The EU is a great supporter of self determination. As we all remember, the EU was there when Czechoslovakia split in Czech Republic and Republic of Slovakia, both of which are EU members.

Greenland and the UK both left the EU by way of referendum.


There are many examples to show that the EU supports the right of self determination.

However, the fact that Igbos have spread their tentacles all over Nigeria does not in anyway take away the fact that they have the right to agitate for a separate state.

These clowns are everywhere. I remember when they said that Kanu can never return to Nigeria to fight for Biafra. Since Nnamdi Kanu fearlessly returned, the shifted the goalpost to other things. Kanu does no need to need to renounce his British citizenship. Dual citizenship is well recognised. Anybody who is waiting for Kanu to renounce his British citizenship before embracing Biafra is just making excuse.

Your problem is that you dont know what the song stands for. The song is meant to glorify something or someone who leads the people to a better place.

Back in my primary school days, we used to sing this song in school but we would put the name of our school to replace 'Nnamdi Kanu' as in this video.

People use this song all the time to honour someone or something
