PoliticsRe: What Is The Difference Between Aburi Accord And Restructuring? by kingzizzy: 2:09pm On Jun 05, 2018
Crystolexy:
IS there a clear difference between Aburi Accord and restructuring? If many people are now accepting the restructuring as the solution to Nigeria problem why was Aburi Accord not accepted?

Lets discuss this!
The difference was that Aburi was during military rule while the current call for restructuring is in civilian rule.

However, nothing has changed since Aburi to now. The same core North that was against the restructuring during Aburi are still against restructuring to this day.

Which is why Nigeria can never be restructured.
PoliticsRe: "Buhari Lied About The Nigerian Army And Biafrans Comment" - FFK by kingzizzy: 12:47pm On Jun 05, 2018
It is true. Had Nigeria been a more civilised place, officers like Buhari and Gowon would have faced the courts for war crimes.
PoliticsIPOB's Sit At Home Order Has Rubbished FG's Terrorist Tag On Them- Uko by kingzizzy(op): 8:44am On Jun 05, 2018
Elliot Ugochukwu Uko is the leader of the influential Igbo youth movement(IYM). In a chat with online media portal, Kpakpando TV, Mr Uko stated that the May 30th sit at home order by IPOB which majority of people of the old Eastern Region complied with, completely negates the terrorist tag that government put on them. He also lampooned the recent South East summit on restructuring. Hear him............

"By asking the people to stay at home on the 30th of May and majority of the people complied with that order, IPOB not only rubbished the terrorist tag put on them, they also embarrassed the Federal Government and established themselves as a dominant force in their area of influence. If the people regarded IPOB as a terrorist group, they would have never have obeyed any directive from them. How can the very people IPOB are alleged to be terrorising be willingly following their tormentors? It makes no sense.

"On the recent summit on restructuring held in Awka, I have been involved in hosting and holding such summits for the last 24 years. We have passed that stage a long time ago. What we should be talking about now is the practical steps being taken to restructure Nigeria. Holding a summit just to tell the world that you want restructuring is like dragging people like me back to Nursery School"

PoliticsRe: Remembering Okokon Ndem And Radio Biafra by kingzizzy: 7:57pm On Jun 04, 2018
No doubt Okokon Ndem was a great Biafran. My parents told me that Biafra, his voice was what kept people going in tough times.

The Nigerian Air force tried to find where the Radio station was broadcasting but the couldn't. What the didn't know what that the transmitter was kept under a Mango tree in Obodo-Ukwu in present day Imo state. The transmitter was heavily camouflaged as well as a nearby building, that Nigeriann forces simply couldn't find it.

Okokon Ndem was a great Biafran

You're just exposing your ignorance here:

1. Major Isaac Adaka Boro was never part of Biafra

2. The Niger Deltans who did not support Biafra like Elechi Amadi, UJ Esuene e.t.c left Biafra very early in the war and their departure had nothing to do with the collapse of Biafra. Also note that many Igbos like Ukpabi Asika also didn't believe in Biafra and joined the Nigerian side

3. The "unsung" Niger delta heroes you speak of never left Biafra, they fought to the bitter end for the survival of Biafra. Nsudoh, Archibong, Philip Effiong, Achuzia, Ochei, Nwawo, Albert okonkwo e.t.c all of them Niger deltans never left Biafra. Indeed, some like laid down their lives for Biafra. Major Nzeogwu a brave Niger deltan was killed fighting for Biafra. You really need to go and read about the history of Biafra because it is clear that all you know about Biafra are fairytales told to you by God knows who
When these people fought for Biafra in the 1960's, there was nothing called "A Niger Deltan". At the time, the Niger Delta was mainly regarded as the area of the delta in present day Bayelsa and some parts of Rivers. That's why Adaka Boro declared the place Niger Delta Republic.

All these people in Delta state, Edo state, Cross River state and Akwai Ibom only started to be called "Niger Deltans" or "South-South" in the mid 90's during Abachas rule. The real Niger Delta area comprises of the 4 states where the river separates into atries and empties into the ocean and they are Bayelsa, Rivers, Imo and Abia.

Look at this one from Oyo who wants to die on top of Biafran matter.

