
Etuk was completely surrounded by Biafran troops. However. The aim of the Biafran command was the recapture of Owerri.

Etuk, his men.and even their families were allowed to board buses and trailers and left Owerri after which a large crowd of Igbos followed Biafran troops into Owerri to reclaim the city

I'm just venting here.

I love Nigeria, I want it to grow and eventually become part of the developed world. Some things just day baffle me sha so I say make I ask my fellow Nigerians which way na?

We have allowed our leaders to do us anyhow since 1960. Why can't we come together as one people and fix this country?
Why we cant come together and and fix Nigeria? You should first ask if Nigeria is a nation, or just a country. A nation is what people come together to fix, a country, not so much
PoliticsRe: Who Is Nigeria's Greatest Battle Commander? by kingzizzy:
Etuk was actually a lucky man. At the start of the war, General Philip Effiong tried to recruit him into the Biafran Army but he chose to fight for Nigeria

When Biafran forces surrounded Etuk and his forces in the city of Owerri, Etuk fought back well. He was eventually allowed by the Biafran forces to withdraw from Owerri
PoliticsRe: How Did Rochas Okorocha Become So Rich?! by kingzizzy: 11:50am On Jun 23, 2019
Rochas stated in an interview he granted years ago that he was already into education. I think he was running a small school in Jos when he heard that a major international construction company that had completed a project in Platue state was selling off its assets and relocating abroad. Rochas managed to become the middle man who brokered the deal to between the construction company and local contractors. He bought the assets for peanuts and sold it to local contractors, making a killing.

But where Rochas Made his billions was in real estate. With the money Rochas made from the initial deal, Rochas started buying up lands in choice places in Abuja in.the 1990's when they were cheap. He not only bought lands, he started building quality buildings on them. By the time Abuja came on board, Rochas investments in Abuja was worth billions

Rochas once boasted that he is amongst the 5 biggest owners of property in Abuja and he has lost count how many buildings he owns in Nigeria as a whole

One state party
That is far better than all the political parties in Nigeria except PDP and APC

APGA has done very well in its 17 years, it is the third most powerful party in Nigeria. It used to control Abia and Imo and has been in charge of Anambra for almost 15 years.
PoliticsRe: Senator Kalu To Igbos: Don't Expect Anything From APC-Led Federal Government by kingzizzy: 11:26am On Jun 23, 2019
Whst sirt of backward mentality is OUK exibiting? So it is only those who vote the party that wins should expect anything from government? Is that how it is?

So government should only cater to those who voted it and exclude all others?

APC is a devilish party

Those eastern states are danm too small with so much population reasons for that pattern of houses. The entire five eastern states are supposed to be in one state.
And Nigeria is not even up to half the size of a state in America. Nigeria is not up to half of the state of Alaska

What is important is population, not size of land.

I see myself as a Nigerian first and Yoruba second.
So a white foreigner called Lord Lugard decided who you are and your forefathers who ensured you came into existence come second?

In other words, you are first a colonial creation before being an indigenous son of the soil?

Even the British that are responsible for making you a Nigerian, a Scottish man will never say he is British first before being Scottish

You people should stop peddling this stupid falsehood. We are, and always will be, first our ethnic identity, before we become whatever identity the white man gave us through the barrel of the gun

How can Nnamdi Kanu see all this killings by the Fulani and not love 'one Nigeria'?

How can IPOB be so foolish to want to leave a lovely country like Nigeria where Fulani slaughter people every day?

I don't know why people cannot see the joy of Fulani killing people

When the oil dries up, how can Nigeria sustain it's economy and fund it's budget?

Nigeria is not a manufacturing country, we don't have anything to export except crude oil that's why buhari didn't sign the Africa free trade
When there is more Oil, Nigeria will disintegrate as the North will see no more need for one Nigeria
