I witnessed a scene in Lagos a few weeks ago that a driver drove in a wrong lane in an opposite direction facing oncoming trafic a police man who saw him told him to stop he never yielded, many motorist told him to go back he was there arguing with them and refused to go back and he kept driving on till he met a car of a Millitary men coming he stoped him the driver stoped but so surprisingly when the driver came down from his car everyone was shocked to see this silly driver threw a slap on the face of this army man it was a like a bomb anyway I dont want to say what happen there after it was an untold beaten.