I believed in Nigeria. I used to love her until she forced me to flee. I still nurse a feeling about playing a part in a new Nigeria. But then, the old must give way for the new.

We are observing from a safe distance.
What is there to love in Nigeria? Bad governance? Boko Haram? Inflation? Herdsmen killings? Corruption? Nepotism? Disunity? Impunity? The list is endless

I am yet to understand how the killers could disappear into the thin air after every attack. Why can't the youths get themselves together and chase them through the bushes...track them down and do the needful? They couldn't have gone far.

This killing has some weird things about it.

Where are the Tiv soldiers today?
I wouldn't Advice anyone to chase the Herdsmen, they are armed with AK47.

Nnamdi Kanu ran back, came face to face with the monster, looked the monster eyeball to eyeball and stared him down with TRUTH.

I think he might be the last of the braves.
You have to give Kanu credit for that. While others were planning to flee Nigeria, he made his way back to face prison, court case and operation python when he could have easily stayed back in London enjoying his life with his family.

Not many people will willing leave comfort for suffering

i dont know anything about what you are talking about...but i know fighting against a souverain nation is futile......

america didnt get their freedom handed to them just like that....

pick up arms and get your biafra by force or keep your peace....anything else is nonesense....
Did Nigeria have to take up arms to get its independence from Britain?

Did East Timor have to take up arms to fight Indonasia before they became independent?

Did Slovakia have to take up guns to become independent of Czechoslovakia?

It is not necessary to take up arms to fight for freedom. Armed struggle is only last resort
PoliticsRe: IPOB:Nnamdi Kanu's Lawyer Speaks After Today's Trial As FG Uses Masked Witness by kingzizzy: 8:22pm On Mar 22, 2018
This trial is a waste of time but what pains me is the 2 months adjournment. This case has entered its third year, why the long adjournment?
PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu Secret Trial Begins by kingzizzy: 2:48pm On Mar 22, 2018
flokii:
I won't be surprised if the masked witnesses all turn out to be Igbos sponsored by Igbo elites..

Unlike Igbos who want biafra, other tribes want the country to work and proper structuring put in place.
As it stands, Igbos are the only ones working against themselves at both local and federal level.
Other tribes want Nigeria to work? Who told you that? Other tribes want Nigeria to work for them, not necessarily to work for everyone. You better forget restructuring, the core North have long rejected anything about restructuring.

Britain works very well as a nation, that didnt stop Scotland seeking and getting a referendum on their independence in 2014. The country working or not working is not the issue, the issue is about those who want their independence.

Yet again, Igbos have betrayed Kanu same way they betrayed Ojukwu..

The Igbo elites and politicians are in Abuja dining with Kanu's captors, singing Buhari's praises day and night while their sons face possible conviction and execution.
Something Hausas, Fulanis and Yorubas will never allow on one of theirs.

Sacrificing too much on a project they can't reap from.. It's such a big shame
The elites of Nigeria from every tribe have failed the people, not just Igbos

What this one is saying is that Kanu should be urged to step down after almost 2 years in jail so that someone who has brushed his tongue well can step in to lick Hausa and Yorubas a$$ so that they can consider giving us Biafra.

you don't get it
it is the APC that will be sworn in as a governor of Anambra and state assemblymen and women going by your mentality and dispositions. And you are bound to follow whatever they bring as a dividend of governance irrespective of your inclinations. by then it is too late to ask for reelection
Maybe that is exactly what the rest of the politicians in the SE/SS area need to start taking IPOB serious. Shock therapy, to let everyone know that this has gone beyond games. Anambra eletions will be boycotted, I dont care who it favours. Its all part of the sacrifice to get Biafra tomorow.

Since the PDP/APGA supporters group called Ipob Yoots, have decided, out of shame to boycott the November 2017 governorship election in Anambra State. I think APC should give the message a wider coverage to enable total compliance by the ipob voters.

Congratulations to Ngige or any other standard bearer of the APC!
You Nigerians simply dont get it. No matter who wins the elections in Nigeria, things are going to get worse. So what is the point?

You Nigerians are still busy looking at who won or lost elections while your country sinks.

Im from Anambra and I support election boycott!
