This is a red flag for the slapee. If she is being this violent towards you at such an early stage, imagine what she would do to you once married and living together? Saying sorry to you at this stage is not out of remorse. It would probably be in order for her to get what she wants. Let the one who has ears to hear, listen well.

CGI, this is a simple stuff. Disguise your officers as tourists. Kit them up with hidden cameras and when they travel Seme border to Lagos, you will see how rotten the officials arr.

@Seun, there are all kinds of insults and abuses that gets thrown about on the various forums on this website. It would be helpful if more is done to take most of it or all of it down if possible. That would reduce the likelihood of this site been taken down again.

Unbelievable!! You would think that with all the problems ongoing in academia, that a Lecturer would have enough to deal with. But no, it has to be a student who ends up the focus of his displeasure.
Travel / Re: Ten Differences Between Ghana And Nigeria by Kinkinatus(m): 2:50pm On Oct 15, 2022
I read your write up and I am not sure it is totally objective. For example, there are traffic enforcement police in Ghana who arrest traffic offenders. You can see this on Citi news on YouTube under Operation War against indiscipline. Attempts may be made to bribe the officers by offenders, but not every officer can be bribed, so an offender could aggravate the arrest. I don't know what the situation is like in 9ja for traffic enforcement police. I don't know what the situation is like across the nation, not Lagos state or other states.
Ghanaians are very friendly. I get greetings all the time and they ask about family. I think every traveler may have a different greetings experience. Asking after family may not be the norm unless you're very familiar with the greeter.
Ghana smells? I think most African nations smell. I am sure parts of Lagos or Abuja and other places smell. You should balance your views of Ghana with your experience of smells in other countries. I have traveled by road between Accra and Lagos and the whole 4 nations (Ghana, Togo, Benin Republic and 9ja) have their particular peculiar smell. Same in the UK and the USA. They got their smells too.
As for targeted begging, I am not an Obroni or white person, so I won't know. The begging I experienced in Ghana is equal opportunity begging. The beggars sit down and call to everyone passing. At traffic lights, the beggars go from vehicle to vehicle. The more flashy your car, the more time spent begging from you. It is what it is.

What do you want? Your personal happiness at the expense of the happiness and the stifling of the emotional development of your innocent son? You see the signs of an abusive relationship beginning, yet you want to believe it will be alright when deep down you know it is not. Be wise.

Career / Re: Have You Been Shouted At By A Subordinate At Work Before? by Kinkinatus(m): 5:23pm On Aug 26, 2022
There may be underlying issues here. May be she was having a bad day or maybe she resents you correcting her. Bottom line is if you did not shout at her, you can maintain your stand if there were other witnesses. If you did shout at her, apologise and move on. If you are both recalcitrant, then both seek 3rd party and independent mediation. Hope this helps.

Hello, previous text messages between you and your partner, no matter how old will count as evidence of a subsisting relationship. As an addition, an affidavit from your local High Court regarding the duration and strength of the relationship should also help. All the best.
Romance / Re: What Is The Weirdest Thing You've Ever Tried During Sex? by Kinkinatus(m): 8:16pm On Jun 11, 2022
Weirdest story I heard was told by an old Jamo guy I worked with. He said in UK in the 1960s he had a friend, and his friend loved white women. Always chasing white women. So this particular time, the friend was chasing a white woman who was playing hard to get. Eventually, the white woman relented and invited the black guy to her home. She lived in a suburb, in a small village many hours away and a train drive outside London. This randy black guy followed the white woman home, where they got busy. After some good hot rounds of nacking, the guy was lying with her resting in bed. Suddenly, a white guy jumps out of the bedroom cupboard, ranting, raving and accusing him of raping his wife!! The white woman began to cry and tear off her clothes. The black guy was terrified. He was too far from his turf to run away. He knew if he got arrested...black man having sex with a white woman in the 60s, he knew he was finished. That the police would deal with him bad bad. So he knelt down and started begging. The white man looked in silence at the black guy for a few long minutes. Then he said to the black guy, there is one thing you can do...he asked the black guy to bend over, drop his pants and spread his butt cheeks....the rest as they say was history.

Instead of talking big grammar and waffling away, they should emulate Tolulope Osho and Naja.wifey who are making the impossible possible by providing shelter, food, communication and transport to evacuate 9ja students and 9ja folks fleeing UKR for the closest East European nations borders, using their personal funds. They are on the various social media channels.

Street preachers are the worst. I have one not far from my home. At 4.30am, he will begin to tune his very noisy speakers very loudly then 4.40am he will start gibbering and jabbering away till 8.00am. A different street preacher across the road will start around 8.00 till 12 noon. When they first came to my hood, the noise was much. I kwata with them, argue with them. I switch off their generators, I call police. Police kon talk to dem small. The minute police go, dem go begin halla more noisily than before. I don taya to fight them. Now i dey wake up when dem start, and just dey manage myself and my interrupted sleep somehow through the day. I dey always pray make rain fall for like one month, make person fit get rest. E nor easy oh!

Crime / Re: Share Your 419 Experience by Kinkinatus(m): 8:36pm On Dec 04, 2021
This happened to my friend and I around 2007/8. We were both working in the City of London (Old Street area EC1V). We worked at that time in different companies and we used to meet up to go for lunch at least 3 or 4 times every week. This particular day we met up for lunch as usual, and went to a Chinese restaurant we usually visit on Whitecross Street. While strolling back after our lunch, some 2 Irish guys pulled up next to us in a very nice-looking flashy BMW, they were all smiling, saying hi, and then showed us a spanking brand-new Sony Vaio Laptop and asked us if we wanted to buy it for £800. At that time the Sony Vaio laptop was one of the latest in the market and cost over £2K. My friend and I looked at each other, we were intrigued. We discussed and thought let us buy this thing o! and flog it at a profit. These Irish guys were so convincing, they invited us into their nice flashy Bimmer, said all the right things, latest laptop, showed us the laptop’s packaging, fully loaded with all the latest software, voice activated apps, blah blah blah, gave us the laptop, we handled the laptop, switched it on and played with it and my friend and I convinced ourselves that it was genuine. We haggled with them and beat the price down to £500. We could not believe this deal! Wow! Best deal ever! For a £2K laptop! Imagine that!! We told the Irish guys to hold on. We dashed to the nearest ATM. My friend and I withdrew £250 each and went back to the Irish guys, sat in their car with them, they counted the money quickly and gave us the packaged laptop, as we were about to open the laptop packaging to check, one of the Irish Guys phone started ringing and he said cops are coming!! Cops are coming!!! Quick! Quick! Get out of the car! We panicked and quickly jumped out of the car! The BMW spun tyres, screeched and these guys raced off!! My guy and I looked around quickly, started walking away quickly!! We didn’t see police o! But we just walked quickly away from the area. We were all smiles relieved that we at least had our Sony Vaio laptop. We then stopped at a corner and quickly opened the laptop box to make sure the laptop was inside. When we opened the laptop package Chai!!! It was two bottles of water packaged neatly inside that box!!! Na im we kon realise say these Irish guys don 419 us!! We stood there looking at ourselves and swearing blindly!!! Na vex I just take reach my office that day. Cry, I nor fit cry!! £250!!! Mehn!!! After that day, I stopped following my guy to go do lunch anymore. Lunchtimes, I just siddon for my office, chop my sandwich jeje and kept jobbing away. After that time, anytime I was walking on the pavement and someone in a car calls to me, I don’t even look, I don’t ever look their side. Tueh!!
